Grad Drniš objavio je javni natječaj za prodaju neizgrađenog građevinskog zemljišta u svom vlasništvu mladim obiteljima radi izgradnje vlastitih stambenih zgrada.
Riječ je o sedam parcela u Drnišu, u naselju Pazar, veličine od 700 do 850 metara četvornih. Početna cijena je 220 kuna po metru kvadratnom, a Grad će tu cijenu sufinancirati sukladno donesenom Programu, a najviše do 135 tisuća kuna.
Inače, riječ je o ponovljenom natječaju za prodaju neizgrađenog građevinskog zemljišta u vlasništvu Grada Drniša mladim obiteljima radi izgradnje vlastitih stambenih zgrada.

Pod pojmom „mlada obitelj" smatra se ponuditelj i njegov bračni partner pod uvjetom da nisu navršili 41 godinu života te da svoje stambeno pitanje rješavaju stjecanjem vlasništva nad nekretninom po prvi puta. Najpovoljniji ponuditelj je onaj tko pored ispunjavanja natječajnih uvjeta ponudi najveći iznos kupoprodajne cijene, a prihvaćenu ponuđenu cijenu treba platiti jednokratno u punom iznosu, najkasnije u roku 30 dana od dana sklapanja kupoprodajnog ugovora.

Grad Drniš objavio je javni natječaj za prodaju neizgrađenog građevinskog zemljišta u svom vlasništvu mladim obiteljima radi izgradnje vlastitih stambenih zgrada.
Riječ je o sedam parcela u Drnišu, u naselju Pazar, veličine od 700 do 850 metara četvornih. Početna cijena je 220 kuna po metru kvadratnom, a Grad će tu cijenu sufinancirati sukladno donesenom Programu, a najviše do 135 tisuća kuna.
Inače, riječ je o ponovljenom natječaju za prodaju neizgrađenog građevinskog zemljišta u vlasništvu Grada Drniša mladim obiteljima radi izgradnje vlastitih stambenih zgrada.

Pod pojmom „mlada obitelj" smatra se ponuditelj i njegov bračni partner pod uvjetom da nisu navršili 41 godinu života te da svoje stambeno pitanje rješavaju stjecanjem vlasništva nad nekretninom po prvi puta. Najpovoljniji ponuditelj je onaj tko pored ispunjavanja natječajnih uvjeta ponudi najveći iznos kupoprodajne cijene, a prihvaćenu ponuđenu cijenu treba platiti jednokratno u punom iznosu, najkasnije u roku 30 dana od dana sklapanja kupoprodajnog ugovora.
