Bahatost Elektre na svojoj koži već mjesecima osjećaju stanovnici naselja Kanica u Općini Rogoznica. Zbog polaganja električnog kabela prokopana je lokalna prometnica i ljudi gotovo dva mjeseca nisu mogli vozilom doći do svojih kuća, a u više navrata zbog kidanja optičkog kabela ostajali su i bez telefona i interneta.
Kabel je konačno položen, ali na sredini ceste ostala je opasna rupa i uništena cesta zbog čega već bilo je nekoliko uništenih guma na autima. Apele mještana Kanice Elektra ne čuje i ne odgovara na njihove dopise, stoga je Paško Ninčević u ime oštećenih uputio dopis rogozničkoj načelnici Aniti Živković.

- Obraćam Vam se u ime zabrinutih, ljutih i razočaranih mještana uvale Kanica koji trenutno imaju problem pristupa svojim kućama zbog nedovršenih radova nakon polaganja električnog kabela za struju. Vjerujem da ste o tome već informirani, ali možda nemate fotografija koje zorno pokazuju situaciju na terenu.
Kao što već sigurno znate HEP je proteklih mjesec, dva dana obavio radove polaganja kabela na način da je iskopao kanal po sredini pristupne ceste sa obe strane uvale. Nakon polaganja kabela, kanal je samo nasuo šljakom bez betoniranja ili asfaltiranja.
Prva veća kiša je jednostavno isprala kanal, a ostaci asfalta se mrve pod kotačima osobnih i teretnih vozila koja prolaze tim cestama što postepeno cestu pretvara u makadamsku.
Sve se to događa pred sami početak turističke sezone, a mi trenutno nemamo nikakvu informaciju kada bi to moglo biti sanirano. Kontaktirali smo HEP-ovog ovlaštenog inženjera Jakova Matešića koji nam je rekao da je planirano da radovi budu završeni do Uskrsa 2022.
Budući je taj rok istekao, a cesta ostala razrovana, molimo Vas da upotrijebite svoj autoritet i sva dostupna sredstva kako bi natjerali odgovorne da završe započete radove. Također u razgovoru sa gosp. Matešićem je spomenuto da je obveza Općine Rogoznica da privede radove kraju. To možda nije ni istina, ali u ovom trenutku nama mještanima je važnije da se cesta popravi što prije od toga tko će je popraviti...piše između ostalog u podužem dopisu.

I doista ljudi iz Elektre su uvjereni da njihov nered treba počistiti Općina Rogoznica. Do sada uglavnom bilo tako, općina je podmetala leđa i sanirala uništenu javnu površinu i ceste iako to po zakonu nije morla. Bahatost javnih poduzeća, ali i nekih privatnih investitora skupo su platili građani Općine Rogoznica, od sada više neće biti tako- kaže načelnica Živković.
Prije svakog kopanja bilo Elektre, Vodovoda, T-Coma ili privatnih investitora dobivanju suglasnosti predhodit će ugovor u kojem će jasno pisati da investitor snosi troškove sanacije. I bez ugovora zakon i općinske odluke su jasne: obveze sanacije su na izvođačima i investitorima, pa će tako i ovu uništenu cestu sanirati Elektra.- tvrde u Općini Rogoznica.

Bahatost Elektre na svojoj koži već mjesecima osjećaju stanovnici naselja Kanica u Općini Rogoznica. Zbog polaganja električnog kabela prokopana je lokalna prometnica i ljudi gotovo dva mjeseca nisu mogli vozilom doći do svojih kuća, a u više navrata zbog kidanja optičkog kabela ostajali su i bez telefona i interneta.
Kabel je konačno položen, ali na sredini ceste ostala je opasna rupa i uništena cesta zbog čega već bilo je nekoliko uništenih guma na autima. Apele mještana Kanice Elektra ne čuje i ne odgovara na njihove dopise, stoga je Paško Ninčević u ime oštećenih uputio dopis rogozničkoj načelnici Aniti Živković.

- Obraćam Vam se u ime zabrinutih, ljutih i razočaranih mještana uvale Kanica koji trenutno imaju problem pristupa svojim kućama zbog nedovršenih radova nakon polaganja električnog kabela za struju. Vjerujem da ste o tome već informirani, ali možda nemate fotografija koje zorno pokazuju situaciju na terenu.
Kao što već sigurno znate HEP je proteklih mjesec, dva dana obavio radove polaganja kabela na način da je iskopao kanal po sredini pristupne ceste sa obe strane uvale. Nakon polaganja kabela, kanal je samo nasuo šljakom bez betoniranja ili asfaltiranja.
Prva veća kiša je jednostavno isprala kanal, a ostaci asfalta se mrve pod kotačima osobnih i teretnih vozila koja prolaze tim cestama što postepeno cestu pretvara u makadamsku.
Sve se to događa pred sami početak turističke sezone, a mi trenutno nemamo nikakvu informaciju kada bi to moglo biti sanirano. Kontaktirali smo HEP-ovog ovlaštenog inženjera Jakova Matešića koji nam je rekao da je planirano da radovi budu završeni do Uskrsa 2022.
Budući je taj rok istekao, a cesta ostala razrovana, molimo Vas da upotrijebite svoj autoritet i sva dostupna sredstva kako bi natjerali odgovorne da završe započete radove. Također u razgovoru sa gosp. Matešićem je spomenuto da je obveza Općine Rogoznica da privede radove kraju. To možda nije ni istina, ali u ovom trenutku nama mještanima je važnije da se cesta popravi što prije od toga tko će je popraviti...piše između ostalog u podužem dopisu.

I doista ljudi iz Elektre su uvjereni da njihov nered treba počistiti Općina Rogoznica. Do sada uglavnom bilo tako, općina je podmetala leđa i sanirala uništenu javnu površinu i ceste iako to po zakonu nije morla. Bahatost javnih poduzeća, ali i nekih privatnih investitora skupo su platili građani Općine Rogoznica, od sada više neće biti tako- kaže načelnica Živković.
Prije svakog kopanja bilo Elektre, Vodovoda, T-Coma ili privatnih investitora dobivanju suglasnosti predhodit će ugovor u kojem će jasno pisati da investitor snosi troškove sanacije. I bez ugovora zakon i općinske odluke su jasne: obveze sanacije su na izvođačima i investitorima, pa će tako i ovu uništenu cestu sanirati Elektra.- tvrde u Općini Rogoznica.
