U utorak se u Inkubatoru za nove tehnologije Trokut Šibenik održala tech konferencija naziva Trokut Future Talks: NEET Edition.

Trenutno je u tijeku treća Trokut NEET Akademija – uspješnog programa za prekvalifikaciju mladih, ovog puta na temu Data Science.

„Trokut, osim poduzetničkog, razvija i edukativni duh s naglaskom na poduzetništvo. Takav primjer je i NEET akademija koja mladim ljudima nudi priliku za znanjem, ali i mogućnost da ih ova institucija spoji s tržištem rada. To jako dobro funkcionira jer je velik dio polaznika NEET akademije našao svoje mjesto pod suncem, odnosno zaposlili su se u struci. Vjerujem da će tako biti i s vama jer je riječ o izvrsnom programu te čestitam direktorici na viziji i uspješnoj provedbi“, poručio je dogradonačelnik Grada Šibenika Danijel Mileta.

Direktorica Diana Mudrinić je pohvalila polaznike na ustrajnosti i motiviranosti te istaknula kako mogu biti ponosni jer su u šest mjeseci stekli znanja i prije svega sigurnost da mogu prezentirati svoje projekte potencijalnim poslodavcima.

„Ono što nas razlikuje na tržištu su vrijednosti koje nosimo, vrijednosti koje cijenimo i kojima težimo. Sami ste dokazali da se ostala znanja mogu naučiti kroz život, dok će vas vrijednosti rada i ustrajnosti dovesti do željene karijere“, zaključila je direktorica.

Prezentacijski podij je zatim predan polaznicima NEET akademije kako bi na raznim case study primjerima pokazali što su naučili i na koje načine mogu biti zanimljivi budućim poslodavcima. Prisutne su ugodno iznenadile prezentacije o primjenjivosti i načini na koje se koristi data i kako utječe na decision making proces.

Nakon pauze za networking, uslijedila je prezentacija od Cally Clifft, predstavnice britanske tvrtke Intuita te jedne od predavačica na akademiji koja je polaznicima tijekom akademije bila velika podrška.

John Dudley iz tvrtke Ab Initio je predstavio što oni traže u juniorima koje zapošljavaju i približio način regrutacije. Dodatno je istaknuo kako su polaznici napravili veliki korak naprijed i kako se veseli upoznati ih još bolje.

„U bilo kojoj vrstoj vrsti posla najvažnije je davati kontekst sadržaju, kontekst podacima kojima se služite i da razumijete njihovu primjenu, isto kao što to za nas rade neuroni u mozgu“, istaknuo je Mike Pulley u svojoj prezentaciji.

Drugi dio konferencije je obilježio panel pod vodstvom moderatora Ivana Šode, pomoćnika direktora za IT i edukaciju u Trokutu.

U zaista zanimljivoj panel raspravi s gorućim temama o tehnološkim trendovima te prekvalifikaciji u IT sektoru sudjelovali su:

Andy Leach, direktor za strateška partnerstva tvrtke  Intuita; John Dudley, account manager iz  tvrtke Ab Initio; Miro Tesla, suvlasnik tvrtke Mireo d.d.; Frane Urem, prodekan Veleučilišta u Šibeniku; Michael Pulley, direktor za razvoj poslovanja iz tvrtke  Carbon Analytics;  Antun Nakić, voditelj razvojnog tima uspješnog domaćeg start up -a  Playhera koji je nastao upravo u Trokutu.

Pod vodstvom moderatora panelisti su pokrili razne teme od utjecaja umjetne inteligencije i novih tehnologija na zapošljavanje, važnosti formalnog obrazovanja do onoga što je tvrtkama bitno pri zapošljavanju mladih IT stručnjaka.

Sam kraj konferencije obilježili su upravo sudionici panela s ohrabrujućim riječima polaznicima koji su ovakav događaj maksimalno iskoristili kako bi sebe te svoja tehnološka rješenja prezentirali u najboljem svjetlu.

U utorak se u Inkubatoru za nove tehnologije Trokut Šibenik održala tech konferencija naziva Trokut Future Talks: NEET Edition.

Trenutno je u tijeku treća Trokut NEET Akademija – uspješnog programa za prekvalifikaciju mladih, ovog puta na temu Data Science.

„Trokut, osim poduzetničkog, razvija i edukativni duh s naglaskom na poduzetništvo. Takav primjer je i NEET akademija koja mladim ljudima nudi priliku za znanjem, ali i mogućnost da ih ova institucija spoji s tržištem rada. To jako dobro funkcionira jer je velik dio polaznika NEET akademije našao svoje mjesto pod suncem, odnosno zaposlili su se u struci. Vjerujem da će tako biti i s vama jer je riječ o izvrsnom programu te čestitam direktorici na viziji i uspješnoj provedbi“, poručio je dogradonačelnik Grada Šibenika Danijel Mileta.

Direktorica Diana Mudrinić je pohvalila polaznike na ustrajnosti i motiviranosti te istaknula kako mogu biti ponosni jer su u šest mjeseci stekli znanja i prije svega sigurnost da mogu prezentirati svoje projekte potencijalnim poslodavcima.

„Ono što nas razlikuje na tržištu su vrijednosti koje nosimo, vrijednosti koje cijenimo i kojima težimo. Sami ste dokazali da se ostala znanja mogu naučiti kroz život, dok će vas vrijednosti rada i ustrajnosti dovesti do željene karijere“, zaključila je direktorica.

Prezentacijski podij je zatim predan polaznicima NEET akademije kako bi na raznim case study primjerima pokazali što su naučili i na koje načine mogu biti zanimljivi budućim poslodavcima. Prisutne su ugodno iznenadile prezentacije o primjenjivosti i načini na koje se koristi data i kako utječe na decision making proces.

Nakon pauze za networking, uslijedila je prezentacija od Cally Clifft, predstavnice britanske tvrtke Intuita te jedne od predavačica na akademiji koja je polaznicima tijekom akademije bila velika podrška.

John Dudley iz tvrtke Ab Initio je predstavio što oni traže u juniorima koje zapošljavaju i približio način regrutacije. Dodatno je istaknuo kako su polaznici napravili veliki korak naprijed i kako se veseli upoznati ih još bolje.

„U bilo kojoj vrstoj vrsti posla najvažnije je davati kontekst sadržaju, kontekst podacima kojima se služite i da razumijete njihovu primjenu, isto kao što to za nas rade neuroni u mozgu“, istaknuo je Mike Pulley u svojoj prezentaciji.

Drugi dio konferencije je obilježio panel pod vodstvom moderatora Ivana Šode, pomoćnika direktora za IT i edukaciju u Trokutu.

U zaista zanimljivoj panel raspravi s gorućim temama o tehnološkim trendovima te prekvalifikaciji u IT sektoru sudjelovali su:

Andy Leach, direktor za strateška partnerstva tvrtke  Intuita; John Dudley, account manager iz  tvrtke Ab Initio; Miro Tesla, suvlasnik tvrtke Mireo d.d.; Frane Urem, prodekan Veleučilišta u Šibeniku; Michael Pulley, direktor za razvoj poslovanja iz tvrtke  Carbon Analytics;  Antun Nakić, voditelj razvojnog tima uspješnog domaćeg start up -a  Playhera koji je nastao upravo u Trokutu.

Pod vodstvom moderatora panelisti su pokrili razne teme od utjecaja umjetne inteligencije i novih tehnologija na zapošljavanje, važnosti formalnog obrazovanja do onoga što je tvrtkama bitno pri zapošljavanju mladih IT stručnjaka.

Sam kraj konferencije obilježili su upravo sudionici panela s ohrabrujućim riječima polaznicima koji su ovakav događaj maksimalno iskoristili kako bi sebe te svoja tehnološka rješenja prezentirali u najboljem svjetlu.
