Zgradu pomorsko-putničkog terminala na gatu Vrulje u Šibeniku željele bi graditi četiri građevinske tvrtke: Graditelj svratišta iz Zagreba, vodička Minigradnja, splitski Tromont udružen s Projektgradnjom iz Gronje Vrbe kod Slavonskog Broda, a iz Zagreba je stigla i ponuda Strabaga.
Sve ove tvrtke javile su se na natječaj za izvođača radova koji je krajem srpnja raspisala šibenska Lučka uprava, no iako je bio međunarodnog karaktera, iz inozemstva nije pristigla nijedna ponuda.
Krajem prošlog tjedna natječaj je zaključen, a tijekom sljedećih 45 dana pristigle ponude detaljno će se pregledati i procijeniti kako bi mogla biti izabrana ona najbolja, odnosno najpovoljnija, najavio je ravnatelj Lučke uprave Šibenik Čedo Petrina.
- Vrlo smo zadovoljni pristiglim ponudama. Riječ je o respektabilnim tvrtkama, a zadovoljni smo i zato što smo radove na izgradnji pomorsko-putničkog terminala dobro i realno procijenili. Naime, naša je procjena za ove građevinske radove bila nešto manja od 54 milijuna kuna, a sve četiri ponude kreću se u rasponu od gotovo 45 milijuna do 48,5 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a. To je samo malo više od naše procjene, što znači da smo dobro pripremili i planirali troškovnik pogotovo s obzirom na rast cijena u građevini tako da nam ta razlika ne predstavlja nikakav problem.

Slijedi postupak pregledavanja dokumentacije kako bismo vidjeli i jesu li sve ponude valjane, odnosno njihove evaluacije poslije čega ćemo odlučiti tko će biti izvođač – kazao je Petrina i dodao kako očekuje da će cijela procedura završiti relativno brzo i bez žalbi rješavanje kojih bi odgodilo početak gradnje terminala.
- Nadam se da će sve biti u redu i da će radovi na gatu Vrulje početi odmah na početku sljedeće godine. Predviđeno je da traju 22 mjeseca, odnosno da sve bude gotovo do 31. prosinca 2023. godine – istaknuo je Petrina.
Projekt pomorsko-putničkog terminala obuhvaća izgradnju dviju zgrada s prizemljem i jednim katom koje će međusobno biti povezane natkrivenim prostorom s vrtom na ukupnoj površini od oko 2700 metara četvornih. Dovršenjem tog zdanja bit će riješen i međunarodni granični prijelaz prema Schengenskim uvjetima, a sve službe vezane za pomorski promet poput lučke kapetanije, carine, policije i lučke uprave bit će smještene na istom mjestu - u dijelu zgrade namijenjenom međunarodnom pomorskom prometu.
U drugom dijelu pak nalazit će se javni i komercijalni sadržaji namijenjeni otočanima i korisnicima otočnih brodskih linija od agencije za prodaju karata, čekaonice i sanitarnog čvora za putnike do kafića, trgovine, kioska i suvenirnice.
Izgradnja putničko-pomorskog terminala treća je i posljednja faza uređenja gata Vrulje koju Šibenčani, osobito stanovnici otoka Zlarin, Prvić, Kaprije i Žirje željno iščekuju već nekoliko godina.

Zgradu pomorsko-putničkog terminala na gatu Vrulje u Šibeniku željele bi graditi četiri građevinske tvrtke: Graditelj svratišta iz Zagreba, vodička Minigradnja, splitski Tromont udružen s Projektgradnjom iz Gronje Vrbe kod Slavonskog Broda, a iz Zagreba je stigla i ponuda Strabaga.
Sve ove tvrtke javile su se na natječaj za izvođača radova koji je krajem srpnja raspisala šibenska Lučka uprava, no iako je bio međunarodnog karaktera, iz inozemstva nije pristigla nijedna ponuda.
Krajem prošlog tjedna natječaj je zaključen, a tijekom sljedećih 45 dana pristigle ponude detaljno će se pregledati i procijeniti kako bi mogla biti izabrana ona najbolja, odnosno najpovoljnija, najavio je ravnatelj Lučke uprave Šibenik Čedo Petrina.
- Vrlo smo zadovoljni pristiglim ponudama. Riječ je o respektabilnim tvrtkama, a zadovoljni smo i zato što smo radove na izgradnji pomorsko-putničkog terminala dobro i realno procijenili. Naime, naša je procjena za ove građevinske radove bila nešto manja od 54 milijuna kuna, a sve četiri ponude kreću se u rasponu od gotovo 45 milijuna do 48,5 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a. To je samo malo više od naše procjene, što znači da smo dobro pripremili i planirali troškovnik pogotovo s obzirom na rast cijena u građevini tako da nam ta razlika ne predstavlja nikakav problem.

Slijedi postupak pregledavanja dokumentacije kako bismo vidjeli i jesu li sve ponude valjane, odnosno njihove evaluacije poslije čega ćemo odlučiti tko će biti izvođač – kazao je Petrina i dodao kako očekuje da će cijela procedura završiti relativno brzo i bez žalbi rješavanje kojih bi odgodilo početak gradnje terminala.
- Nadam se da će sve biti u redu i da će radovi na gatu Vrulje početi odmah na početku sljedeće godine. Predviđeno je da traju 22 mjeseca, odnosno da sve bude gotovo do 31. prosinca 2023. godine – istaknuo je Petrina.
Projekt pomorsko-putničkog terminala obuhvaća izgradnju dviju zgrada s prizemljem i jednim katom koje će međusobno biti povezane natkrivenim prostorom s vrtom na ukupnoj površini od oko 2700 metara četvornih. Dovršenjem tog zdanja bit će riješen i međunarodni granični prijelaz prema Schengenskim uvjetima, a sve službe vezane za pomorski promet poput lučke kapetanije, carine, policije i lučke uprave bit će smještene na istom mjestu - u dijelu zgrade namijenjenom međunarodnom pomorskom prometu.
U drugom dijelu pak nalazit će se javni i komercijalni sadržaji namijenjeni otočanima i korisnicima otočnih brodskih linija od agencije za prodaju karata, čekaonice i sanitarnog čvora za putnike do kafića, trgovine, kioska i suvenirnice.
Izgradnja putničko-pomorskog terminala treća je i posljednja faza uređenja gata Vrulje koju Šibenčani, osobito stanovnici otoka Zlarin, Prvić, Kaprije i Žirje željno iščekuju već nekoliko godina.
