Novoizgrađene vile u Bilom kod Primoštena i izgradnja luksuznog kompleksa apartmana iznad plaže Rezalište u Brodarici, polako, ali sigurno mijenjaju vizuru priobalne zone zapadnog dijela Šibensko-kninske županije koji, takvim stilom gradnje, pomalo počinje podsjećati na Beverly Hills.

Samo što stanovništvo hrvatske inačice luksuznog kalifornijskog odredišta slavnih neće činiti hollywoodski glumci, pjevači ili direktori uglednih tvrtki već – turisti.

Podsjetimo, prošloga je tjedna šibensku i primoštensku javnost prodrmala vijest o izgradnji masivne, čelično-drvene konstrukcije na priobalnom stijenju tik ispod spomenutih vila u uvali Hodomeščica u mjestu Bilo u čiju je izgradnju, na iznenađenje svih, na državnoj priobalnoj parceli novac uložila Općina Primošten.

Novoizgrađene vile u vlasništvu su, pogađate, inozemnih ulagača, u ovom slučaju turskih državljana, a u apartmansko naselje uz plažu Rezalište i Jadransku magistralu u šibenskoj Brodarici, jedan od investitora je ni manje ni više, nego Milan Badelj, bivši veznjak hrvatske nogometne reprezentacije i srebrni sa Svjetskog prvenstva u Rusiji prije pet godina.

Da se vodeći hrvatski sportaši sve više bave i različitim oblicima biznisa nije nikakva tajna, a ulaganje u nekretnine danas im je, nedvojbeno, najunosniji posao. Tim smjerom krenuli su obitelj Štimac, Slaven Bilić, Darijo Srna, Mirza Džomba i Senijad Ibričić, dok se, primjerice, bivši hajdukovac MIlan Rapaić s partnerima odlučio za investiranje u kamenolome i obnovljive izvore energije.

Nekadašnji dinamovac Badelj je s partnerom Tomislavom Alpezom suvlasnik tvrtke "Fargo Capital Partners", odnosno investicijskog fonda preko kojeg je uložio i u popularnu zagrebačku pivovaru "Garden Brewery". U južnom šibenskom "predgrađu" posluju preko tvrtke "Podsolarsko riviera faza 1", osnovane 2019. godine i registrirane za gradnju.

Upravo je "Podsolarsko riviera" naziv projekta izgradnje osam rezidencijalnih blokova s 21 kućom, odnosno 40 apartmana u prvoj fazi, na lokaciji na kojoj je nekoć poslovalo poduzeće "Dane Rončević", koje je kasnije preuzela moćna "Zagreb Montaža".

Prema rješenju Ministarstva zaštite okoliša i energetike iz 2019. godine za izgradnju stambenog naselja "Podsolarsko", izgradnja je planirana na ukupnoj površini od šest hektara, a realizirat će se kroz četiri faze gradnje, pa nije teško pretpostaviti da su aktualne aktivnosti samo dio planirane znatno veće priče.

Izgradit će se 45 objekata za stanovanje sa ukupno 260 stanova, a planirano je i uređenje zaštitne zelene površine, izvedba pješačkih, trim i biciklističkih staza, šetnice, manjih odmorišta i manjih dječjih igrališta.

Novoizgrađene vile u Bilom kod Primoštena i izgradnja luksuznog kompleksa apartmana iznad plaže Rezalište u Brodarici, polako, ali sigurno mijenjaju vizuru priobalne zone zapadnog dijela Šibensko-kninske županije koji, takvim stilom gradnje, pomalo počinje podsjećati na Beverly Hills.

Samo što stanovništvo hrvatske inačice luksuznog kalifornijskog odredišta slavnih neće činiti hollywoodski glumci, pjevači ili direktori uglednih tvrtki već – turisti.

Podsjetimo, prošloga je tjedna šibensku i primoštensku javnost prodrmala vijest o izgradnji masivne, čelično-drvene konstrukcije na priobalnom stijenju tik ispod spomenutih vila u uvali Hodomeščica u mjestu Bilo u čiju je izgradnju, na iznenađenje svih, na državnoj priobalnoj parceli novac uložila Općina Primošten.

Novoizgrađene vile u vlasništvu su, pogađate, inozemnih ulagača, u ovom slučaju turskih državljana, a u apartmansko naselje uz plažu Rezalište i Jadransku magistralu u šibenskoj Brodarici, jedan od investitora je ni manje ni više, nego Milan Badelj, bivši veznjak hrvatske nogometne reprezentacije i srebrni sa Svjetskog prvenstva u Rusiji prije pet godina.

Da se vodeći hrvatski sportaši sve više bave i različitim oblicima biznisa nije nikakva tajna, a ulaganje u nekretnine danas im je, nedvojbeno, najunosniji posao. Tim smjerom krenuli su obitelj Štimac, Slaven Bilić, Darijo Srna, Mirza Džomba i Senijad Ibričić, dok se, primjerice, bivši hajdukovac MIlan Rapaić s partnerima odlučio za investiranje u kamenolome i obnovljive izvore energije.

Nekadašnji dinamovac Badelj je s partnerom Tomislavom Alpezom suvlasnik tvrtke "Fargo Capital Partners", odnosno investicijskog fonda preko kojeg je uložio i u popularnu zagrebačku pivovaru "Garden Brewery". U južnom šibenskom "predgrađu" posluju preko tvrtke "Podsolarsko riviera faza 1", osnovane 2019. godine i registrirane za gradnju.

Upravo je "Podsolarsko riviera" naziv projekta izgradnje osam rezidencijalnih blokova s 21 kućom, odnosno 40 apartmana u prvoj fazi, na lokaciji na kojoj je nekoć poslovalo poduzeće "Dane Rončević", koje je kasnije preuzela moćna "Zagreb Montaža".

Prema rješenju Ministarstva zaštite okoliša i energetike iz 2019. godine za izgradnju stambenog naselja "Podsolarsko", izgradnja je planirana na ukupnoj površini od šest hektara, a realizirat će se kroz četiri faze gradnje, pa nije teško pretpostaviti da su aktualne aktivnosti samo dio planirane znatno veće priče.

Poznati hrvatski nogometaš gradi luksuzni kompleks apartmana kod popularne plaže u Brodarici

Novoizgrađene vile u Bilom kod Primoštena i izgradnja luksuznog kompleksa apartmana iznad plaže Rezalište u Brodarici, polako, ali sigurno mijenjaju vizuru priobalne zone zapadnog dijela Šibensko-kninske županije koji, takvim stilom gradnje, pomalo počinje podsjećati na Beverly Hills.

Samo što stanovništvo hrvatske inačice luksuznog kalifornijskog odredišta slavnih neće činiti hollywoodski glumci, pjevači ili direktori uglednih tvrtki već – turisti.

Podsjetimo, prošloga je tjedna šibensku i primoštensku javnost prodrmala vijest o izgradnji masivne, čelično-drvene konstrukcije na priobalnom stijenju tik ispod spomenutih vila u uvali Hodomeščica u mjestu Bilo u čiju je izgradnju, na iznenađenje svih, na državnoj priobalnoj parceli novac uložila Općina Primošten.

Novoizgrađene vile u vlasništvu su, pogađate, inozemnih ulagača, u ovom slučaju turskih državljana, a u apartmansko naselje uz plažu Rezalište i Jadransku magistralu u šibenskoj Brodarici, jedan od investitora je ni manje ni više, nego Milan Badelj, bivši veznjak hrvatske nogometne reprezentacije i srebrni sa Svjetskog prvenstva u Rusiji prije pet godina.

Da se vodeći hrvatski sportaši sve više bave i različitim oblicima biznisa nije nikakva tajna, a ulaganje u nekretnine danas im je, nedvojbeno, najunosniji posao. Tim smjerom krenuli su obitelj Štimac, Slaven Bilić, Darijo Srna, Mirza Džomba i Senijad Ibričić, dok se, primjerice, bivši hajdukovac MIlan Rapaić s partnerima odlučio za investiranje u kamenolome i obnovljive izvore energije.

Nekadašnji dinamovac Badelj je s partnerom Tomislavom Alpezom suvlasnik tvrtke "Fargo Capital Partners", odnosno investicijskog fonda preko kojeg je uložio i u popularnu zagrebačku pivovaru "Garden Brewery". U južnom šibenskom "predgrađu" posluju preko tvrtke "Podsolarsko riviera faza 1", osnovane 2019. godine i registrirane za gradnju.

Upravo je "Podsolarsko riviera" naziv projekta izgradnje osam rezidencijalnih blokova s 21 kućom, odnosno 40 apartmana u prvoj fazi, na lokaciji na kojoj je nekoć poslovalo poduzeće "Dane Rončević", koje je kasnije preuzela moćna "Zagreb Montaža".

Prema rješenju Ministarstva zaštite okoliša i energetike iz 2019. godine za izgradnju stambenog naselja "Podsolarsko", izgradnja je planirana na ukupnoj površini od šest hektara, a realizirat će se kroz četiri faze gradnje, pa nije teško pretpostaviti da su aktualne aktivnosti samo dio planirane znatno veće priče.
