Ugovor o radovima na izgradnji prometnice s pripadajućom infrastrukturom, uređenju zelenih površina i izradi velikog reklamnog panoa u poduzetničkoj zoni Podi u četvrtak je potpisan u prostorijama Urbanog centra u Šibeniku. Ugovor su potpisali gradonačelnik Željko Burić i predstavnica odabrane zajednice ponuditelja tvrtki ČIGRA d.o.o. i Reliance d.o.o., Anita Pavlović.

Ukupna vrijednost ugovora koji se provodi u okviru projekta „Izgradnja infrastrukture u poduzetničkoj zoni Podi“ je oko 6,1 milijuna kuna bez uključenog PDV-a.

- Iako je posrijedi infrastrukturni projekt ovo je također ulaganje u daljnji razvoj gospodarstva na području grada Šibenika. Naime, izgradnjom nove prometnice u poduzetničkoj zoni Podi omogućit će se dodatni prostor za razvoj gospodarske djelatnosti za najmanje osam novih poduzetnika. Našu poduzetničku zonu nastavljamo razvijati u suradnji s Ministarstvom prometa konkretiziranjem gradnje čvora koji će Pode izravno spojiti na autocestu- kazao je šibenski gradonačelnik Željko Burić.

Zamjenik gradonačelnika Danijel Mileta istaknuo je kako će se ovim ulaganjem izgraditi ukupno 607 metara prometnice širine sedam metara, s elektro-komunikacijskom infrastrukturom, javnom rasvjetom, vodovodom i odvodnjom. Projektom će se urediti i gotovo 40.000 metara četvornih zelenih površina na koje će se posaditi autohtone mediteranske biljke, dok će se u svrhu poboljšanja vidljivosti poduzetničke zone izgraditi veliki trostrani reklamni pano dimenzija 12 x 5 metara.

- Na Podima danas imamo nešto manje od 50 poduzetnika koji tamo rade i privređuju s otprilike 1350 zaposlenika. Na nama je da ovaj projekt što kvalitetnije završimo te da se okrenemo prema novoj etapi razvoja zone, pripremi dokumentacije kako bi bili unaprijed pripremljeni za prihvat novih investitora- poručio je direktor Poda Jakov Terzanović.

Pročelnik šibenskog Upravnog odjela za gospodarstvo, poduzetništvo i razvoj Petar Mišura podsjetio je kako je projekt „Izgradnja infrastrukture u poduzetničkoj zoni Podi“ jedan od pet velikih infrastrukturnih projekata koji odjel provodi.

Ukupna vrijednost ovog projekta, financiranog u okviru natječaja „Razvoj infrastrukture poduzetničkih zona“, je oko 10,1 milijuna kuna od čega bespovratna sredstva Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj iznose oko 7,6 milijuna kuna ili 75 posto ukupne vrijednosti.

Predviđeno trajanje radova je šest mjeseci.

Ugovor o radovima na izgradnji prometnice s pripadajućom infrastrukturom, uređenju zelenih površina i izradi velikog reklamnog panoa u poduzetničkoj zoni Podi u četvrtak je potpisan u prostorijama Urbanog centra u Šibeniku. Ugovor su potpisali gradonačelnik Željko Burić i predstavnica odabrane zajednice ponuditelja tvrtki ČIGRA d.o.o. i Reliance d.o.o., Anita Pavlović.

Ukupna vrijednost ugovora koji se provodi u okviru projekta „Izgradnja infrastrukture u poduzetničkoj zoni Podi“ je oko 6,1 milijuna kuna bez uključenog PDV-a.

- Iako je posrijedi infrastrukturni projekt ovo je također ulaganje u daljnji razvoj gospodarstva na području grada Šibenika. Naime, izgradnjom nove prometnice u poduzetničkoj zoni Podi omogućit će se dodatni prostor za razvoj gospodarske djelatnosti za najmanje osam novih poduzetnika. Našu poduzetničku zonu nastavljamo razvijati u suradnji s Ministarstvom prometa konkretiziranjem gradnje čvora koji će Pode izravno spojiti na autocestu- kazao je šibenski gradonačelnik Željko Burić.

Zamjenik gradonačelnika Danijel Mileta istaknuo je kako će se ovim ulaganjem izgraditi ukupno 607 metara prometnice širine sedam metara, s elektro-komunikacijskom infrastrukturom, javnom rasvjetom, vodovodom i odvodnjom. Projektom će se urediti i gotovo 40.000 metara četvornih zelenih površina na koje će se posaditi autohtone mediteranske biljke, dok će se u svrhu poboljšanja vidljivosti poduzetničke zone izgraditi veliki trostrani reklamni pano dimenzija 12 x 5 metara.

- Na Podima danas imamo nešto manje od 50 poduzetnika koji tamo rade i privređuju s otprilike 1350 zaposlenika. Na nama je da ovaj projekt što kvalitetnije završimo te da se okrenemo prema novoj etapi razvoja zone, pripremi dokumentacije kako bi bili unaprijed pripremljeni za prihvat novih investitora- poručio je direktor Poda Jakov Terzanović.

Pročelnik šibenskog Upravnog odjela za gospodarstvo, poduzetništvo i razvoj Petar Mišura podsjetio je kako je projekt „Izgradnja infrastrukture u poduzetničkoj zoni Podi“ jedan od pet velikih infrastrukturnih projekata koji odjel provodi.

Ukupna vrijednost ovog projekta, financiranog u okviru natječaja „Razvoj infrastrukture poduzetničkih zona“, je oko 10,1 milijuna kuna od čega bespovratna sredstva Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj iznose oko 7,6 milijuna kuna ili 75 posto ukupne vrijednosti.

Predviđeno trajanje radova je šest mjeseci.

Ugovor o radovima na izgradnji prometnice s pripadajućom infrastrukturom, uređenju zelenih površina i izradi velikog reklamnog panoa u poduzetničkoj zoni Podi u četvrtak je potpisan u prostorijama Urbanog centra u Šibeniku. Ugovor su potpisali gradonačelnik Željko Burić i predstavnica odabrane zajednice ponuditelja tvrtki ČIGRA d.o.o. i Reliance d.o.o., Anita Pavlović.

Ukupna vrijednost ugovora koji se provodi u okviru projekta „Izgradnja infrastrukture u poduzetničkoj zoni Podi“ je oko 6,1 milijuna kuna bez uključenog PDV-a.

- Iako je posrijedi infrastrukturni projekt ovo je također ulaganje u daljnji razvoj gospodarstva na području grada Šibenika. Naime, izgradnjom nove prometnice u poduzetničkoj zoni Podi omogućit će se dodatni prostor za razvoj gospodarske djelatnosti za najmanje osam novih poduzetnika. Našu poduzetničku zonu nastavljamo razvijati u suradnji s Ministarstvom prometa konkretiziranjem gradnje čvora koji će Pode izravno spojiti na autocestu- kazao je šibenski gradonačelnik Željko Burić.

Zamjenik gradonačelnika Danijel Mileta istaknuo je kako će se ovim ulaganjem izgraditi ukupno 607 metara prometnice širine sedam metara, s elektro-komunikacijskom infrastrukturom, javnom rasvjetom, vodovodom i odvodnjom. Projektom će se urediti i gotovo 40.000 metara četvornih zelenih površina na koje će se posaditi autohtone mediteranske biljke, dok će se u svrhu poboljšanja vidljivosti poduzetničke zone izgraditi veliki trostrani reklamni pano dimenzija 12 x 5 metara.

- Na Podima danas imamo nešto manje od 50 poduzetnika koji tamo rade i privređuju s otprilike 1350 zaposlenika. Na nama je da ovaj projekt što kvalitetnije završimo te da se okrenemo prema novoj etapi razvoja zone, pripremi dokumentacije kako bi bili unaprijed pripremljeni za prihvat novih investitora- poručio je direktor Poda Jakov Terzanović.

Pročelnik šibenskog Upravnog odjela za gospodarstvo, poduzetništvo i razvoj Petar Mišura podsjetio je kako je projekt „Izgradnja infrastrukture u poduzetničkoj zoni Podi“ jedan od pet velikih infrastrukturnih projekata koji odjel provodi.

Ukupna vrijednost ovog projekta, financiranog u okviru natječaja „Razvoj infrastrukture poduzetničkih zona“, je oko 10,1 milijuna kuna od čega bespovratna sredstva Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj iznose oko 7,6 milijuna kuna ili 75 posto ukupne vrijednosti.

Predviđeno trajanje radova je šest mjeseci.
