U turizmu cijene padaju, naročito u privatnom smještaju. Dobar dio iznajmljivača upao je u srpanjsku rupu, počeli su snižavati cijene smještaja kako bi popunili objekte. 

I letimičan pogled u virtualni izlog dovoljan je, cijene u privatnom smještaju padaju.

- Rezervirali smo apartman za 4 osobe po, rekla bih, nekoj srednjoj cjenovnoj kategoriji, rekla je za HRT Brigitte, turistica iz Njemačke. 

- Rekao bih da je cijena poprilično prihvatljiva za tu vrstu smještaja, a sad istražujemo što sve nudi odredište koje smo izabrali za odmor, kazao je Chris, turist iz Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva.

Iznajmljivači upali u srpanjsku rupu

Od Istre do Dubrovnika situacija ista, dio iznajmljivača upao je u srpanjsku rupu.

- Pojedini iznajmljivači su tad počeli spuštati cijene kako bi na neki način nadomjestili taj nedostatak gostiju. Može se reći da veliki broj iznajmljivača, u biti, nije uspio u tako kratkom periodu popuniti objekte i u biti bio je više prazan nego pun, izjavila je Lorena John, predsjednica Udruge obiteljskog smještaja Istre.

U srcu sezone mjesta u sobama i apartmanima napretek. No, nije turistički promet značajnije opao već enormno rastu kapaciteti u privatnom smještaju.

- I ti slobodni objekti se ponašaju kako se ponašaju i u predsezoni kad su prazni - cijena ide dolje! Na svaki datum možeš naći pedesetak objekata u Dubrovniku slobodnih, neko ima jedan, neko dva apartmana slobodna, to je stotinjak smještajnih jedinica, i onda se one tuku cijenom tko će uhvatiti gosta u samom last-minute, objasnio je Nino Dubretić, vlasnik agencije za privatni smještaj.

- Najveći skok u kapacitetima smještajnim je u tom segmentu privatnih iznajmljivača, svake godine rastu po 10 do 15 posto. Oni jednostavno ne prate rast broja gostiju i potražnje, istaknuo je Dino Karađole, direktor Turističke zajednice Šibenik.

Povećanja cijena

Mnogi su, zbog uvećanih troškova i na krilima najave najbolje sezone dosad, cijene u svojim objektima povisili i za nevjerojatnih 40, 50 posto.

- Svi oni koji su imali normalne cijene, koji nisu nabili cijene više nego što treba su imali izbukirano sve i prije početka sezone. A ovi ostali koji su cijene stvarno, bez ikakvog temelja digli, oni su morali snižavati cijene jer booking nije bio onakav kakav su očekivali najvjerojatnije, istaknuo je za HRT Ivo Antišin, privatni iznajmljivač iz Zadra.

Upozoravali su na to mnogi turistički znalci još na početku sezone. A uz čak 55 tisuća novih kreveta u privatnom smještaju u samo godinu dana, nije ni čudo što, prema nekim procjenama, čak trećina iznajmljivača ne dočekuje goste u špici sezone.

U turizmu cijene padaju, naročito u privatnom smještaju. Dobar dio iznajmljivača upao je u srpanjsku rupu, počeli su snižavati cijene smještaja kako bi popunili objekte. 

I letimičan pogled u virtualni izlog dovoljan je, cijene u privatnom smještaju padaju.

- Rezervirali smo apartman za 4 osobe po, rekla bih, nekoj srednjoj cjenovnoj kategoriji, rekla je za HRT Brigitte, turistica iz Njemačke. 

- Rekao bih da je cijena poprilično prihvatljiva za tu vrstu smještaja, a sad istražujemo što sve nudi odredište koje smo izabrali za odmor, kazao je Chris, turist iz Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva.

Iznajmljivači upali u srpanjsku rupu

Od Istre do Dubrovnika situacija ista, dio iznajmljivača upao je u srpanjsku rupu.

- Pojedini iznajmljivači su tad počeli spuštati cijene kako bi na neki način nadomjestili taj nedostatak gostiju. Može se reći da veliki broj iznajmljivača, u biti, nije uspio u tako kratkom periodu popuniti objekte i u biti bio je više prazan nego pun, izjavila je Lorena John, predsjednica Udruge obiteljskog smještaja Istre.

U srcu sezone mjesta u sobama i apartmanima napretek. No, nije turistički promet značajnije opao već enormno rastu kapaciteti u privatnom smještaju.

- I ti slobodni objekti se ponašaju kako se ponašaju i u predsezoni kad su prazni - cijena ide dolje! Na svaki datum možeš naći pedesetak objekata u Dubrovniku slobodnih, neko ima jedan, neko dva apartmana slobodna, to je stotinjak smještajnih jedinica, i onda se one tuku cijenom tko će uhvatiti gosta u samom last-minute, objasnio je Nino Dubretić, vlasnik agencije za privatni smještaj.

- Najveći skok u kapacitetima smještajnim je u tom segmentu privatnih iznajmljivača, svake godine rastu po 10 do 15 posto. Oni jednostavno ne prate rast broja gostiju i potražnje, istaknuo je Dino Karađole, direktor Turističke zajednice Šibenik.

Povećanja cijena

Mnogi su, zbog uvećanih troškova i na krilima najave najbolje sezone dosad, cijene u svojim objektima povisili i za nevjerojatnih 40, 50 posto.

- Svi oni koji su imali normalne cijene, koji nisu nabili cijene više nego što treba su imali izbukirano sve i prije početka sezone. A ovi ostali koji su cijene stvarno, bez ikakvog temelja digli, oni su morali snižavati cijene jer booking nije bio onakav kakav su očekivali najvjerojatnije, istaknuo je za HRT Ivo Antišin, privatni iznajmljivač iz Zadra.

U turizmu cijene padaju, naročito u privatnom smještaju. Dobar dio iznajmljivača upao je u srpanjsku rupu, počeli su snižavati cijene smještaja kako bi popunili objekte. 

I letimičan pogled u virtualni izlog dovoljan je, cijene u privatnom smještaju padaju.

- Rezervirali smo apartman za 4 osobe po, rekla bih, nekoj srednjoj cjenovnoj kategoriji, rekla je za HRT Brigitte, turistica iz Njemačke. 

- Rekao bih da je cijena poprilično prihvatljiva za tu vrstu smještaja, a sad istražujemo što sve nudi odredište koje smo izabrali za odmor, kazao je Chris, turist iz Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva.

Iznajmljivači upali u srpanjsku rupu

Od Istre do Dubrovnika situacija ista, dio iznajmljivača upao je u srpanjsku rupu.

- Pojedini iznajmljivači su tad počeli spuštati cijene kako bi na neki način nadomjestili taj nedostatak gostiju. Može se reći da veliki broj iznajmljivača, u biti, nije uspio u tako kratkom periodu popuniti objekte i u biti bio je više prazan nego pun, izjavila je Lorena John, predsjednica Udruge obiteljskog smještaja Istre.

U srcu sezone mjesta u sobama i apartmanima napretek. No, nije turistički promet značajnije opao već enormno rastu kapaciteti u privatnom smještaju.

- I ti slobodni objekti se ponašaju kako se ponašaju i u predsezoni kad su prazni - cijena ide dolje! Na svaki datum možeš naći pedesetak objekata u Dubrovniku slobodnih, neko ima jedan, neko dva apartmana slobodna, to je stotinjak smještajnih jedinica, i onda se one tuku cijenom tko će uhvatiti gosta u samom last-minute, objasnio je Nino Dubretić, vlasnik agencije za privatni smještaj.

- Najveći skok u kapacitetima smještajnim je u tom segmentu privatnih iznajmljivača, svake godine rastu po 10 do 15 posto. Oni jednostavno ne prate rast broja gostiju i potražnje, istaknuo je Dino Karađole, direktor Turističke zajednice Šibenik.

Povećanja cijena

Mnogi su, zbog uvećanih troškova i na krilima najave najbolje sezone dosad, cijene u svojim objektima povisili i za nevjerojatnih 40, 50 posto.

- Svi oni koji su imali normalne cijene, koji nisu nabili cijene više nego što treba su imali izbukirano sve i prije početka sezone. A ovi ostali koji su cijene stvarno, bez ikakvog temelja digli, oni su morali snižavati cijene jer booking nije bio onakav kakav su očekivali najvjerojatnije, istaknuo je za HRT Ivo Antišin, privatni iznajmljivač iz Zadra.
