Manifestacijom „H2LO“ u organizaciji Turističke zajednice Grada Šibenika i udruge „Na maloj loži“, koja je bila održana 12. svibnja ove godine na trgu Ivana Pavla II, obilježen je dan kada je Šibenik prije 143 godine po prvi puta dobio pitku vodu iz javne česme kod crkve sv. Ivana na Malog loži. U sklopu te priredbe počela je restauracija česme Rodićevac na Maloj loži koja je nedavno dovršena.

U Šibeniku je tog, povijesno značajnog dana, 1879. godine u 16 sati potekla prva pitka voda, a česmu na Maloj loži je svečano otvorio Gavril barun Rodić, tadašnji namjesnik Dalmacije i počasni građanin Šibenika po kojem je dobila ime „Rodićevac“. Ovo je ujedno i jedina od prvih šest česmi u Šibeniku koja je još uvijek u funkciji. Nalazi se u središtu trga, a glavni dio čine kružni bazen od kamenih blokova s fugiranim spojevima, dok je gornji dio napravljen od lijevanog željeza s mjedenim špinama te mjedenim posvetnim natpisom.

„Jedan od ciljeva ovogodišnje manifestacije  „H2LO“, osim edukacije o važnosti i očuvanju pitke vode te važnosti njegovanja kulturne baštine, bila je i restauracija navedene česme koja je završena prošloga tjedna, na zadovoljstvo nas organizatora kao i, nadamo se, svih građana Šibenika“, poručili su iz TZ Grada Šibenika.

Česmu je obnovio restaurator Frederik Levarda. Najprije je oprana vodom i mekanim četkama kako bi se uklonio sloj nečistoća. Mjedeni natpis je, nakon mehaničkog čišenja, ispoliran pastom za mjed, ispran otapalima te je na njega nanesen sloj mikrokristalnog voska.

Metalne mjedene česme su očišćene na isti način kao i ploča. Metalne šipke koje pokrivaju odvod očišene su mehanički četkama i ručnim alatima te ponovno obojene crnom zaštitnom bojom.

Nakon uklanjanja tragova korozije sa same česme od ljevanog željeza, ista je mehaničkim sredstvima premazana u dva sloja novom bojom, istovjetnom zatečenoj. Podršku manifestaciji, kao i čišćenju česme, dao je Grad Šibenik, Nacionalni park Krka, kao i Vodovod i odvodnja d.o.o. Šibenik.

Manifestacijom „H2LO“ u organizaciji Turističke zajednice Grada Šibenika i udruge „Na maloj loži“, koja je bila održana 12. svibnja ove godine na trgu Ivana Pavla II, obilježen je dan kada je Šibenik prije 143 godine po prvi puta dobio pitku vodu iz javne česme kod crkve sv. Ivana na Malog loži. U sklopu te priredbe počela je restauracija česme Rodićevac na Maloj loži koja je nedavno dovršena.

U Šibeniku je tog, povijesno značajnog dana, 1879. godine u 16 sati potekla prva pitka voda, a česmu na Maloj loži je svečano otvorio Gavril barun Rodić, tadašnji namjesnik Dalmacije i počasni građanin Šibenika po kojem je dobila ime „Rodićevac“. Ovo je ujedno i jedina od prvih šest česmi u Šibeniku koja je još uvijek u funkciji. Nalazi se u središtu trga, a glavni dio čine kružni bazen od kamenih blokova s fugiranim spojevima, dok je gornji dio napravljen od lijevanog željeza s mjedenim špinama te mjedenim posvetnim natpisom.

„Jedan od ciljeva ovogodišnje manifestacije  „H2LO“, osim edukacije o važnosti i očuvanju pitke vode te važnosti njegovanja kulturne baštine, bila je i restauracija navedene česme koja je završena prošloga tjedna, na zadovoljstvo nas organizatora kao i, nadamo se, svih građana Šibenika“, poručili su iz TZ Grada Šibenika.

Česmu je obnovio restaurator Frederik Levarda. Najprije je oprana vodom i mekanim četkama kako bi se uklonio sloj nečistoća. Mjedeni natpis je, nakon mehaničkog čišenja, ispoliran pastom za mjed, ispran otapalima te je na njega nanesen sloj mikrokristalnog voska.

Metalne mjedene česme su očišćene na isti način kao i ploča. Metalne šipke koje pokrivaju odvod očišene su mehanički četkama i ručnim alatima te ponovno obojene crnom zaštitnom bojom.

Nakon uklanjanja tragova korozije sa same česme od ljevanog željeza, ista je mehaničkim sredstvima premazana u dva sloja novom bojom, istovjetnom zatečenoj. Podršku manifestaciji, kao i čišćenju česme, dao je Grad Šibenik, Nacionalni park Krka, kao i Vodovod i odvodnja d.o.o. Šibenik.

Česmi ‘Rodićevac‘ na Maloj loži ponovno vraćen stari sjaj: prije 143 godine iz nje je po prvi put potekla voda

Manifestacijom „H2LO“ u organizaciji Turističke zajednice Grada Šibenika i udruge „Na maloj loži“, koja je bila održana 12. svibnja ove godine na trgu Ivana Pavla II, obilježen je dan kada je Šibenik prije 143 godine po prvi puta dobio pitku vodu iz javne česme kod crkve sv. Ivana na Malog loži. U sklopu te priredbe počela je restauracija česme Rodićevac na Maloj loži koja je nedavno dovršena.

U Šibeniku je tog, povijesno značajnog dana, 1879. godine u 16 sati potekla prva pitka voda, a česmu na Maloj loži je svečano otvorio Gavril barun Rodić, tadašnji namjesnik Dalmacije i počasni građanin Šibenika po kojem je dobila ime „Rodićevac“. Ovo je ujedno i jedina od prvih šest česmi u Šibeniku koja je još uvijek u funkciji. Nalazi se u središtu trga, a glavni dio čine kružni bazen od kamenih blokova s fugiranim spojevima, dok je gornji dio napravljen od lijevanog željeza s mjedenim špinama te mjedenim posvetnim natpisom.

„Jedan od ciljeva ovogodišnje manifestacije  „H2LO“, osim edukacije o važnosti i očuvanju pitke vode te važnosti njegovanja kulturne baštine, bila je i restauracija navedene česme koja je završena prošloga tjedna, na zadovoljstvo nas organizatora kao i, nadamo se, svih građana Šibenika“, poručili su iz TZ Grada Šibenika.

Česmu je obnovio restaurator Frederik Levarda. Najprije je oprana vodom i mekanim četkama kako bi se uklonio sloj nečistoća. Mjedeni natpis je, nakon mehaničkog čišenja, ispoliran pastom za mjed, ispran otapalima te je na njega nanesen sloj mikrokristalnog voska.

Metalne mjedene česme su očišćene na isti način kao i ploča. Metalne šipke koje pokrivaju odvod očišene su mehanički četkama i ručnim alatima te ponovno obojene crnom zaštitnom bojom.

Nakon uklanjanja tragova korozije sa same česme od ljevanog željeza, ista je mehaničkim sredstvima premazana u dva sloja novom bojom, istovjetnom zatečenoj. Podršku manifestaciji, kao i čišćenju česme, dao je Grad Šibenik, Nacionalni park Krka, kao i Vodovod i odvodnja d.o.o. Šibenik.
