U našoj se zemlji godišnje rodi više od 300 djece s urođenim srčanim greškama, od kojih veći dio nije otkriven prije njihova rođenja. Stoga sve važnija postaje edukacija liječnika u otkrivanju srčanih mana kod još nerođenog djeteta, tijekom trudnoće, jer je tada i mnogo veća mogućnost za preživljavanje i normalan život, izvještava HRT.

Šibenčanka Maja u 32. tjednu trudnoće saznala je da njezin, sada desetogodišnjak, ima poteškoće sa srcem.

- Na samom početku ogroman šok i ne znate ni kud ni što. Doktor nam je jako pomogao, uputio nas gdje i kako, rekla je Maja Beader, majka. 

Gospođa Barbara za složenu srčanu grešku svojeg 17-ogodišnjaka saznala je treći dan nakon porođaja.

- Kao roditelj i kao majka, slijedio je veliki šok jer ste očekivali zdravo dijete, niste znali što vas čeka, bačeni ste u potpuno jedan novi svijet, ispričala je Barbara Vidović Brzaj, dopredsjednica udruge "Veliko srce malom srcu". 

Upravo je stoga, otkrivanje srčane greške u nerođene djece iznimno važno jer se ona uglavnom može liječiti.

- A osobito se može dobro liječiti ako se prenatalno spozna i ako se na vrijeme poduzmu sve mjere koje su potrebne - od transporta "in utero" do rađanja u tercijarnoj transfernoj ustanovi, objasnio je Ivan Malčić, specijalist pedijatrijske kardiologije.

- Zato što u tercijarnom centru imamo dostupan čitav set aparature i svega da možemo djetetu adekvatno pomoći i da možemo te funkcije odmah koje treba zamijeniti zamijenimo, istaknuo je Nenad Veček, subspecijalist fetalne medicine u Klinici za ženske bolesti i porode KBC-a Zagreb.

Edukacija liječnika specijalista stoga je ključna jer se srčane greške gotovo uvijek otkrivaju u urednim trudnoćama.

- Kad se srčana mana prepozna na porodu do prve intervencije prođe nekakvih 48 do 70 sati, a to vrijeme od 48 do 70 sati je vrijeme koje je ključno da nastanu oštećenja kod ploda koja ne bi nastala kad se to zna prije porođaja, rekao je za HRT Ivan Zmijanović, voditelj Odjela ginekologije i opstetricije OB Šibensko-kninske županije.

U zajedničkoj borbi liječnici i roditelji povezali su se u udruzi "Veliko srce malom srcu".

- To nisu razgovori od par minuta, to su sati razgovora gdje mi zajednički dijelimo i sreću i radost i bol. To je naš način života, mi ni ne znamo drugačije, rekla je Barbara Vidović Brzaj.

Jer tako žele osvijestiti javnost - prevencija i potpora nakon porođaja povećat će broj djece koja će se uspješno izboriti s prirođenom srčanom greškom.

U našoj se zemlji godišnje rodi više od 300 djece s urođenim srčanim greškama, od kojih veći dio nije otkriven prije njihova rođenja. Stoga sve važnija postaje edukacija liječnika u otkrivanju srčanih mana kod još nerođenog djeteta, tijekom trudnoće, jer je tada i mnogo veća mogućnost za preživljavanje i normalan život, izvještava HRT.

Šibenčanka Maja u 32. tjednu trudnoće saznala je da njezin, sada desetogodišnjak, ima poteškoće sa srcem.

- Na samom početku ogroman šok i ne znate ni kud ni što. Doktor nam je jako pomogao, uputio nas gdje i kako, rekla je Maja Beader, majka. 

Gospođa Barbara za složenu srčanu grešku svojeg 17-ogodišnjaka saznala je treći dan nakon porođaja.

- Kao roditelj i kao majka, slijedio je veliki šok jer ste očekivali zdravo dijete, niste znali što vas čeka, bačeni ste u potpuno jedan novi svijet, ispričala je Barbara Vidović Brzaj, dopredsjednica udruge "Veliko srce malom srcu". 

Upravo je stoga, otkrivanje srčane greške u nerođene djece iznimno važno jer se ona uglavnom može liječiti.

- A osobito se može dobro liječiti ako se prenatalno spozna i ako se na vrijeme poduzmu sve mjere koje su potrebne - od transporta "in utero" do rađanja u tercijarnoj transfernoj ustanovi, objasnio je Ivan Malčić, specijalist pedijatrijske kardiologije.

- Zato što u tercijarnom centru imamo dostupan čitav set aparature i svega da možemo djetetu adekvatno pomoći i da možemo te funkcije odmah koje treba zamijeniti zamijenimo, istaknuo je Nenad Veček, subspecijalist fetalne medicine u Klinici za ženske bolesti i porode KBC-a Zagreb.

Edukacija liječnika specijalista stoga je ključna jer se srčane greške gotovo uvijek otkrivaju u urednim trudnoćama.

- Kad se srčana mana prepozna na porodu do prve intervencije prođe nekakvih 48 do 70 sati, a to vrijeme od 48 do 70 sati je vrijeme koje je ključno da nastanu oštećenja kod ploda koja ne bi nastala kad se to zna prije porođaja, rekao je za HRT Ivan Zmijanović, voditelj Odjela ginekologije i opstetricije OB Šibensko-kninske županije.

U zajedničkoj borbi liječnici i roditelji povezali su se u udruzi "Veliko srce malom srcu".

- To nisu razgovori od par minuta, to su sati razgovora gdje mi zajednički dijelimo i sreću i radost i bol. To je naš način života, mi ni ne znamo drugačije, rekla je Barbara Vidović Brzaj.

Jer tako žele osvijestiti javnost - prevencija i potpora nakon porođaja povećat će broj djece koja će se uspješno izboriti s prirođenom srčanom greškom.

U našoj se zemlji godišnje rodi više od 300 djece s urođenim srčanim greškama, od kojih veći dio nije otkriven prije njihova rođenja. Stoga sve važnija postaje edukacija liječnika u otkrivanju srčanih mana kod još nerođenog djeteta, tijekom trudnoće, jer je tada i mnogo veća mogućnost za preživljavanje i normalan život, izvještava HRT.

Šibenčanka Maja u 32. tjednu trudnoće saznala je da njezin, sada desetogodišnjak, ima poteškoće sa srcem.

- Na samom početku ogroman šok i ne znate ni kud ni što. Doktor nam je jako pomogao, uputio nas gdje i kako, rekla je Maja Beader, majka. 

Gospođa Barbara za složenu srčanu grešku svojeg 17-ogodišnjaka saznala je treći dan nakon porođaja.

- Kao roditelj i kao majka, slijedio je veliki šok jer ste očekivali zdravo dijete, niste znali što vas čeka, bačeni ste u potpuno jedan novi svijet, ispričala je Barbara Vidović Brzaj, dopredsjednica udruge "Veliko srce malom srcu". 

Upravo je stoga, otkrivanje srčane greške u nerođene djece iznimno važno jer se ona uglavnom može liječiti.

- A osobito se može dobro liječiti ako se prenatalno spozna i ako se na vrijeme poduzmu sve mjere koje su potrebne - od transporta "in utero" do rađanja u tercijarnoj transfernoj ustanovi, objasnio je Ivan Malčić, specijalist pedijatrijske kardiologije.

- Zato što u tercijarnom centru imamo dostupan čitav set aparature i svega da možemo djetetu adekvatno pomoći i da možemo te funkcije odmah koje treba zamijeniti zamijenimo, istaknuo je Nenad Veček, subspecijalist fetalne medicine u Klinici za ženske bolesti i porode KBC-a Zagreb.

Edukacija liječnika specijalista stoga je ključna jer se srčane greške gotovo uvijek otkrivaju u urednim trudnoćama.
