Udruga Glas poduzetnika komentirala je upis promjene valute temeljnog kapitala iz kune u euro koji bi se plaćao javnom bilježniku u iznosu od čak 2500 kuna, kao i kazne koje bi tvrtke trebale platiti ukoliko to ne obave u predviđenom roku.

"Ovih dana UGP je prvi progovorio i ukazao na novo potencijalno novčano opterećenje za poduzetnike kojim bi država naplatila papir koji je već dala, odnosno želi se naplatiti konverzija valute u sudskom registru po cijeni od 2500kn za javnobilježničke usluge. UGP kaže: Ne može!

UGP smatra da je dosta dodanih nameta i nepotrebnim financijskih opterećenja poduzetnika koji jedva preživljavaju s visokim troškovima svojeg poslovanja. Naime, ulaskom u Eurozonu od 01.01. 2023. upis promjene valute temeljnog kapitala iz kune u euro, plaćao bi se javnom bilježniku 2500 kn ukoliko bi se radilo o d.o.o. (isti vrijedi i za j.d.o.o.), čiji je temeljni kapital 20 000 kn odnosno od 10 kn ukoliko se radi o j.d.o.o.-u.

Upis svih promjena koje se provode u sudskom registru u vezi uvođenja eura kao službene valute u Republici Hrvatskoj registrirani sud provesti će bez naknade. Smatramo da upis promjena valute temeljnog kapitala treba biti oslobođen i javnobilježničkih troškova odnosno da se ne bi trebao naplaćivati poduzetnicima jer ih nepotrebno opterećuje. Smatramo da je država imala dovoljno vremena da pripremi svu potrebnu dokumentaciju kao i automatizirati usluge konverzije valute koje bi bile dostupne, jednostavne i prije svega besplatne jer dosta je toga da država naplaćuje papir koji nam je već dala.

Udruga Glas poduzetnika smatra da je krajnje neprihvatljivo da se uvode novčane kazne za one koji ne upišu promjene valute eura kao službenu valutu u sudski registar na vrijeme. Neprimjereno je da se dodatno financijski opterećuju poduzetnici i to novčanim kaznama.

- Sigurni smo da će nadležno Ministarstvo riješiti potencijalni problem, na koji upravo ukazujemo, jer smo još sigurniji da trošak konverzije poduzetnici neće platiti, taj namet neće proći. - kaže Hrvoje Bujas, predsjednik UGP-a.

UGP neće šutjeti već jasno zahtijevamo da se u što kraćem roku nađu rješenja koja će biti povoljna za poduzetnike koji već sad teško preživljavaju krizu uzrokovanu pandemijom, ratom u Ukrajini i inflacijom. dok se poduzetnici iz dana u dan bore sa svim davanjima koje im država nameće", stoji u priopćenju Glasa poduzetnika.

Udruga Glas poduzetnika komentirala je upis promjene valute temeljnog kapitala iz kune u euro koji bi se plaćao javnom bilježniku u iznosu od čak 2500 kuna, kao i kazne koje bi tvrtke trebale platiti ukoliko to ne obave u predviđenom roku.

Priopćenje kojeg potpisuju Šibenčanin Hrvoje Bujas i Branka Prišlić prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Ovih dana UGP je prvi progovorio i ukazao na novo potencijalno novčano opterećenje za poduzetnike kojim bi država naplatila papir koji je već dala, odnosno želi se naplatiti konverzija valute u sudskom registru po cijeni od 2500kn za javnobilježničke usluge. UGP kaže: Ne može!

UGP smatra da je dosta dodanih nameta i nepotrebnim financijskih opterećenja poduzetnika koji jedva preživljavaju s visokim troškovima svojeg poslovanja. Naime, ulaskom u Eurozonu od 01.01. 2023. upis promjene valute temeljnog kapitala iz kune u euro, plaćao bi se javnom bilježniku 2500 kn ukoliko bi se radilo o d.o.o. (isti vrijedi i za j.d.o.o.), čiji je temeljni kapital 20 000 kn odnosno od 10 kn ukoliko se radi o j.d.o.o.-u.

Upis svih promjena koje se provode u sudskom registru u vezi uvođenja eura kao službene valute u Republici Hrvatskoj registrirani sud provesti će bez naknade. Smatramo da upis promjena valute temeljnog kapitala treba biti oslobođen i javnobilježničkih troškova odnosno da se ne bi trebao naplaćivati poduzetnicima jer ih nepotrebno opterećuje. Smatramo da je država imala dovoljno vremena da pripremi svu potrebnu dokumentaciju kao i automatizirati usluge konverzije valute koje bi bile dostupne, jednostavne i prije svega besplatne jer dosta je toga da država naplaćuje papir koji nam je već dala.

Udruga Glas poduzetnika smatra da je krajnje neprihvatljivo da se uvode novčane kazne za one koji ne upišu promjene valute eura kao službenu valutu u sudski registar na vrijeme. Neprimjereno je da se dodatno financijski opterećuju poduzetnici i to novčanim kaznama.

Udruga Glas poduzetnika komentirala je upis promjene valute temeljnog kapitala iz kune u euro koji bi se plaćao javnom bilježniku u iznosu od čak 2500 kuna, kao i kazne koje bi tvrtke trebale platiti ukoliko to ne obave u predviđenom roku.

Priopćenje kojeg potpisuju Šibenčanin Hrvoje Bujas i Branka Prišlić prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Ovih dana UGP je prvi progovorio i ukazao na novo potencijalno novčano opterećenje za poduzetnike kojim bi država naplatila papir koji je već dala, odnosno želi se naplatiti konverzija valute u sudskom registru po cijeni od 2500kn za javnobilježničke usluge. UGP kaže: Ne može!

UGP smatra da je dosta dodanih nameta i nepotrebnim financijskih opterećenja poduzetnika koji jedva preživljavaju s visokim troškovima svojeg poslovanja. Naime, ulaskom u Eurozonu od 01.01. 2023. upis promjene valute temeljnog kapitala iz kune u euro, plaćao bi se javnom bilježniku 2500 kn ukoliko bi se radilo o d.o.o. (isti vrijedi i za j.d.o.o.), čiji je temeljni kapital 20 000 kn odnosno od 10 kn ukoliko se radi o j.d.o.o.-u.

Upis svih promjena koje se provode u sudskom registru u vezi uvođenja eura kao službene valute u Republici Hrvatskoj registrirani sud provesti će bez naknade. Smatramo da upis promjena valute temeljnog kapitala treba biti oslobođen i javnobilježničkih troškova odnosno da se ne bi trebao naplaćivati poduzetnicima jer ih nepotrebno opterećuje. Smatramo da je država imala dovoljno vremena da pripremi svu potrebnu dokumentaciju kao i automatizirati usluge konverzije valute koje bi bile dostupne, jednostavne i prije svega besplatne jer dosta je toga da država naplaćuje papir koji nam je već dala.

Udruga Glas poduzetnika smatra da je krajnje neprihvatljivo da se uvode novčane kazne za one koji ne upišu promjene valute eura kao službenu valutu u sudski registar na vrijeme. Neprimjereno je da se dodatno financijski opterećuju poduzetnici i to novčanim kaznama.
