Jeftiniji su od auta, u nekim slučajevima i brži zbog lakše navigacije po gradskim uličicama. Neki od njih razvijaju brzinu i do 70 km/h. Ekonomični su i laki, a takva vozila mogu se sklopiti i nositi u rukama, spakirati u auto ili ispod kreveta. Riječ je o električnim romobilima, a može ih se kupiti po cijenama od tisuću pa do 30 tisuća kuna, ovisno o dodacima koje imaju i snazi koju kupac želi.

Baš zbog pristupačnosti viđamo ih sve češće na hrvatskim ulicama, a zbog njihovog sve većeg broja na cestama, Ministarstvo unutarnjih poslova uputilo je prijedlog u javnu raspravu da svi romobili koji mogu razviti brzinu veću od 25 km/h moraju biti homologirani i registrirani da bi mogli sudjelovati u prometu na cestama.

U prijedlogu stoji da bi električni romobil mogle voziti samo osobe starije od 14 godina, samo po biciklističkoj stazi ili traci, ako toga nema, korisnik bi ga mogao voziti po nogostupu, ali u tom slučaju bi morao ići brzinom pješaka. Odnosno maksimalno 5 kilometara na sat. Ako se ne bi držao te odredbe, mogao bi biti kažnjen u iznosu od 500 kuna.

Zaustavili smo romobiliste na ulicama u Zagrebu i pitali ih što misle o ovom zakonu. Tomislav Vlaović (31) kaže da električni romobil ima već tri godine i da je na njemu odvozio već tri tisuće kilometara.

- Super je jer ga mogu parkirati svugdje, većina objekata dozvoljava parkiranje u objektu pa s njim prođem puno jeftinije od auta, posebno što se tiče parkinga - govori Vlaović.

Pobornik je regulacije, pa naglašava da je potrebno izdavanje jasnih naputaka i misli da će regulacija pridonijeti većem razumijevanju ostalih sudionika u prometu prema romobilistima. Antonija Knezović ističe kako na romobilu uštedi puno.

- Evo već godinu dana vozim svoj romobil, velika mi je ušteda vremena i novca, a uglavnom ga vozim od kuće do trgovine, u obavljanju razne papirologije i slično, najlakše mi je romobilom - kaže Antonija i dodaje da sad ne nosi kacigu, ali definitivno, kaže, hoće ako zakon prođe.

S druge strane, da je zakon apsurdan, kaže 53-godišnji Berislav Hršak. Napomenuo je da električni romobil sam po sebi pri kretanju ima brzinu veću od 5 km/h što znači da bi ga se moglo kazniti već na temelju kretanja s romobilom.

- Registracije su čisti harač, ako ću morati, onda ću ih napraviti, ali to je po meni potpuno bespotrebno - kaže Berislav koji vozi romobil modela VSETT 8, koji spada u jače modele. Kaže da dostiže brzinu od 35 km/h, ali nikad ne vozi toliko jer mu nije do brze vožnje. Pokazao nam je da može postavljati brzinu, ali drži je na najmanjoj.

- Onaj koji je donosio prijedlog zakona očito nije vozio romobil. Apsurdno je, ali što je tu je.

Jeftiniji su od auta, u nekim slučajevima i brži zbog lakše navigacije po gradskim uličicama. Neki od njih razvijaju brzinu i do 70 km/h. Ekonomični su i laki, a takva vozila mogu se sklopiti i nositi u rukama, spakirati u auto ili ispod kreveta. Riječ je o električnim romobilima, a može ih se kupiti po cijenama od tisuću pa do 30 tisuća kuna, ovisno o dodacima koje imaju i snazi koju kupac želi.

Baš zbog pristupačnosti viđamo ih sve češće na hrvatskim ulicama, a zbog njihovog sve većeg broja na cestama, Ministarstvo unutarnjih poslova uputilo je prijedlog u javnu raspravu da svi romobili koji mogu razviti brzinu veću od 25 km/h moraju biti homologirani i registrirani da bi mogli sudjelovati u prometu na cestama.

U prijedlogu stoji da bi električni romobil mogle voziti samo osobe starije od 14 godina, samo po biciklističkoj stazi ili traci, ako toga nema, korisnik bi ga mogao voziti po nogostupu, ali u tom slučaju bi morao ići brzinom pješaka. Odnosno maksimalno 5 kilometara na sat. Ako se ne bi držao te odredbe, mogao bi biti kažnjen u iznosu od 500 kuna.

Zaustavili smo romobiliste na ulicama u Zagrebu i pitali ih što misle o ovom zakonu. Tomislav Vlaović (31) kaže da električni romobil ima već tri godine i da je na njemu odvozio već tri tisuće kilometara.

- Super je jer ga mogu parkirati svugdje, većina objekata dozvoljava parkiranje u objektu pa s njim prođem puno jeftinije od auta, posebno što se tiče parkinga - govori Vlaović.

Pobornik je regulacije, pa naglašava da je potrebno izdavanje jasnih naputaka i misli da će regulacija pridonijeti većem razumijevanju ostalih sudionika u prometu prema romobilistima. Antonija Knezović ističe kako na romobilu uštedi puno.

- Evo već godinu dana vozim svoj romobil, velika mi je ušteda vremena i novca, a uglavnom ga vozim od kuće do trgovine, u obavljanju razne papirologije i slično, najlakše mi je romobilom - kaže Antonija i dodaje da sad ne nosi kacigu, ali definitivno, kaže, hoće ako zakon prođe.

S druge strane, da je zakon apsurdan, kaže 53-godišnji Berislav Hršak. Napomenuo je da električni romobil sam po sebi pri kretanju ima brzinu veću od 5 km/h što znači da bi ga se moglo kazniti već na temelju kretanja s romobilom.

- Registracije su čisti harač, ako ću morati, onda ću ih napraviti, ali to je po meni potpuno bespotrebno - kaže Berislav koji vozi romobil modela VSETT 8, koji spada u jače modele. Kaže da dostiže brzinu od 35 km/h, ali nikad ne vozi toliko jer mu nije do brze vožnje. Pokazao nam je da može postavljati brzinu, ali drži je na najmanjoj.

- Onaj koji je donosio prijedlog zakona očito nije vozio romobil. Apsurdno je, ali što je tu je.

Romobilisti u čudu: ‘Registracije su harač! Pa moj romobil već kada krene ide 5 km/h‘

Jeftiniji su od auta, u nekim slučajevima i brži zbog lakše navigacije po gradskim uličicama. Neki od njih razvijaju brzinu i do 70 km/h. Ekonomični su i laki, a takva vozila mogu se sklopiti i nositi u rukama, spakirati u auto ili ispod kreveta. Riječ je o električnim romobilima, a može ih se kupiti po cijenama od tisuću pa do 30 tisuća kuna, ovisno o dodacima koje imaju i snazi koju kupac želi.

Baš zbog pristupačnosti viđamo ih sve češće na hrvatskim ulicama, a zbog njihovog sve većeg broja na cestama, Ministarstvo unutarnjih poslova uputilo je prijedlog u javnu raspravu da svi romobili koji mogu razviti brzinu veću od 25 km/h moraju biti homologirani i registrirani da bi mogli sudjelovati u prometu na cestama.

U prijedlogu stoji da bi električni romobil mogle voziti samo osobe starije od 14 godina, samo po biciklističkoj stazi ili traci, ako toga nema, korisnik bi ga mogao voziti po nogostupu, ali u tom slučaju bi morao ići brzinom pješaka. Odnosno maksimalno 5 kilometara na sat. Ako se ne bi držao te odredbe, mogao bi biti kažnjen u iznosu od 500 kuna.

Zaustavili smo romobiliste na ulicama u Zagrebu i pitali ih što misle o ovom zakonu. Tomislav Vlaović (31) kaže da električni romobil ima već tri godine i da je na njemu odvozio već tri tisuće kilometara.

- Super je jer ga mogu parkirati svugdje, većina objekata dozvoljava parkiranje u objektu pa s njim prođem puno jeftinije od auta, posebno što se tiče parkinga - govori Vlaović.

Pobornik je regulacije, pa naglašava da je potrebno izdavanje jasnih naputaka i misli da će regulacija pridonijeti većem razumijevanju ostalih sudionika u prometu prema romobilistima. Antonija Knezović ističe kako na romobilu uštedi puno.

- Evo već godinu dana vozim svoj romobil, velika mi je ušteda vremena i novca, a uglavnom ga vozim od kuće do trgovine, u obavljanju razne papirologije i slično, najlakše mi je romobilom - kaže Antonija i dodaje da sad ne nosi kacigu, ali definitivno, kaže, hoće ako zakon prođe.

S druge strane, da je zakon apsurdan, kaže 53-godišnji Berislav Hršak. Napomenuo je da električni romobil sam po sebi pri kretanju ima brzinu veću od 5 km/h što znači da bi ga se moglo kazniti već na temelju kretanja s romobilom.

- Registracije su čisti harač, ako ću morati, onda ću ih napraviti, ali to je po meni potpuno bespotrebno - kaže Berislav koji vozi romobil modela VSETT 8, koji spada u jače modele. Kaže da dostiže brzinu od 35 km/h, ali nikad ne vozi toliko jer mu nije do brze vožnje. Pokazao nam je da može postavljati brzinu, ali drži je na najmanjoj.

- Onaj koji je donosio prijedlog zakona očito nije vozio romobil. Apsurdno je, ali što je tu je.
