Farmaceutska kompanija Pliva izvijestila je o trajnom prekidu opskrbe, odnosno prestanku proizvodnje popularnih lijekova protiv žgaravice.

Riječ je o lijekovima Gastal koji se inače proizvode u tri različita okusa: klasični s blagim okusom peperminta, Gastal s okusom spearminta i Gastal s okusom višnje. Pliva je za lipanj najavila trajni prekid opskrbe tržišta Gastalom spearmint te za srpanj Gastalom višnja, prenosi Danica.hr.

 

U proizvodnji i opskrbi, dakle, i dalje ostaje klasični Gastal s blagim okusom peperminta. Inače, riječ o jednom od najkorištenijih lijekova za ublažavanje povećane kiselosti želučanog soka.

Višak želučane kiseline je najčešće prouzročen neredovitom prehranom, uživanjem alkohola, nikotina, kave, jako začinjenih i slatkih jela, te psihičkom preopterećenošću ili uporabom nekih lijekova, kažu u Plivi.

Djelatna tvar u Gastalu je aluminijev hidroksid-magnezijev karbonat gel i magnezijev hidroksid. Pripada skupini lijekova koji se koriste za smanjivanje pretjerane kiselosti želučanog soka i nazivaju se antacidi.

 

Inače, prije nekoliko godina s hrvatskog su tržišta povučeni Belupovi i Plivini lijekovi za žgaravicu Gastrobel i Peptoran zbog sumnje da u djelatnoj tvari ranitidin sadrže onečišćenu tvar koja može biti štetna za zdravlje ljudi.

Ispitivanja su tada otkrila da pojedini lijekovi koji su izrađeni od ranitidina sadrže nečistu tvar koja zagađuje okoliš i može izazvati tumore kod laboratorijskih životinja. Ta tvar poznatija pod akronimom NDMA vjerojatno je kancerogena i za ljude, tvrdi američka Agencija za hranu i lijekove.

 

Iz ljekarni su tada hitno povučeni lijekovi za žgaravicu Gastrobel 150 mg šumeće tablete te Peptoran 150 mg i 75 mg filmom obložene tablete.

Farmaceutska kompanija Pliva izvijestila je o trajnom prekidu opskrbe, odnosno prestanku proizvodnje popularnih lijekova protiv žgaravice.

Riječ je o lijekovima Gastal koji se inače proizvode u tri različita okusa: klasični s blagim okusom peperminta, Gastal s okusom spearminta i Gastal s okusom višnje. Pliva je za lipanj najavila trajni prekid opskrbe tržišta Gastalom spearmint te za srpanj Gastalom višnja, prenosi Danica.hr.

 

U proizvodnji i opskrbi, dakle, i dalje ostaje klasični Gastal s blagim okusom peperminta. Inače, riječ o jednom od najkorištenijih lijekova za ublažavanje povećane kiselosti želučanog soka.

Višak želučane kiseline je najčešće prouzročen neredovitom prehranom, uživanjem alkohola, nikotina, kave, jako začinjenih i slatkih jela, te psihičkom preopterećenošću ili uporabom nekih lijekova, kažu u Plivi.

Djelatna tvar u Gastalu je aluminijev hidroksid-magnezijev karbonat gel i magnezijev hidroksid. Pripada skupini lijekova koji se koriste za smanjivanje pretjerane kiselosti želučanog soka i nazivaju se antacidi.

 

Inače, prije nekoliko godina s hrvatskog su tržišta povučeni Belupovi i Plivini lijekovi za žgaravicu Gastrobel i Peptoran zbog sumnje da u djelatnoj tvari ranitidin sadrže onečišćenu tvar koja može biti štetna za zdravlje ljudi.

Ispitivanja su tada otkrila da pojedini lijekovi koji su izrađeni od ranitidina sadrže nečistu tvar koja zagađuje okoliš i može izazvati tumore kod laboratorijskih životinja. Ta tvar poznatija pod akronimom NDMA vjerojatno je kancerogena i za ljude, tvrdi američka Agencija za hranu i lijekove.

 

Iz ljekarni su tada hitno povučeni lijekovi za žgaravicu Gastrobel 150 mg šumeće tablete te Peptoran 150 mg i 75 mg filmom obložene tablete.

Pliva najavila trajni prekid proizvodnje dvije vrste svog popularnog lijeka

Farmaceutska kompanija Pliva izvijestila je o trajnom prekidu opskrbe, odnosno prestanku proizvodnje popularnih lijekova protiv žgaravice.

Riječ je o lijekovima Gastal koji se inače proizvode u tri različita okusa: klasični s blagim okusom peperminta, Gastal s okusom spearminta i Gastal s okusom višnje. Pliva je za lipanj najavila trajni prekid opskrbe tržišta Gastalom spearmint te za srpanj Gastalom višnja, prenosi Danica.hr.

 

U proizvodnji i opskrbi, dakle, i dalje ostaje klasični Gastal s blagim okusom peperminta. Inače, riječ o jednom od najkorištenijih lijekova za ublažavanje povećane kiselosti želučanog soka.

Višak želučane kiseline je najčešće prouzročen neredovitom prehranom, uživanjem alkohola, nikotina, kave, jako začinjenih i slatkih jela, te psihičkom preopterećenošću ili uporabom nekih lijekova, kažu u Plivi.

Djelatna tvar u Gastalu je aluminijev hidroksid-magnezijev karbonat gel i magnezijev hidroksid. Pripada skupini lijekova koji se koriste za smanjivanje pretjerane kiselosti želučanog soka i nazivaju se antacidi.

 

Inače, prije nekoliko godina s hrvatskog su tržišta povučeni Belupovi i Plivini lijekovi za žgaravicu Gastrobel i Peptoran zbog sumnje da u djelatnoj tvari ranitidin sadrže onečišćenu tvar koja može biti štetna za zdravlje ljudi.

Ispitivanja su tada otkrila da pojedini lijekovi koji su izrađeni od ranitidina sadrže nečistu tvar koja zagađuje okoliš i može izazvati tumore kod laboratorijskih životinja. Ta tvar poznatija pod akronimom NDMA vjerojatno je kancerogena i za ljude, tvrdi američka Agencija za hranu i lijekove.

 

Iz ljekarni su tada hitno povučeni lijekovi za žgaravicu Gastrobel 150 mg šumeće tablete te Peptoran 150 mg i 75 mg filmom obložene tablete.
