Porez na vikendice ima varijabilne stope, krećući se od nekoliko desetaka centi do maksimalnih pet eura po četvornom metru. Ipak, svi vlasnici kuća za odmor trebaju biti spremni na razgovor s poreznim službama.

"Zašto se ne bi prijavili ovi koji imaju puno? Ja nemam, pa ne moram mislit o tome, a oni neka se gledaju što će", ne brine se Žana iz Splita.

"Pa računam da će biti 50 naprema 50. Da će se polovica prijavljivat, a polovica će se pravit da tu žive", smatra Siniša Koceić.

"Mislim da će Hrvati iskoristit svaku mogućnost da ne plaćaju porez", dodaje Silvana za RTL.

Da bi se dokazalo da je nekretnina dom, a ne kuća za odmor, potrebno je dostaviti dokaze o prebivalištu, račune za komunalne usluge na istoj adresi ili potvrdu od liječnika. Međutim, liječnici tvrde da to nije njihova odgovornost, već nadležnosti MUP-a.

"Svaka potvrda koju bi liječnik obiteljske medicine izdao, ima težinu pravne isprave, to znači da se može utužiti. A ja ne želim riskirati i davati nekome neke potvrde za koje uopće nisam sigurna niti su vezane uz zdravstvo i zdravstvene preglede, da li netko negdje stanuje ili ne. Pa onda možda zbog zlouporabe takvih potvrda završim na sudu", objašnjava Vikica Krolo, liječnica obiteljske medicine.

Postoji uvijek prostor za manipulaciju, a problem dvostrukog oporezivanja dodatno komplicira situaciju, smatraju agenti za nekretnine.

"Kako dokazati da se ta nekretnina koristi povremeno, stalno, liječničke potvrde, komunalije. To su sad sve po meni je više pitanje dvostrukog oporezivanja, jer dosta ljudi te nekretnine iznajmljuje, znači plaćaju taj paušalni porez za turistički najam", smatra Marina Maretić, vlasnica agencije za nekretnine iz Splita.

Gradovi poput Dubrovnika, Zagreba i Pule odlučili su se za maksimalnu stopu poreza od pet eura po četvornom metru.

"To je čini mi se dobra potez jer ne odnosi se na naše sugrađane koji žive u gradu, nego one koji imaju u Puli prazne gradske stanove, nemaju prebivalište. I koji imaju kuće za odmor koji ih je malo jer mi smo više urbana nego ruralna sredina", kaže Filip Zoričić, gradonačelnik Pule.

Split se ipak odlučio zadržati na iznosu od dva eura po četvornom metru. Iz Porezne uprave danas nisu odgovorili na upite, dok su gradovi i općine preuzeli odgovornost za naplatu ovog poreza.

Porez na vikendice ima varijabilne stope, krećući se od nekoliko desetaka centi do maksimalnih pet eura po četvornom metru. Ipak, svi vlasnici kuća za odmor trebaju biti spremni na razgovor s poreznim službama.

"Zašto se ne bi prijavili ovi koji imaju puno? Ja nemam, pa ne moram mislit o tome, a oni neka se gledaju što će", ne brine se Žana iz Splita.

"Pa računam da će biti 50 naprema 50. Da će se polovica prijavljivat, a polovica će se pravit da tu žive", smatra Siniša Koceić.

"Mislim da će Hrvati iskoristit svaku mogućnost da ne plaćaju porez", dodaje Silvana za RTL.

Da bi se dokazalo da je nekretnina dom, a ne kuća za odmor, potrebno je dostaviti dokaze o prebivalištu, račune za komunalne usluge na istoj adresi ili potvrdu od liječnika. Međutim, liječnici tvrde da to nije njihova odgovornost, već nadležnosti MUP-a.

"Svaka potvrda koju bi liječnik obiteljske medicine izdao, ima težinu pravne isprave, to znači da se može utužiti. A ja ne želim riskirati i davati nekome neke potvrde za koje uopće nisam sigurna niti su vezane uz zdravstvo i zdravstvene preglede, da li netko negdje stanuje ili ne. Pa onda možda zbog zlouporabe takvih potvrda završim na sudu", objašnjava Vikica Krolo, liječnica obiteljske medicine.

Postoji uvijek prostor za manipulaciju, a problem dvostrukog oporezivanja dodatno komplicira situaciju, smatraju agenti za nekretnine.

"Kako dokazati da se ta nekretnina koristi povremeno, stalno, liječničke potvrde, komunalije. To su sad sve po meni je više pitanje dvostrukog oporezivanja, jer dosta ljudi te nekretnine iznajmljuje, znači plaćaju taj paušalni porez za turistički najam", smatra Marina Maretić, vlasnica agencije za nekretnine iz Splita.

Gradovi poput Dubrovnika, Zagreba i Pule odlučili su se za maksimalnu stopu poreza od pet eura po četvornom metru.

"To je čini mi se dobra potez jer ne odnosi se na naše sugrađane koji žive u gradu, nego one koji imaju u Puli prazne gradske stanove, nemaju prebivalište. I koji imaju kuće za odmor koji ih je malo jer mi smo više urbana nego ruralna sredina", kaže Filip Zoričić, gradonačelnik Pule.

Split se ipak odlučio zadržati na iznosu od dva eura po četvornom metru. Iz Porezne uprave danas nisu odgovorili na upite, dok su gradovi i općine preuzeli odgovornost za naplatu ovog poreza.

Porez na vikendice ima varijabilne stope, krećući se od nekoliko desetaka centi do maksimalnih pet eura po četvornom metru. Ipak, svi vlasnici kuća za odmor trebaju biti spremni na razgovor s poreznim službama.

"Zašto se ne bi prijavili ovi koji imaju puno? Ja nemam, pa ne moram mislit o tome, a oni neka se gledaju što će", ne brine se Žana iz Splita.

"Pa računam da će biti 50 naprema 50. Da će se polovica prijavljivat, a polovica će se pravit da tu žive", smatra Siniša Koceić.

"Mislim da će Hrvati iskoristit svaku mogućnost da ne plaćaju porez", dodaje Silvana za RTL.
