Epidemiologinja Vesna Višekruna Vučina iz Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo komentirala je za N1 situaciju s koronavirusom.

Do povećanja broja zaraženih došlo je, kaže ona, zbog blagdanskih okupljanja, ali i zbog samog virusa.

Na pitanje o interesu za cijepljenje kaže: "Uglavnom se radi o booster dozama. Kako smo već vidjeli, kad dođe do ovako naglog povećanja broja oboljelih, određeni broj ljudi se odluči na cijepljenje prvom dozom, ljudi se prestraše velikih brojki. Raste procijepljenost prema višim dobnim skupinama, najviša je u skupini od 70 do 74 godina. Najstarije osobe ipak nisu dovoljno procijepljene", kazala je za N1.

"Cijepljenje štiti od težih oblika bolesti. Preko 70 posto hospitaliziranih s težim oblicima bolesti su necijepljeni", govori.

O tome što trebamo očekivati u naredna dva tjedna, Višekruna Vučina kaže kako smo već vidjeli u prethodnim valovima da će sada biti mnogo osoba koje će biti hospitalizirane. "Za očekivati je da će se ovaj val nastaviti, ali teško je reći što možemo očekivati", kaže.

Što se tiče mjera koje su trenutno na snazi i uvođenja novih kaže: "Bilo bi poželjno da se pridržava postojećih mjera, onih koje se od početka pandemija preporučuju. Pozivamo ljude da se cijepe jer u kombinaciji s osnovnim mjerama i cijepljenjem mali je rizik od razvoja težeg oblika bolesti", kaže.

Navala na testiranje

Ogroman je broj ljudi koji dolaze na testiranja posljednjih dana.

"Vjerojatno će se ići u povećavanja kapaciteta s obzirom na ogromnu potražnju za testiranjem. Osobe koje imaju teži oblik ili izražene simptome imaju na neki način prednost pred onima koji su asimptomatski. Većina ljudi želi PCR test napraviti da dobije covid-potvrdu", kaže.

"Ljudi mogu doma napraviti test ako imaju sumnje ili su bili u kontaktu s nekim zaraženim. Pouzdaniji su BAT testovi koji se rade u laboratorijima. Nije PCR, ali preporučujemo da se napravi. Ako osoba zna da je bila u kontaktu, treba se ponašati kao da je oboljela, treba se od same sumnje odvojiti", govori.

"Teško je predviđati, vidite kako se pojavljuju novi sojevi. Teško je znati što će se događati s mutiranjem virusa. Treba se cijepiti, smanjiti mogućnost širenja virusa na minimum", govori.

"Samim tim što je netko mlad u manjem je riziku od razvoje komplikacija, ali samim time ne možemo biti sigurni da neće doći do komplikacija."

"Mi još ne znamo kakvu kliničku sliku uzrokuje omikron", govori dodajući da su istraživanja koja sugeriraju na blažu kliničku sliku rađena na mlađim ljudima te da su terapija i liječenje jednaki kao i kod zaraženih deltom.

Flurona

"Osobe se mogu zaraziti s više vrsta virusa i bakterija. Mi imamo oko 180 slučajeva gripe, u Hrvatskoj još nemamo fluronu. Ona je moguća, ali ne možemo uopćavati kakva je to infekcija. Osobe pod rizikom su jednake kao i za gripu i koronu. Naravno da preporučujemo cijepljenje protiv gripe, sezonsko cijepljenje protiv gripe je preporučljivo svima", govori.

O reinfekcijama koronom kaže kako su one moguće, osobito dolaskom nove varijante virusa. "To nije veliki broj ljudi, ali vidjet ćemo sad kad se izraženije povećava broj oboljelih. Bilo kakvo povećano okupljanje u zatvorenim prostorima povećava rizik, osobito u školama gdje su djeca u zatvorenom duže vrijeme. Zato se apelira na pridržavanje ovih postojećih mjera", zaključuje.

Epidemiologinja Vesna Višekruna Vučina iz Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo komentirala je za N1 situaciju s koronavirusom.

Do povećanja broja zaraženih došlo je, kaže ona, zbog blagdanskih okupljanja, ali i zbog samog virusa.

Na pitanje o interesu za cijepljenje kaže: "Uglavnom se radi o booster dozama. Kako smo već vidjeli, kad dođe do ovako naglog povećanja broja oboljelih, određeni broj ljudi se odluči na cijepljenje prvom dozom, ljudi se prestraše velikih brojki. Raste procijepljenost prema višim dobnim skupinama, najviša je u skupini od 70 do 74 godina. Najstarije osobe ipak nisu dovoljno procijepljene", kazala je za N1.

"Cijepljenje štiti od težih oblika bolesti. Preko 70 posto hospitaliziranih s težim oblicima bolesti su necijepljeni", govori.

O tome što trebamo očekivati u naredna dva tjedna, Višekruna Vučina kaže kako smo već vidjeli u prethodnim valovima da će sada biti mnogo osoba koje će biti hospitalizirane. "Za očekivati je da će se ovaj val nastaviti, ali teško je reći što možemo očekivati", kaže.

Što se tiče mjera koje su trenutno na snazi i uvođenja novih kaže: "Bilo bi poželjno da se pridržava postojećih mjera, onih koje se od početka pandemija preporučuju. Pozivamo ljude da se cijepe jer u kombinaciji s osnovnim mjerama i cijepljenjem mali je rizik od razvoja težeg oblika bolesti", kaže.

Navala na testiranje

Ogroman je broj ljudi koji dolaze na testiranja posljednjih dana.

"Vjerojatno će se ići u povećavanja kapaciteta s obzirom na ogromnu potražnju za testiranjem. Osobe koje imaju teži oblik ili izražene simptome imaju na neki način prednost pred onima koji su asimptomatski. Većina ljudi želi PCR test napraviti da dobije covid-potvrdu", kaže.

"Ljudi mogu doma napraviti test ako imaju sumnje ili su bili u kontaktu s nekim zaraženim. Pouzdaniji su BAT testovi koji se rade u laboratorijima. Nije PCR, ali preporučujemo da se napravi. Ako osoba zna da je bila u kontaktu, treba se ponašati kao da je oboljela, treba se od same sumnje odvojiti", govori.

"Teško je predviđati, vidite kako se pojavljuju novi sojevi. Teško je znati što će se događati s mutiranjem virusa. Treba se cijepiti, smanjiti mogućnost širenja virusa na minimum", govori.

"Samim tim što je netko mlad u manjem je riziku od razvoje komplikacija, ali samim time ne možemo biti sigurni da neće doći do komplikacija."

"Osobe se mogu zaraziti s više vrsta virusa i bakterija. Mi imamo oko 180 slučajeva gripe, u Hrvatskoj još nemamo fluronu. Ona je moguća, ali ne možemo uopćavati kakva je to infekcija. Osobe pod rizikom su jednake kao i za gripu i koronu. Naravno da preporučujemo cijepljenje protiv gripe, sezonsko cijepljenje protiv gripe je preporučljivo svima", govori.

O reinfekcijama koronom kaže kako su one moguće, osobito dolaskom nove varijante virusa. "To nije veliki broj ljudi, ali vidjet ćemo sad kad se izraženije povećava broj oboljelih. Bilo kakvo povećano okupljanje u zatvorenim prostorima povećava rizik, osobito u školama gdje su djeca u zatvorenom duže vrijeme. Zato se apelira na pridržavanje ovih postojećih mjera", zaključuje.

Epidemiologinja Vesna Višekruna Vučina iz Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo komentirala je za N1 situaciju s koronavirusom.

Do povećanja broja zaraženih došlo je, kaže ona, zbog blagdanskih okupljanja, ali i zbog samog virusa.

Na pitanje o interesu za cijepljenje kaže: "Uglavnom se radi o booster dozama. Kako smo već vidjeli, kad dođe do ovako naglog povećanja broja oboljelih, određeni broj ljudi se odluči na cijepljenje prvom dozom, ljudi se prestraše velikih brojki. Raste procijepljenost prema višim dobnim skupinama, najviša je u skupini od 70 do 74 godina. Najstarije osobe ipak nisu dovoljno procijepljene", kazala je za N1.

"Cijepljenje štiti od težih oblika bolesti. Preko 70 posto hospitaliziranih s težim oblicima bolesti su necijepljeni", govori.

O tome što trebamo očekivati u naredna dva tjedna, Višekruna Vučina kaže kako smo već vidjeli u prethodnim valovima da će sada biti mnogo osoba koje će biti hospitalizirane. "Za očekivati je da će se ovaj val nastaviti, ali teško je reći što možemo očekivati", kaže.

Što se tiče mjera koje su trenutno na snazi i uvođenja novih kaže: "Bilo bi poželjno da se pridržava postojećih mjera, onih koje se od početka pandemija preporučuju. Pozivamo ljude da se cijepe jer u kombinaciji s osnovnim mjerama i cijepljenjem mali je rizik od razvoja težeg oblika bolesti", kaže.

Navala na testiranje

Ogroman je broj ljudi koji dolaze na testiranja posljednjih dana.

"Vjerojatno će se ići u povećavanja kapaciteta s obzirom na ogromnu potražnju za testiranjem. Osobe koje imaju teži oblik ili izražene simptome imaju na neki način prednost pred onima koji su asimptomatski. Većina ljudi želi PCR test napraviti da dobije covid-potvrdu", kaže.

"Ljudi mogu doma napraviti test ako imaju sumnje ili su bili u kontaktu s nekim zaraženim. Pouzdaniji su BAT testovi koji se rade u laboratorijima. Nije PCR, ali preporučujemo da se napravi. Ako osoba zna da je bila u kontaktu, treba se ponašati kao da je oboljela, treba se od same sumnje odvojiti", govori.

"Teško je predviđati, vidite kako se pojavljuju novi sojevi. Teško je znati što će se događati s mutiranjem virusa. Treba se cijepiti, smanjiti mogućnost širenja virusa na minimum", govori.

"Samim tim što je netko mlad u manjem je riziku od razvoje komplikacija, ali samim time ne možemo biti sigurni da neće doći do komplikacija."
