Hrvatske ljekarne doskočile su problemu nestašice dječjih antibiotika u sirupu, Klavocina i Amoksicilina, tako da u vlastitom aranžmanu proizvode sirupe pretvarajući u prah tablete za odrasle.
To nam je potvrdila Ana Soldo, mag. farmacije i predsjednica Hrvatske ljekarničke komore te je rekla da je to u praksu uvedeno prije mjesec i pol kad su svi dobili protokole izrade i doziranja, a jedan od tih antibiotika koje rade farmaceuti u ljekarnama je Amoksiklav sirup.
- S obzirom na probleme oko dječjih antibiotika u sirupu prije oko mjesec i pol dana napravili smo protokol i edukaciju vezano za dječje sirupe koji se rade od tableta za odrasle. U ovom trenu riječ je o tabletama Klavocina i Amoksicilina - kaže Ana Soldo, predsjednica Hrvatske ljekarničke komore.
Konkretno, Protokolom su propisane doze koje se smrve i pretvaraju u prah od kojeg se radi sirup.
- Naravno, ovako napravljeni antibiotici nisu novost. I ranije se tako radilo, ne samo s antibioticima nego i s ostalim terapijama - govori Soldo i dodaje da takvi sirupi imaju isti učinak kao i oni na koje smo navikli prije nestašice.
No, ne proizvode sve ljekarne Amoksiklav, a procjene HLJK govore da se može pronaći u oko 300 ljekarni.
- Problem je kadrovski. Potrebni su uvjeti, a i ako imate malu ljekarnu s jednim ljekarnikom, logično je da ne može pola sata raditi lijek i ostaviti sve drugo da čeka - kaže Soldo.
Nazvali smo desetak ljekarni diljem Hrvatske i primjerice u Gradskim ljekarnama u Šibeniku su nam rekli da imaju sirup, kao i u nekim privatnim ljekarnama u Zagrebu i Zaprešiću. U Gradskim ljekarnama Zagreb kazali su da Amoksiklav sirup nemaju. Također, na pitanje o kakvom je lijeku riječ, u svim osim u zaprešićkoj ljekarni su kazali da je to generički lijek Klavocina, kao što je to i Klavax.
U Zaprešiću su objasnili da se radi od tableta za odrasle koje se pretvaraju u prah, te da ga nemaju spremnog, ali da se može naručiti.
Inače, ovo je samo jedan od problema s opskrbom lijekova do kojih je došlo zbog raznih faktora. Prvenstveno, proizvođači sve manje žele raditi antibiotike, poglavito generike jer, kažu nam, nemaju nikakvu dobit.
Tvrde da za jednu kutiju dobiju euro. Također, tu je porast cijena sirovina, kao i inflacija, ali i covid kriza i rat u Ukrajini.
Ipak, u ovom trenu situacija se malo stabilizirala jer je stiglo toplije vrijeme, a samim time manje je viroza i bakterija, tako da se novi veći problemi očekuju na jesen.
Iz Hrvatske agencije za lijekove i medicinske proizvode (HALMED) navode da trenutno nema niti jedne nestašice koja nema istovjetni zamjenski ili lijek s istim djelovanjem, ali činjenica je da obiteljski liječnici i pedijatri muku muče s baznim lijekovima, antibioticima.

Hrvatske ljekarne doskočile su problemu nestašice dječjih antibiotika u sirupu, Klavocina i Amoksicilina, tako da u vlastitom aranžmanu proizvode sirupe pretvarajući u prah tablete za odrasle.
To nam je potvrdila Ana Soldo, mag. farmacije i predsjednica Hrvatske ljekarničke komore te je rekla da je to u praksu uvedeno prije mjesec i pol kad su svi dobili protokole izrade i doziranja, a jedan od tih antibiotika koje rade farmaceuti u ljekarnama je Amoksiklav sirup.
- S obzirom na probleme oko dječjih antibiotika u sirupu prije oko mjesec i pol dana napravili smo protokol i edukaciju vezano za dječje sirupe koji se rade od tableta za odrasle. U ovom trenu riječ je o tabletama Klavocina i Amoksicilina - kaže Ana Soldo, predsjednica Hrvatske ljekarničke komore.
Konkretno, Protokolom su propisane doze koje se smrve i pretvaraju u prah od kojeg se radi sirup.
- Naravno, ovako napravljeni antibiotici nisu novost. I ranije se tako radilo, ne samo s antibioticima nego i s ostalim terapijama - govori Soldo i dodaje da takvi sirupi imaju isti učinak kao i oni na koje smo navikli prije nestašice.
No, ne proizvode sve ljekarne Amoksiklav, a procjene HLJK govore da se može pronaći u oko 300 ljekarni.
- Problem je kadrovski. Potrebni su uvjeti, a i ako imate malu ljekarnu s jednim ljekarnikom, logično je da ne može pola sata raditi lijek i ostaviti sve drugo da čeka - kaže Soldo.
Nazvali smo desetak ljekarni diljem Hrvatske i primjerice u Gradskim ljekarnama u Šibeniku su nam rekli da imaju sirup, kao i u nekim privatnim ljekarnama u Zagrebu i Zaprešiću. U Gradskim ljekarnama Zagreb kazali su da Amoksiklav sirup nemaju. Također, na pitanje o kakvom je lijeku riječ, u svim osim u zaprešićkoj ljekarni su kazali da je to generički lijek Klavocina, kao što je to i Klavax.
U Zaprešiću su objasnili da se radi od tableta za odrasle koje se pretvaraju u prah, te da ga nemaju spremnog, ali da se može naručiti.
Inače, ovo je samo jedan od problema s opskrbom lijekova do kojih je došlo zbog raznih faktora. Prvenstveno, proizvođači sve manje žele raditi antibiotike, poglavito generike jer, kažu nam, nemaju nikakvu dobit.
Tvrde da za jednu kutiju dobiju euro. Također, tu je porast cijena sirovina, kao i inflacija, ali i covid kriza i rat u Ukrajini.
Ipak, u ovom trenu situacija se malo stabilizirala jer je stiglo toplije vrijeme, a samim time manje je viroza i bakterija, tako da se novi veći problemi očekuju na jesen.
Iz Hrvatske agencije za lijekove i medicinske proizvode (HALMED) navode da trenutno nema niti jedne nestašice koja nema istovjetni zamjenski ili lijek s istim djelovanjem, ali činjenica je da obiteljski liječnici i pedijatri muku muče s baznim lijekovima, antibioticima.
