Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja poslalo je u subotu u e-savjetovanje Nacrt pravilnika o dopuni Pravilnika o načinima, postupcima i elementima vrednovanja učenika u osnovnim i srednjim školama, a rasprava, u koju se dosad uključilo stotinjak sudionika, provodit će se do 2.travnja. Dopunama se predlaže da „u slučaju elementarne nepogode, ratnog stanja ili druge neposredne ugroze stanovništva, ministar nadležan za obrazovanje može drukčije od načina propisanog ovim pravilnikom odrediti metode, postupke i elemente vrednovanja odgojno-obrazovnih postignuća učenika, prava i obveze učitelja/nastavnika, učenika, razrednika i ravnatelja u provođenju postupaka vrednovanja te prava obveze roditelja/skrbnika“.

Uz to, dodaje se, „o pitanjima vezanima za praćenje i ocjenjivanje učenika u izvanrednim okolnostima iz stavka 1. ovoga članka ministar donosi odluku".

Dopune pravilnika neophodne su kako bi se utvrdili načini ocjenjivanja učenika u online i televizijskoj nastavi, koja u ponedjeljak u nas ulazi u treći tjedan. U toj nastavi dosad nije bilo brojčanog ocjenjivanja učenika, a resorna ministrica Blaženka Divjak najavila je ovih dana kako će tako biti sve do početka travnja. Nakon toga roka školama će, najavila je, poslati dodatne upute kako ocjenjivanje i vrednovanje učenika u online nastavi ipak provoditi.

Iako većina sudionika e-savjetovanja pozdravlja nadopune pravilnika u ovim izvanrednim okolnostima, mnogi upozoravaju kako u sastavljanju uputa treba biti pažljiv te konzultirati struku i učitelje praktičare. U komentarima se, na primjer, upozorava kako treba točno definirati elemente vrednovanja prema uzrastu učenika i specifičnostima predmeta, a s obzirom na situaciju, kriterije bi trebalo i malo „spustiti“. To je osobito važno jer mnogi učenici, kaže jedan sudionik, nemaju u kućama iste tehničko-tehnološke mogućnosti, kako zbog potresa koji je pogodio Zagreb, do pucanja internetskih veza i sl.

Mnogi pozivaju da se učenici u razrednoj nastavi, a osobito oni u prvom razredu osnovne škole, uopće ne ocjenjuju brojčano nego samo opisno. Za viši uzrast predlaže se da većinu ocjene čine učenikove aktivnosti, ažurnost u izvršavanju obveza, komunikacija, kreativnost a tek onda poznavanje sadržaja. Poziva se i na olakšavanje postupaka za maturante, na primjer, da nužno na maturi ne moraju pisati tri obvezna predmeta plus izborne, „nego da filter za fakultete budu predmet ili dva, onaj čiji je kurikul nužan za svladavanje tog odabranog područja znanosti, ništa više od toga, u obliku mature ili pak prijemnog ispita. Nikako oboje!“.

Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja poslalo je u subotu u e-savjetovanje Nacrt pravilnika o dopuni Pravilnika o načinima, postupcima i elementima vrednovanja učenika u osnovnim i srednjim školama, a rasprava, u koju se dosad uključilo stotinjak sudionika, provodit će se do 2.travnja. Dopunama se predlaže da „u slučaju elementarne nepogode, ratnog stanja ili druge neposredne ugroze stanovništva, ministar nadležan za obrazovanje može drukčije od načina propisanog ovim pravilnikom odrediti metode, postupke i elemente vrednovanja odgojno-obrazovnih postignuća učenika, prava i obveze učitelja/nastavnika, učenika, razrednika i ravnatelja u provođenju postupaka vrednovanja te prava obveze roditelja/skrbnika“.

Uz to, dodaje se, „o pitanjima vezanima za praćenje i ocjenjivanje učenika u izvanrednim okolnostima iz stavka 1. ovoga članka ministar donosi odluku".

Dopune pravilnika neophodne su kako bi se utvrdili načini ocjenjivanja učenika u online i televizijskoj nastavi, koja u ponedjeljak u nas ulazi u treći tjedan. U toj nastavi dosad nije bilo brojčanog ocjenjivanja učenika, a resorna ministrica Blaženka Divjak najavila je ovih dana kako će tako biti sve do početka travnja. Nakon toga roka školama će, najavila je, poslati dodatne upute kako ocjenjivanje i vrednovanje učenika u online nastavi ipak provoditi.

Iako većina sudionika e-savjetovanja pozdravlja nadopune pravilnika u ovim izvanrednim okolnostima, mnogi upozoravaju kako u sastavljanju uputa treba biti pažljiv te konzultirati struku i učitelje praktičare. U komentarima se, na primjer, upozorava kako treba točno definirati elemente vrednovanja prema uzrastu učenika i specifičnostima predmeta, a s obzirom na situaciju, kriterije bi trebalo i malo „spustiti“. To je osobito važno jer mnogi učenici, kaže jedan sudionik, nemaju u kućama iste tehničko-tehnološke mogućnosti, kako zbog potresa koji je pogodio Zagreb, do pucanja internetskih veza i sl.

Mnogi pozivaju da se učenici u razrednoj nastavi, a osobito oni u prvom razredu osnovne škole, uopće ne ocjenjuju brojčano nego samo opisno. Za viši uzrast predlaže se da većinu ocjene čine učenikove aktivnosti, ažurnost u izvršavanju obveza, komunikacija, kreativnost a tek onda poznavanje sadržaja. Poziva se i na olakšavanje postupaka za maturante, na primjer, da nužno na maturi ne moraju pisati tri obvezna predmeta plus izborne, „nego da filter za fakultete budu predmet ili dva, onaj čiji je kurikul nužan za svladavanje tog odabranog područja znanosti, ništa više od toga, u obliku mature ili pak prijemnog ispita. Nikako oboje!“.

Kako će završiti ova školska godina? Ministrica Divjak školama šalje naputke o vrednovanju učenika, dio struke se ne slaže, predlažu ukidanje ocjena

Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja poslalo je u subotu u e-savjetovanje Nacrt pravilnika o dopuni Pravilnika o načinima, postupcima i elementima vrednovanja učenika u osnovnim i srednjim školama, a rasprava, u koju se dosad uključilo stotinjak sudionika, provodit će se do 2.travnja. Dopunama se predlaže da „u slučaju elementarne nepogode, ratnog stanja ili druge neposredne ugroze stanovništva, ministar nadležan za obrazovanje može drukčije od načina propisanog ovim pravilnikom odrediti metode, postupke i elemente vrednovanja odgojno-obrazovnih postignuća učenika, prava i obveze učitelja/nastavnika, učenika, razrednika i ravnatelja u provođenju postupaka vrednovanja te prava obveze roditelja/skrbnika“.

Uz to, dodaje se, „o pitanjima vezanima za praćenje i ocjenjivanje učenika u izvanrednim okolnostima iz stavka 1. ovoga članka ministar donosi odluku".

Dopune pravilnika neophodne su kako bi se utvrdili načini ocjenjivanja učenika u online i televizijskoj nastavi, koja u ponedjeljak u nas ulazi u treći tjedan. U toj nastavi dosad nije bilo brojčanog ocjenjivanja učenika, a resorna ministrica Blaženka Divjak najavila je ovih dana kako će tako biti sve do početka travnja. Nakon toga roka školama će, najavila je, poslati dodatne upute kako ocjenjivanje i vrednovanje učenika u online nastavi ipak provoditi.

Iako većina sudionika e-savjetovanja pozdravlja nadopune pravilnika u ovim izvanrednim okolnostima, mnogi upozoravaju kako u sastavljanju uputa treba biti pažljiv te konzultirati struku i učitelje praktičare. U komentarima se, na primjer, upozorava kako treba točno definirati elemente vrednovanja prema uzrastu učenika i specifičnostima predmeta, a s obzirom na situaciju, kriterije bi trebalo i malo „spustiti“. To je osobito važno jer mnogi učenici, kaže jedan sudionik, nemaju u kućama iste tehničko-tehnološke mogućnosti, kako zbog potresa koji je pogodio Zagreb, do pucanja internetskih veza i sl.

Mnogi pozivaju da se učenici u razrednoj nastavi, a osobito oni u prvom razredu osnovne škole, uopće ne ocjenjuju brojčano nego samo opisno. Za viši uzrast predlaže se da većinu ocjene čine učenikove aktivnosti, ažurnost u izvršavanju obveza, komunikacija, kreativnost a tek onda poznavanje sadržaja. Poziva se i na olakšavanje postupaka za maturante, na primjer, da nužno na maturi ne moraju pisati tri obvezna predmeta plus izborne, „nego da filter za fakultete budu predmet ili dva, onaj čiji je kurikul nužan za svladavanje tog odabranog područja znanosti, ništa više od toga, u obliku mature ili pak prijemnog ispita. Nikako oboje!“.
