Bivša ministrica regionalnog razvoja i fondova Europske unije, Gabrijela Žalac (HDZ), svoj je četrdeseti rođendan proslavila početkom veljače 2019. u restoranu Šarm u Heinzlovoj ulici u Zagrebu. Račun je bio pozamašan, ukupno 23.750 kuna, piše Telegram.

Ministarstvo regionalnog razvoja i fondova EU taj je račun odobrilo za plaćanje 4. ožujka 2019., na teret Operativnog programa Konkurentnost i kohezija, dakle iz sredstava EU.

Taj sporni račun nalazi se u spisu predmeta Ureda europskog javnog tužitelja, temeljem čijeg naloga je krajem prošle godine Žalac uhićena pod sumnjom za nezakonitosti u postupku javne nabave informatičkog sustava, poznatoj kao ”afera software” koju je otkrio Telegram.

EU istražitelji imaju dokumente

Ured europskog istražitelja u posjedu je računa koji dokazuju da je Ministarstvo na čijem je čelu tada bila Gabrijela Žalac samo u jednoj godini za reprezentaciju, kojekakve sastanke, konferencije i radne skupine, odnosno hotelske i restoranske usluge, potrošilo više od dva milijuna kuna. Postoji pritom osnovana sumnja da su ti troškovi često bili paravan za izdavanje fiktivnih računa.

Telegram je došao do nekih od spomenutih računa za trošak reprezentacije. Naš izvor otkriva kako je, primjerice, 31. siječnja 2019. naručena hrana za 50 osoba za potrebe Međuresorne radne skupine za izradu Nacionalne razvojne strategije do 2030., no na tom se sastanku navodno nije isporučila hrana za koju je kasnije ispostavljen račun ministarstvu u iznosu od 14.000 kuna.

Omiljeni restoran ministra

Sudionici sastanka rekli su kako im tom prigodom nije posluživana juha od bikova repa ni pâté od patke, kao ni bruschette od goveđeg hrpta. Ministarstvo na čijem je čelu tada bila Žalac, taj račun platilo je 13. veljače 2019. godine tvrtki Gero. d.o.o. u čijem je vlasništvu restoran Atlanta Bocca Marai, a išao je na trošak Sektora za stručno upravljanje i koordinaciju investicija iz EU instrumenata.

Inače, spomenuti restoran nalazi se u istoj zgradi gdje i Ministarstvo regionalnog razvoja, u Miramarskoj 22 i bio je i omiljeno mjesto na kojem je nasljednik Gabrijele Žalac, ministar Marko Pavić, poznat po kupovini skupocjenih parfema (o čemu je Telegram opširno pisao), također rado trošio proračunski novac.

Alkohol na teret proračuna

Zanimljivo, na desecima računa koje je Ministarstvo regionalnog razvoja i fondova EU u 2019. godine platilo za razne restoranske usluge, nalazi se ista ponuda s datumom iz 2017. godine, koja se ni na koji način ne može povezati s računima plaćenim u 2019. godini.

No, svakako je prava senzacija na koji su način plaćani troškovi konzumacije žestokih pića i vina, popijenih tijekom večera i ručkova. Takve račune u Ministarstvu regionalnog razvoja naknadno su izdvajali i evidentirali na račun državnog proračuna, budući da pravila EU fondova ne priznaju troškove alkohola koji se popije na konferencijama.

Bivša ministrica regionalnog razvoja i fondova Europske unije, Gabrijela Žalac (HDZ), svoj je četrdeseti rođendan proslavila početkom veljače 2019. u restoranu Šarm u Heinzlovoj ulici u Zagrebu. Račun je bio pozamašan, ukupno 23.750 kuna, piše Telegram.

Ministarstvo regionalnog razvoja i fondova EU taj je račun odobrilo za plaćanje 4. ožujka 2019., na teret Operativnog programa Konkurentnost i kohezija, dakle iz sredstava EU.

Taj sporni račun nalazi se u spisu predmeta Ureda europskog javnog tužitelja, temeljem čijeg naloga je krajem prošle godine Žalac uhićena pod sumnjom za nezakonitosti u postupku javne nabave informatičkog sustava, poznatoj kao ”afera software” koju je otkrio Telegram.

EU istražitelji imaju dokumente

Ured europskog istražitelja u posjedu je računa koji dokazuju da je Ministarstvo na čijem je čelu tada bila Gabrijela Žalac samo u jednoj godini za reprezentaciju, kojekakve sastanke, konferencije i radne skupine, odnosno hotelske i restoranske usluge, potrošilo više od dva milijuna kuna. Postoji pritom osnovana sumnja da su ti troškovi često bili paravan za izdavanje fiktivnih računa.

Telegram je došao do nekih od spomenutih računa za trošak reprezentacije. Naš izvor otkriva kako je, primjerice, 31. siječnja 2019. naručena hrana za 50 osoba za potrebe Međuresorne radne skupine za izradu Nacionalne razvojne strategije do 2030., no na tom se sastanku navodno nije isporučila hrana za koju je kasnije ispostavljen račun ministarstvu u iznosu od 14.000 kuna.

Omiljeni restoran ministra

Sudionici sastanka rekli su kako im tom prigodom nije posluživana juha od bikova repa ni pâté od patke, kao ni bruschette od goveđeg hrpta. Ministarstvo na čijem je čelu tada bila Žalac, taj račun platilo je 13. veljače 2019. godine tvrtki Gero. d.o.o. u čijem je vlasništvu restoran Atlanta Bocca Marai, a išao je na trošak Sektora za stručno upravljanje i koordinaciju investicija iz EU instrumenata.

Inače, spomenuti restoran nalazi se u istoj zgradi gdje i Ministarstvo regionalnog razvoja, u Miramarskoj 22 i bio je i omiljeno mjesto na kojem je nasljednik Gabrijele Žalac, ministar Marko Pavić, poznat po kupovini skupocjenih parfema (o čemu je Telegram opširno pisao), također rado trošio proračunski novac.

Gabrijela Žalac platila je proslavu svog rođendana EU sredstvima! Evo koliko je koštalo slavlje

Bivša ministrica regionalnog razvoja i fondova Europske unije, Gabrijela Žalac (HDZ), svoj je četrdeseti rođendan proslavila početkom veljače 2019. u restoranu Šarm u Heinzlovoj ulici u Zagrebu. Račun je bio pozamašan, ukupno 23.750 kuna, piše Telegram.

Ministarstvo regionalnog razvoja i fondova EU taj je račun odobrilo za plaćanje 4. ožujka 2019., na teret Operativnog programa Konkurentnost i kohezija, dakle iz sredstava EU.

Taj sporni račun nalazi se u spisu predmeta Ureda europskog javnog tužitelja, temeljem čijeg naloga je krajem prošle godine Žalac uhićena pod sumnjom za nezakonitosti u postupku javne nabave informatičkog sustava, poznatoj kao ”afera software” koju je otkrio Telegram.

EU istražitelji imaju dokumente

Ured europskog istražitelja u posjedu je računa koji dokazuju da je Ministarstvo na čijem je čelu tada bila Gabrijela Žalac samo u jednoj godini za reprezentaciju, kojekakve sastanke, konferencije i radne skupine, odnosno hotelske i restoranske usluge, potrošilo više od dva milijuna kuna. Postoji pritom osnovana sumnja da su ti troškovi često bili paravan za izdavanje fiktivnih računa.

Telegram je došao do nekih od spomenutih računa za trošak reprezentacije. Naš izvor otkriva kako je, primjerice, 31. siječnja 2019. naručena hrana za 50 osoba za potrebe Međuresorne radne skupine za izradu Nacionalne razvojne strategije do 2030., no na tom se sastanku navodno nije isporučila hrana za koju je kasnije ispostavljen račun ministarstvu u iznosu od 14.000 kuna.

Omiljeni restoran ministra

Sudionici sastanka rekli su kako im tom prigodom nije posluživana juha od bikova repa ni pâté od patke, kao ni bruschette od goveđeg hrpta. Ministarstvo na čijem je čelu tada bila Žalac, taj račun platilo je 13. veljače 2019. godine tvrtki Gero. d.o.o. u čijem je vlasništvu restoran Atlanta Bocca Marai, a išao je na trošak Sektora za stručno upravljanje i koordinaciju investicija iz EU instrumenata.

Inače, spomenuti restoran nalazi se u istoj zgradi gdje i Ministarstvo regionalnog razvoja, u Miramarskoj 22 i bio je i omiljeno mjesto na kojem je nasljednik Gabrijele Žalac, ministar Marko Pavić, poznat po kupovini skupocjenih parfema (o čemu je Telegram opširno pisao), također rado trošio proračunski novac.
