Ekspertna skupina za covid-19 Ministarstva zdravstva, u kojoj su osim ministra Vilija Beroša i njegovih pomoćnika i Krunoslav Capak te ravnatelji zagrebačkih bolnica, kao i ostala tri KBC-a, trebala bi danas raspravljati o situaciji u zdravstvenom sustavu zbog povećanog broja zaraženih koronavirusom odnosno mogućnostima za povećanje bolničkih kapaciteta za smještaj oboljelih od korone, piše Jutarnji list.
Naime, velik broj zaraženog zdravstvenog osoblja u KBC-u Sestre milosrdnice otvorio je ponovo problem smještaja pozitivnih pacijenata izvan akutnih bolnica, poglavito u Zagrebu, s obzirom na to da je Infektivna klinika dr. Fran Mihaljević popunila kapacitete, a i KB Dubrava gotovo je popunjena. Jedan od prijedloga je da bi pozitivni pacijenti mogli ostajati u akutnim bolnicama i tako ih paralizirati za medicinsku skrb koja bi trebala biti pružena oboljelima od drugih bolesti.
Navodno se od ravnatelja traži da odrede dio bolnica koji bi služio za zbrinjavanje covid pacijenta, što bi onemogućilo njihov rad za tzv. nehitne bolesnike kao što je to bilo tijekom lockdowna.
Naime, ti se pacijenti mogu smještati u posebne dijelove bolnica, ali pretrage koje se moraju učiniti rade se na 'zajedničkim' uređajima što stvara rizik za zarazu.
U Zagrebu je dodatni problem što je dio starih bolnice ostao bez dijela kapaciteta zbog potresa pa je i bez toga 'gužva'.
Među prijedlozima koji se ovih dana mogu čuti je i onaj da se cijela bolnica u Dubravi pretvori u covid centar sa svih 650 kreveta, a to znači da bi sve ostale ustanove u Zagrebu pozitivne pacijente slale u tu bolnice ne bi li se sačuvao ostatak sustava i ostao dostupna i najvećoj mogućoj mjeri. Rad po sitemu lockdowna kad se radilo po petnaestodnevnom smjenjivanju zdravstvenih djelatnika, po drugi put učinio bi nedostupnom zdravstvenu zaštitu većini i tako povećao broj umrli u 2020., i to ne od covida-19.
Druga je solucija da se OB Zabok pretvori i covid bolnicu, ali prema nekim informacijama postoje neki otpori prema toj ideji bliskih ministrovih suradnika.
Također, ponovno se spominje otvaranje Arene za covid pacijente, piše Jutarnji list.

Ekspertna skupina za covid-19 Ministarstva zdravstva, u kojoj su osim ministra Vilija Beroša i njegovih pomoćnika i Krunoslav Capak te ravnatelji zagrebačkih bolnica, kao i ostala tri KBC-a, trebala bi danas raspravljati o situaciji u zdravstvenom sustavu zbog povećanog broja zaraženih koronavirusom odnosno mogućnostima za povećanje bolničkih kapaciteta za smještaj oboljelih od korone, piše Jutarnji list.
Naime, velik broj zaraženog zdravstvenog osoblja u KBC-u Sestre milosrdnice otvorio je ponovo problem smještaja pozitivnih pacijenata izvan akutnih bolnica, poglavito u Zagrebu, s obzirom na to da je Infektivna klinika dr. Fran Mihaljević popunila kapacitete, a i KB Dubrava gotovo je popunjena. Jedan od prijedloga je da bi pozitivni pacijenti mogli ostajati u akutnim bolnicama i tako ih paralizirati za medicinsku skrb koja bi trebala biti pružena oboljelima od drugih bolesti.
Navodno se od ravnatelja traži da odrede dio bolnica koji bi služio za zbrinjavanje covid pacijenta, što bi onemogućilo njihov rad za tzv. nehitne bolesnike kao što je to bilo tijekom lockdowna.
Naime, ti se pacijenti mogu smještati u posebne dijelove bolnica, ali pretrage koje se moraju učiniti rade se na 'zajedničkim' uređajima što stvara rizik za zarazu.
U Zagrebu je dodatni problem što je dio starih bolnice ostao bez dijela kapaciteta zbog potresa pa je i bez toga 'gužva'.
Među prijedlozima koji se ovih dana mogu čuti je i onaj da se cijela bolnica u Dubravi pretvori u covid centar sa svih 650 kreveta, a to znači da bi sve ostale ustanove u Zagrebu pozitivne pacijente slale u tu bolnice ne bi li se sačuvao ostatak sustava i ostao dostupna i najvećoj mogućoj mjeri. Rad po sitemu lockdowna kad se radilo po petnaestodnevnom smjenjivanju zdravstvenih djelatnika, po drugi put učinio bi nedostupnom zdravstvenu zaštitu većini i tako povećao broj umrli u 2020., i to ne od covida-19.
Druga je solucija da se OB Zabok pretvori i covid bolnicu, ali prema nekim informacijama postoje neki otpori prema toj ideji bliskih ministrovih suradnika.
