Cijene hrane iz dana u dan sve su veće, a njihov rast najviše osjeti naš novčanik. I ovih se dana bilježi skok pojedinih cijena i namirnica, a ono što svi pitaju jest – kada će ta poskupljenja stati, odnosno kada će se cijene stabilizirati.

Ekonomski analitičar dr.sc. Petar Vušković za Net.hr kaže da na tržištu, kada jednom cijene dosegnu višu razinu, teško padaju.

"Stabilizacija cijena se ne očekuje tako brzo. Cijene će rasti sigurno do kraja poslovne godine. Inflacija je još uvijek ispod tri posto, kada inflacija prođe tu granicu naš novac je osjetno obezvrijeđen i monetarne vlasti moraju djelovati. To se može dogoditi već najesen", kaže Vušković, nadodajući da je inflacija trenutni ekonomski problem broj jedan u Europi. Primjerice u Poljskoj i Mađarskoj je oko pet posto.

Potrošačka košarica skuplja oko 10 posto

Na pitanje u kojoj je mjeri, s obzirom na poskupljenja, porasla cijena naše potrošačke košarice, Vušković nam pojašnjava da nju čini 890 dobara i usluga koje uzimamo kao egzistencijalnu potrebu.

"Kada egzistencijalna potreba poskupi zbog pojave inflacije to znači da je standard pao, naravno pod uvjetom da plaće nisu rasle. Dakle, kupovna moć naših dohodaka je niža nego u isto vrijeme prošle godine. Siromašnije zemlje najveći iznos dohodaka u potrošačkoj košarici troše na hranu. U Hrvatskoj na hranu otpada 30 posto potrošačke košarice, i ona ima najznačajniju ponderiranu vrijednost. Primjerice, u EU-u na hranu otpada 10 posto", kaže analitičar.

Kada gledamo koliko je porasla cijena potrošačke košarice, moramo prvo gledati rast cijena kruha, mlijeka, brašna i ulja.

"Sve kategorije su rasle više od tri poto, npr. samo cijena ulja je skočila za 50 posto. Dakle, stvarna inflacija je puno viša nego ona statistička. Rekao bih aproksimirano da je potrošačka košarica sigurno za 10 posto skuplja nego prošle godine u isto vrijeme", govori.

Prijeti nam najskuplji Božić od osamostaljenja

Sve bi to skupa moglo utjecati i na cijene takozvane božićne košarice. Očekuje nas rast cijena plina, zatim rast cijena žitarica i uljarica, rast cijena hrane. Projekcije su dosta loše, kaže ekonomski analitičar.

"Sada iz faze monitoringa moramo krenuti u operativnu fazu. To znači okrenuti se restriktivnoj monetarnoj politici. Inflacija je uvijek povezana s optjecajem novca na tržištu. Iako je dio inflacije 'uvezen', možemo samostalno utjecati na cijene na tržištu. To je važno dok još uvijek imamo monetarnu neovisnost. Ako stvari izmaknu kontroli, možemo imati najskuplji Božić od osamostaljenja", veli Vušković.

Na pitanje zbog čega uopće dolazi do takvog rasta cijena zadnjih mjeseci, analitičar odgovara da su razlozi interni i eksterni.

"Interni zbog povećane potražnje za robama i uslugama. Vidjelo se to i za vrhunca turističke sezone kada se tražio krevet više. Eksterni su u segmentu gdje ne možemo ostvariti svoju autarkičnost, odnosno samodostatnost. Da bismo zadovoljili svoje potrebe moramo uvoziti hranu, plin, gorivo… Tu je naša ekonomija prilično izložena riziku, pa nas inflacija poput vala zapljuskuje", zaključuje dr.sc. Petar Vušković za Net.hr.

Ekonomski analitičar dr.sc. Petar Vušković za Net.hr kaže da na tržištu, kada jednom cijene dosegnu višu razinu, teško padaju.

"Stabilizacija cijena se ne očekuje tako brzo. Cijene će rasti sigurno do kraja poslovne godine. Inflacija je još uvijek ispod tri posto, kada inflacija prođe tu granicu naš novac je osjetno obezvrijeđen i monetarne vlasti moraju djelovati. To se može dogoditi već najesen", kaže Vušković, nadodajući da je inflacija trenutni ekonomski problem broj jedan u Europi. Primjerice u Poljskoj i Mađarskoj je oko pet posto.

Potrošačka košarica skuplja oko 10 posto

Na pitanje u kojoj je mjeri, s obzirom na poskupljenja, porasla cijena naše potrošačke košarice, Vušković nam pojašnjava da nju čini 890 dobara i usluga koje uzimamo kao egzistencijalnu potrebu.

"Kada egzistencijalna potreba poskupi zbog pojave inflacije to znači da je standard pao, naravno pod uvjetom da plaće nisu rasle. Dakle, kupovna moć naših dohodaka je niža nego u isto vrijeme prošle godine. Siromašnije zemlje najveći iznos dohodaka u potrošačkoj košarici troše na hranu. U Hrvatskoj na hranu otpada 30 posto potrošačke košarice, i ona ima najznačajniju ponderiranu vrijednost. Primjerice, u EU-u na hranu otpada 10 posto", kaže analitičar.

Kada gledamo koliko je porasla cijena potrošačke košarice, moramo prvo gledati rast cijena kruha, mlijeka, brašna i ulja.

"Sve kategorije su rasle više od tri poto, npr. samo cijena ulja je skočila za 50 posto. Dakle, stvarna inflacija je puno viša nego ona statistička. Rekao bih aproksimirano da je potrošačka košarica sigurno za 10 posto skuplja nego prošle godine u isto vrijeme", govori.

Prijeti nam najskuplji Božić od osamostaljenja

Sve bi to skupa moglo utjecati i na cijene takozvane božićne košarice. Očekuje nas rast cijena plina, zatim rast cijena žitarica i uljarica, rast cijena hrane. Projekcije su dosta loše, kaže ekonomski analitičar.

"Sada iz faze monitoringa moramo krenuti u operativnu fazu. To znači okrenuti se restriktivnoj monetarnoj politici. Inflacija je uvijek povezana s optjecajem novca na tržištu. Iako je dio inflacije 'uvezen', možemo samostalno utjecati na cijene na tržištu. To je važno dok još uvijek imamo monetarnu neovisnost. Ako stvari izmaknu kontroli, možemo imati najskuplji Božić od osamostaljenja", veli Vušković.

Na pitanje zbog čega uopće dolazi do takvog rasta cijena zadnjih mjeseci, analitičar odgovara da su razlozi interni i eksterni.

"Interni zbog povećane potražnje za robama i uslugama. Vidjelo se to i za vrhunca turističke sezone kada se tražio krevet više. Eksterni su u segmentu gdje ne možemo ostvariti svoju autarkičnost, odnosno samodostatnost. Da bismo zadovoljili svoje potrebe moramo uvoziti hranu, plin, gorivo… Tu je naša ekonomija prilično izložena riziku, pa nas inflacija poput vala zapljuskuje", zaključuje dr.sc. Petar Vušković za Net.hr.

Cijene hrane iz dana u dan sve su veće, a njihov rast najviše osjeti naš novčanik. I ovih se dana bilježi skok pojedinih cijena i namirnica, a ono što svi pitaju jest – kada će ta poskupljenja stati, odnosno kada će se cijene stabilizirati.
