Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Šibeniku podiglo je pred Općinskim sudom u Šibeniku optužnicu protiv 56-godišnjaka zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela prijevare.

Naime, okrivljenog se tereti da je od studenog 2014. do rujna 2020. godine u Šibeniku; nakon što je oštećeniku rekao da mu je potreban novac i da bi zbog toga prodao stan u kojem stanuje, a oštećenik pristao na kupnju stana; lažno mu predočio kako će mu kroz nekoliko mjeseci vratiti novac koji dobije od njega na ime kupoprodaje ili da će preuzeti na sebe vraćanje kredita kojeg će on podići za kupnju stana ili da će se iseliti iz stana i predati ga oštećeniku u posjed.

Nakon što su 7. veljače 2015. sklopili ugovor o kupoprodaji stana i ugovorili da će po isplati kupoprodajne cijene oštećeniku predati u posjed stan, tereti ga se da navedeno nije učinio.

Kada mu je oštećenik rekao kako nije više u mogućnosti vraćati kredit koji je podigao i zatražio od njega da se iseli iz stana, tereti ga se da mu je rekao da je stan njegov i kako mu ne može ništa te da će, ako mu tko dođe pred stan, raznijeti stan bombom.

Oštećenik je početkom 2020. godine uspio u cijelosti vratiti kredit i pozvao ga je da mu izda tabularnu izjavu kako bi se uknjižio kao vlasnik stana, no okrivljenik mu je, tereti ga se, neistinito obećao kako će za njega poduzeti radnje potrebne za uknjižbu ako mu za troškove uplati 400,00 eura. Oštećenik mu je povjerovao i uplatio iznos od 400,00 eura, no okrivljenik je zadržao novac za sebe bez da je podnio zahtjev za uknjižbu već mu je, na ponovna traženja oštećenika da mu izda tabularnu izjavu, rekao kako će mu je izdati za iznos od 25.000,00 eura te se odbio iseliti iz stana i vratiti mu novac.

Okrivljenika se tereti da je na opisani način oštetio oštećenika za iznos kupoprodajne cijene stana od 90.000,00 eura u protuvrijednosti od oko 675.000,00 kuna.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Šibeniku podiglo je pred Općinskim sudom u Šibeniku optužnicu protiv 56-godišnjaka zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela prijevare.

Naime, okrivljenog se tereti da je od studenog 2014. do rujna 2020. godine u Šibeniku; nakon što je oštećeniku rekao da mu je potreban novac i da bi zbog toga prodao stan u kojem stanuje, a oštećenik pristao na kupnju stana; lažno mu predočio kako će mu kroz nekoliko mjeseci vratiti novac koji dobije od njega na ime kupoprodaje ili da će preuzeti na sebe vraćanje kredita kojeg će on podići za kupnju stana ili da će se iseliti iz stana i predati ga oštećeniku u posjed.

Nakon što su 7. veljače 2015. sklopili ugovor o kupoprodaji stana i ugovorili da će po isplati kupoprodajne cijene oštećeniku predati u posjed stan, tereti ga se da navedeno nije učinio.

Kada mu je oštećenik rekao kako nije više u mogućnosti vraćati kredit koji je podigao i zatražio od njega da se iseli iz stana, tereti ga se da mu je rekao da je stan njegov i kako mu ne može ništa te da će, ako mu tko dođe pred stan, raznijeti stan bombom.

Oštećenik je početkom 2020. godine uspio u cijelosti vratiti kredit i pozvao ga je da mu izda tabularnu izjavu kako bi se uknjižio kao vlasnik stana, no okrivljenik mu je, tereti ga se, neistinito obećao kako će za njega poduzeti radnje potrebne za uknjižbu ako mu za troškove uplati 400,00 eura. Oštećenik mu je povjerovao i uplatio iznos od 400,00 eura, no okrivljenik je zadržao novac za sebe bez da je podnio zahtjev za uknjižbu već mu je, na ponovna traženja oštećenika da mu izda tabularnu izjavu, rekao kako će mu je izdati za iznos od 25.000,00 eura te se odbio iseliti iz stana i vratiti mu novac.

Okrivljenika se tereti da je na opisani način oštetio oštećenika za iznos kupoprodajne cijene stana od 90.000,00 eura u protuvrijednosti od oko 675.000,00 kuna.

Prodao stan u Šibeniku, odbio se iseliti iz njega pa prijetio da će sve raznijeti bombom!? DORH podignuo optužnicu protiv 56-godišnjaka

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Šibeniku podiglo je pred Općinskim sudom u Šibeniku optužnicu protiv 56-godišnjaka zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela prijevare.

Naime, okrivljenog se tereti da je od studenog 2014. do rujna 2020. godine u Šibeniku; nakon što je oštećeniku rekao da mu je potreban novac i da bi zbog toga prodao stan u kojem stanuje, a oštećenik pristao na kupnju stana; lažno mu predočio kako će mu kroz nekoliko mjeseci vratiti novac koji dobije od njega na ime kupoprodaje ili da će preuzeti na sebe vraćanje kredita kojeg će on podići za kupnju stana ili da će se iseliti iz stana i predati ga oštećeniku u posjed.

Nakon što su 7. veljače 2015. sklopili ugovor o kupoprodaji stana i ugovorili da će po isplati kupoprodajne cijene oštećeniku predati u posjed stan, tereti ga se da navedeno nije učinio.

Kada mu je oštećenik rekao kako nije više u mogućnosti vraćati kredit koji je podigao i zatražio od njega da se iseli iz stana, tereti ga se da mu je rekao da je stan njegov i kako mu ne može ništa te da će, ako mu tko dođe pred stan, raznijeti stan bombom.

Oštećenik je početkom 2020. godine uspio u cijelosti vratiti kredit i pozvao ga je da mu izda tabularnu izjavu kako bi se uknjižio kao vlasnik stana, no okrivljenik mu je, tereti ga se, neistinito obećao kako će za njega poduzeti radnje potrebne za uknjižbu ako mu za troškove uplati 400,00 eura. Oštećenik mu je povjerovao i uplatio iznos od 400,00 eura, no okrivljenik je zadržao novac za sebe bez da je podnio zahtjev za uknjižbu već mu je, na ponovna traženja oštećenika da mu izda tabularnu izjavu, rekao kako će mu je izdati za iznos od 25.000,00 eura te se odbio iseliti iz stana i vratiti mu novac.

Okrivljenika se tereti da je na opisani način oštetio oštećenika za iznos kupoprodajne cijene stana od 90.000,00 eura u protuvrijednosti od oko 675.000,00 kuna.
