Šibenska policija podnijela je kaznenu prijavu protiv svog zaposlenika zbog usmrćivanja psa iz službenog oružja.

- Policijski službenici Policijske uprave šibensko-kninske proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad policijskim službenikom iste policijske uprave zbog osnova sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo ubijanja ili mučenja životinja.

Provedenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđena je sumnja da je policijski službenik 20. prosinca u večernjim satima, izvan službe u neograđenom prostoru dvorišta obiteljske kuće - smatrajući da se radi o divljoj životinji - iz službenog oružja ispalio hitac i ustrijelio psa u vlasništvu 60-godišnjaka. U veterinarskoj stanici će se provesti obdukcija strvine psa - priopćili su iz policije nakon dovršenog istraživanja, ne otkrivajući mjesto događaja, kao ni dob policijskog službenika. 

Policijski službenik je suspendiran, a protiv njega će biti podnesena kaznena prijava Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Šibeniku.

Šibenska policija podnijela je kaznenu prijavu protiv svog zaposlenika zbog usmrćivanja psa iz službenog oružja.

- Policijski službenici Policijske uprave šibensko-kninske proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad policijskim službenikom iste policijske uprave zbog osnova sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo ubijanja ili mučenja životinja.

Provedenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđena je sumnja da je policijski službenik 20. prosinca u večernjim satima, izvan službe u neograđenom prostoru dvorišta obiteljske kuće - smatrajući da se radi o divljoj životinji - iz službenog oružja ispalio hitac i ustrijelio psa u vlasništvu 60-godišnjaka. U veterinarskoj stanici će se provesti obdukcija strvine psa - priopćili su iz policije nakon dovršenog istraživanja, ne otkrivajući mjesto događaja, kao ni dob policijskog službenika. 

Policijski službenik je suspendiran, a protiv njega će biti podnesena kaznena prijava Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Šibeniku.

Policajac usmrtio psa iz službenog oružja: suspendiran je, šibenska policija podnijela kaznenu prijavu

Šibenska policija podnijela je kaznenu prijavu protiv svog zaposlenika zbog usmrćivanja psa iz službenog oružja.

- Policijski službenici Policijske uprave šibensko-kninske proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad policijskim službenikom iste policijske uprave zbog osnova sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo ubijanja ili mučenja životinja.

Provedenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđena je sumnja da je policijski službenik 20. prosinca u večernjim satima, izvan službe u neograđenom prostoru dvorišta obiteljske kuće - smatrajući da se radi o divljoj životinji - iz službenog oružja ispalio hitac i ustrijelio psa u vlasništvu 60-godišnjaka. U veterinarskoj stanici će se provesti obdukcija strvine psa - priopćili su iz policije nakon dovršenog istraživanja, ne otkrivajući mjesto događaja, kao ni dob policijskog službenika. 

Policijski službenik je suspendiran, a protiv njega će biti podnesena kaznena prijava Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Šibeniku.
