Grgo Bačelić iz Šibenika dobitnik je stipendije projekta Raise the Bar koja će mu omogućiti da svoje kulinarsko umijeće dodatno usavrši na učilištu Le Cordon Bleu. Uz Grgu, stipendije su dobili i Tibor Klobučar te Matija Kuzmić, a stipendije su im dodijeljene u Zagrebu, na predstavljanju vodiča Gault&Millau 2021. za Hrvatsku.

Znanje i iskustvo koje je stekao u šibenskom Pelegriniju i zagrebačkom restoranu Kut 510, u kojem je i danas zaposlen, Grgo Bačelić nastaviti razvijati na učilištu Le Cordon Bleu.

- Za mene je ova stipendija ostvarenje snova, veliki korak u mojoj karijeri kao i veliki korak ka ostvarenju zadanog cilja. Radujem se novim poznanstvima i učenju novih tehnika koje pruža ova škola. Također se radujem i upoznavanju kulinarske tradicije i ponude zemlje u kojoj ću boraviti i na taj način uvidjeti razlike, prednosti i mane u odnosu na našu gastronomsku ponudu. Siguran sam da ću se vratiti s novim idejama i bogatim iskustvom i na taj način doprinijeti kako svom radu, tako i radu svih sadašnjih i budućih kolega- istaknuo je Grgo Bačelić.

Grgo, Tibor i Matija dijele strast za stalnim usavršavanjem i zato su se prijavili za sudjelovanje u projektu Raise the Bar kojim Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska podržava razvoj hrvatskog ugostiteljstva i turizma ulaganjem u profesionalno usavršavanje konobara, barista, barmena, kuhara i slastičara.

Za perspektivne kuhare koji iščekuju edukaciju zasigurno ćemo još čuti, čemu u prilog i činjenica što su stipendije zaslužili jer su oduševili žiri koji čine renomirani hrvatski chefovi Hrvoje Zirojević, Marko Gajski, Igor Gudac i Bruno Vokal te voditelj i suvlasnik restorana Noel Ivan Jug.

Raise the Bar je strateška platforma Coca-Cole HBC Hrvatska koji od 2019. godine djeluje s ciljem povećanja kvalitete obrazovanja radne snage u ugostiteljstvu i turizmu. Projekt obuhvaća akademiju za konobare, bariste i barmene, stipendije za kuhare, slastičare i osoblje za posluživanje te suradnju s regionalnim centrima kompetentnosti, čime Raise the Bar omogućuje usklađivanje vještina i znanja ugostiteljskih i turističkih djelatnika s potrebama poslodavaca.

Grgo Bačelić iz Šibenika dobitnik je stipendije projekta Raise the Bar koja će mu omogućiti da svoje kulinarsko umijeće dodatno usavrši na učilištu Le Cordon Bleu. Uz Grgu, stipendije su dobili i Tibor Klobučar te Matija Kuzmić, a stipendije su im dodijeljene u Zagrebu, na predstavljanju vodiča Gault&Millau 2021. za Hrvatsku.

Znanje i iskustvo koje je stekao u šibenskom Pelegriniju i zagrebačkom restoranu Kut 510, u kojem je i danas zaposlen, Grgo Bačelić nastaviti razvijati na učilištu Le Cordon Bleu.

- Za mene je ova stipendija ostvarenje snova, veliki korak u mojoj karijeri kao i veliki korak ka ostvarenju zadanog cilja. Radujem se novim poznanstvima i učenju novih tehnika koje pruža ova škola. Također se radujem i upoznavanju kulinarske tradicije i ponude zemlje u kojoj ću boraviti i na taj način uvidjeti razlike, prednosti i mane u odnosu na našu gastronomsku ponudu. Siguran sam da ću se vratiti s novim idejama i bogatim iskustvom i na taj način doprinijeti kako svom radu, tako i radu svih sadašnjih i budućih kolega- istaknuo je Grgo Bačelić.

Grgo, Tibor i Matija dijele strast za stalnim usavršavanjem i zato su se prijavili za sudjelovanje u projektu Raise the Bar kojim Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska podržava razvoj hrvatskog ugostiteljstva i turizma ulaganjem u profesionalno usavršavanje konobara, barista, barmena, kuhara i slastičara.

Za perspektivne kuhare koji iščekuju edukaciju zasigurno ćemo još čuti, čemu u prilog i činjenica što su stipendije zaslužili jer su oduševili žiri koji čine renomirani hrvatski chefovi Hrvoje Zirojević, Marko Gajski, Igor Gudac i Bruno Vokal te voditelj i suvlasnik restorana Noel Ivan Jug.

Raise the Bar je strateška platforma Coca-Cole HBC Hrvatska koji od 2019. godine djeluje s ciljem povećanja kvalitete obrazovanja radne snage u ugostiteljstvu i turizmu. Grgo Bačelić iz Šibenika dobitnik je stipendije projekta Raise the Bar koja će mu omogućiti da svoje kulinarsko umijeće dodatno usavrši na učilištu Le Cordon Bleu. Uz Grgu, stipendije su dobili i Tibor Klobučar te Matija Kuzmić, a stipendije su im dodijeljene u Zagrebu, na predstavljanju vodiča Gault&Millau 2021. za Hrvatsku.

Znanje i iskustvo koje je stekao u šibenskom Pelegriniju i zagrebačkom restoranu Kut 510, u kojem je i danas zaposlen, Grgo Bačelić nastaviti razvijati na učilištu Le Cordon Bleu.

- Za mene je ova stipendija ostvarenje snova, veliki korak u mojoj karijeri kao i veliki korak ka ostvarenju zadanog cilja. Radujem se novim poznanstvima i učenju novih tehnika koje pruža ova škola. Također se radujem i upoznavanju kulinarske tradicije i ponude zemlje u kojoj ću boraviti i na taj način uvidjeti razlike, prednosti i mane u odnosu na našu gastronomsku ponudu. Siguran sam da ću se vratiti s novim idejama i bogatim iskustvom i na taj način doprinijeti kako svom radu, tako i radu svih sadašnjih i budućih kolega- istaknuo je Grgo Bačelić.

Grgo, Tibor i Matija dijele strast za stalnim usavršavanjem i zato su se prijavili za sudjelovanje u projektu Raise the Bar kojim Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska podržava razvoj hrvatskog ugostiteljstva i turizma ulaganjem u profesionalno usavršavanje konobara, barista, barmena, kuhara i slastičara.

Za perspektivne kuhare koji iščekuju edukaciju zasigurno ćemo još čuti, čemu u prilog i činjenica što su stipendije zaslužili jer su oduševili žiri koji čine renomirani hrvatski chefovi Hrvoje Zirojević, Marko Gajski, Igor Gudac i Bruno Vokal te voditelj i suvlasnik restorana Noel Ivan Jug.

Raise the Bar je strateška platforma Coca-Cole HBC Hrvatska koji od 2019. godine djeluje s ciljem povećanja kvalitete obrazovanja radne snage u ugostiteljstvu i turizmu. Projekt obuhvaća akademiju za konobare, bariste i barmene, stipendije za kuhare, slastičare i osoblje za posluživanje te suradnju s regionalnim centrima kompetentnosti, čime Raise the Bar omogućuje usklađivanje vještina i znanja ugostiteljskih i turističkih djelatnika s potrebama poslodavaca.
