U posljednje vrijeme povećao se broj prevarenih najmoprimaca o čemu se često raspravlja u Facebook grupama za najam stanova. Osim brojnih neugodnih iskustava i policija je zabilježila povećani broj prijava, a u kolovozu je u Zagrebu jedan mladić čak i uhićen jer je lažno iznajmljivao stanove.

Potaknut aktualnim problemom matematičar Toni Milun na Facebooku je podijelio svoje iskustvo s prevarantom koji mu je pokušao iznajmiti tuđi stan. Objavu je započeo savjetom kako je važno pratiti kretanje cijena na tržištu.

- Prevarant je nudio najam stana od 50 kvadrata u centru Zagreba za 420 eura mjesečno. Nama koji smo dobro upućeni u aktualne cijene najma stanova ova cifra odmah ‘smrdi’, no ako ne pratiš godinama cijene lako padneš u zamku prevaranta, nastavlja matematičar.

Milunu se slična nemoralna ponuda nudila prije 20 godina kad je tražio stan za najam. U oglasu je stajalo da se stan nalazi na Črnomercu, bio je lijepo uređen i povoljan. Kad je došao u stan, dočekao ga je čovjek od 30-ak godina koji se predstavio kao vlasnik stana.

- Što mi je bilo sumnjivo? Bio je pretjerano susretljiv, a presudno je bilo kad je rekao: “Moja obitelj ima i vikendicu u Sloveniji i ako volite skijanje dođite besplatno, ugostit ćemo tebe i prijatelje.”, prisjeća se Milun, a prenosi Jutarnji. 

Odmah je shvatio da nešto ne štima te mu je kroz glavu prošla misao da bi prije na vikendicu pozvao prijatelje nego nekog koga je tek upoznao. Nije htio ostaviti polog, a mjesec dana kasnije saznao je da je njegov poznanik u oglasniku uočio taj isti prostor, ostavio polog i završio prevaren. Zaključili su da je mladić unajmio stan samo da bi ga mogao staviti u oglasnik i varati ljude uzimajući im polog.

- Ljudi moji, ako vam netko nudi neobično dobre ponude koje izgledaju kao prevare – to jesu prevare. Ne nasjedajte na njih. Nema lake zarade, ni uspjeha preko noći. Pišem dosta o financijama, štednji, investiranju i ipak vjerujem da je investiranje u znanje najisplativije investiranje, zaključio je Milun.

U posljednje vrijeme povećao se broj prevarenih najmoprimaca o čemu se često raspravlja u Facebook grupama za najam stanova. Osim brojnih neugodnih iskustava i policija je zabilježila povećani broj prijava, a u kolovozu je u Zagrebu jedan mladić čak i uhićen jer je lažno iznajmljivao stanove.

Potaknut aktualnim problemom matematičar Toni Milun na Facebooku je podijelio svoje iskustvo s prevarantom koji mu je pokušao iznajmiti tuđi stan. Objavu je započeo savjetom kako je važno pratiti kretanje cijena na tržištu.

Milunu se slična nemoralna ponuda nudila prije 20 godina kad je tražio stan za najam. U oglasu je stajalo da se stan nalazi na Črnomercu, bio je lijepo uređen i povoljan. Kad je došao u stan, dočekao ga je čovjek od 30-ak godina koji se predstavio kao vlasnik stana.

- Što mi je bilo sumnjivo? Bio je pretjerano susretljiv, a presudno je bilo kad je rekao: “Moja obitelj ima i vikendicu u Sloveniji i ako volite skijanje dođite besplatno, ugostit ćemo tebe i prijatelje.”, prisjeća se Milun, a prenosi Jutarnji. 

Odmah je shvatio da nešto ne štima te mu je kroz glavu prošla misao da bi prije na vikendicu pozvao prijatelje nego nekog koga je tek upoznao. Nije htio ostaviti polog, a mjesec dana kasnije saznao je da je njegov poznanik u oglasniku uočio taj isti prostor, ostavio polog i završio prevaren. Zaključili su da je mladić unajmio stan samo da bi ga mogao staviti u oglasnik i varati ljude uzimajući im polog.

- Ljudi moji, ako vam netko nudi neobično dobre ponude koje izgledaju kao prevare – to jesu prevare. Ne nasjedajte na njih. Nema lake zarade, ni uspjeha preko noći. Pišem dosta o financijama, štednji, investiranju i ipak vjerujem da je investiranje u znanje najisplativije investiranje, zaključio je Milun.

U posljednje vrijeme povećao se broj prevarenih najmoprimaca o čemu se često raspravlja u Facebook grupama za najam stanova. Osim brojnih neugodnih iskustava i policija je zabilježila povećani broj prijava, a u kolovozu je u Zagrebu jedan mladić čak i uhićen jer je lažno iznajmljivao stanove.

Potaknut aktualnim problemom matematičar Toni Milun na Facebooku je podijelio svoje iskustvo s prevarantom koji mu je pokušao iznajmiti tuđi stan. Objavu je započeo savjetom kako je važno pratiti kretanje cijena na tržištu.
