Jedno od jela koje gotovo svi vole - uz nezaobilaznu pizzu, tjesteninu i ćevape - bez sumnje je kebab. A jeste li ga ikad pokušali pripremiti kod kuće? Mi nismo, ali lako bismo se konačno mogli odvažiti i na taj eksperiment, jer upravo smo nabavili jako dobar recept. Dobili smo ga od ekipe s Putnog kofera, simpatičnog i vrlo informativnog bloga, piše Stil.

Kako su nas poučili,  u Turskoj danas postoji više od 100 različitih vrsta kebaba, a najpoznatija vrsta je döner kebab. Smatra se kako ga je prvi pripremio turski kuhar Hacı İskender u Bursi tijekom 19. stoljeća, da bi svoj pravi procvat doživio početkom 70-ih godina u Njemačkoj gdje su ga turski doseljenici počeli prodavati kao brzu hranu. Izvorno je bio posluživan s rižom kao prilogom, a kasnije u lepinji, uz dodatak različitih salata i umaka.

Doner kebab

Sastojci:

250 grama junećeg mesa

2 češnja češnjaka

50 grama krušnih mrvica

pola glavice luka

1 žličica mljevenog kima

pola žličice dimljene paprike

1 žličica mljevenog korijandera

pola žličice origana

ulje, sol i papar.

Priprema:

Sve sastojke osim ulja ubaciti u blender i dodajte začine – prstohvat soli i po želji veću količinu crnog papra. Blendajte dok se sve ne sjedini i usitni. Pećnicu zagrijte na 200°C.

Dok se pećnica ne zagrije, izrežite veći komad aluminijske folije i premažite ga uljem. Izvadite iz blendera mesnu smjesu koju ste začinili, stavite ju na sredinu folije i oblikujte u jednu veliku debelu kobasicu. Zamotajte meso u foliju i dobro zatvorite krajeve.

Sve upakirano u foliji položite na plitku tepsiju i stavite u prethodno zagrijanu pećnicu 35 do 40 minuta, povremeno okrećući. Nakon što je gotovo, ostavite nekoliko minuta da se ohladi. Zatim kratko zapecite na grill tavi dok ne dobije smeđu koricu.

Sve je spremno za posluživanje. Meso narežite na listiće. Kako bi dobili autentično iskustvo, kebab stavite na dasku za rezanje i zabijete metalni ražanj u sredinu. Režite ga na tanke listiće i poslužite u zagrijanim lepinjama s dodacima po ukusu (feta sir, paprika, zelena salata, različiti umaci…)

Jedno od jela koje gotovo svi vole - uz nezaobilaznu pizzu, tjesteninu i ćevape - bez sumnje je kebab. A jeste li ga ikad pokušali pripremiti kod kuće? Mi nismo, ali lako bismo se konačno mogli odvažiti i na taj eksperiment, jer upravo smo nabavili jako dobar recept. Dobili smo ga od ekipe s Putnog kofera, simpatičnog i vrlo informativnog bloga, piše Stil.

Kako su nas poučili,  u Turskoj danas postoji više od 100 različitih vrsta kebaba, a najpoznatija vrsta je döner kebab. Smatra se kako ga je prvi pripremio turski kuhar Hacı İskender u Bursi tijekom 19. stoljeća, da bi svoj pravi procvat doživio početkom 70-ih godina u Njemačkoj gdje su ga turski doseljenici počeli prodavati kao brzu hranu. Izvorno je bio posluživan s rižom kao prilogom, a kasnije u lepinji, uz dodatak različitih salata i umaka.

Doner kebab

Sastojci:

250 grama junećeg mesa

2 češnja češnjaka

50 grama krušnih mrvica

pola glavice luka

1 žličica mljevenog kima

pola žličice dimljene paprike

1 žličica mljevenog korijandera

pola žličice origana

ulje, sol i papar.

Priprema:

Sve sastojke osim ulja ubaciti u blender i dodajte začine – prstohvat soli i po želji veću količinu crnog papra. Blendajte dok se sve ne sjedini i usitni. Pećnicu zagrijte na 200°C.

Dok se pećnica ne zagrije, izrežite veći komad aluminijske folije i premažite ga uljem. Izvadite iz blendera mesnu smjesu koju ste začinili, stavite ju na sredinu folije i oblikujte u jednu veliku debelu kobasicu. Zamotajte meso u foliju i dobro zatvorite krajeve.

Sve upakirano u foliji položite na plitku tepsiju i stavite u prethodno zagrijanu pećnicu 35 do 40 minuta, povremeno okrećući. Nakon što je gotovo, ostavite nekoliko minuta da se ohladi. Zatim kratko zapecite na grill tavi dok ne dobije smeđu koricu.

Sve je spremno za posluživanje. Meso narežite na listiće. Kako bi dobili autentično iskustvo, kebab stavite na dasku za rezanje i zabijete metalni ražanj u sredinu. Režite ga na tanke listiće i poslužite u zagrijanim lepinjama s dodacima po ukusu (feta sir, paprika, zelena salata, različiti umaci…)

Jedno od jela koje gotovo svi vole - uz nezaobilaznu pizzu, tjesteninu i ćevape - bez sumnje je kebab. A jeste li ga ikad pokušali pripremiti kod kuće? Mi nismo, ali lako bismo se konačno mogli odvažiti i na taj eksperiment, jer upravo smo nabavili jako dobar recept. Dobili smo ga od ekipe s Putnog kofera, simpatičnog i vrlo informativnog bloga, piše Stil.

Kako su nas poučili,  u Turskoj danas postoji više od 100 različitih vrsta kebaba, a najpoznatija vrsta je döner kebab. Smatra se kako ga je prvi pripremio turski kuhar Hacı İskender u Bursi tijekom 19. stoljeća, da bi svoj pravi procvat doživio početkom 70-ih godina u Njemačkoj gdje su ga turski doseljenici počeli prodavati kao brzu hranu. Izvorno je bio posluživan s rižom kao prilogom, a kasnije u lepinji, uz dodatak različitih salata i umaka.

Doner kebab

Sastojci:

250 grama junećeg mesa

2 češnja češnjaka

50 grama krušnih mrvica

pola glavice luka

1 žličica mljevenog kima

pola žličice dimljene paprike

1 žličica mljevenog korijandera

pola žličice origana

ulje, sol i papar.

Priprema:

Sve sastojke osim ulja ubaciti u blender i dodajte začine – prstohvat soli i po želji veću količinu crnog papra. Blendajte dok se sve ne sjedini i usitni. Pećnicu zagrijte na 200°C.

Dok se pećnica ne zagrije, izrežite veći komad aluminijske folije i premažite ga uljem. Izvadite iz blendera mesnu smjesu koju ste začinili, stavite ju na sredinu folije i oblikujte u jednu veliku debelu kobasicu. Zamotajte meso u foliju i dobro zatvorite krajeve.

Sve upakirano u foliji položite na plitku tepsiju i stavite u prethodno zagrijanu pećnicu 35 do 40 minuta, povremeno okrećući. Nakon što je gotovo, ostavite nekoliko minuta da se ohladi. Zatim kratko zapecite na grill tavi dok ne dobije smeđu koricu.

Sve je spremno za posluživanje. Meso narežite na listiće. Kako bi dobili autentično iskustvo, kebab stavite na dasku za rezanje i zabijete metalni ražanj u sredinu. Režite ga na tanke listiće i poslužite u zagrijanim lepinjama s dodacima po ukusu (feta sir, paprika, zelena salata, različiti umaci…)
