Bliži se božićno vrijeme i mnogi roditelji jedva čekaju vidjeti svoju djecu koja su se odselila iz roditeljskog doma. Međutim, istraživanje Virgin Trainsa sada je otkrilo otrežnjujuće razloge zašto se mladi zapravo vraćaju tijekom praznika. Kako piše Independent, zabilježeni su različiti odgovori poput "okupati se", "besplatna hrana" i "besplatno" i konačno razvrstani na ljestvici prema učestalosti.

Neki se ispitanici raduju što će ih roditelji "zbrinuti" i "razmaziti". Prema Independentu, to uključuje i kuhanje odgovarajućih obroka za generaciju Z. Osim toga, mladi se raduju božićnim tradicijama, kao i ponovnom susretu sa starim prijateljima i kućnim ljubimcima.
