Tek će se vidjeti što se točno dogodilo nogometašu danske nogometne reprezentacije, Christianu Eriksenu ali takve tragične scene na sportskim terenima sve su češće. Naime, sport postaje sve opasniji jer se od sportaša i to ne samo profesionalnih, traže napori koji prelazi granice izdržljivosti ljudskog tijela. Zato na žalost nisu rijetke ni iznenade srčane smrti mladih sportaša", kaže iskusni kardiolog i specijalist hitne medicine, prof.dr. Hrvoje Pintarić, voditelj radne skupine za rad i sport Hrvatskog kardiološkog društva.

Srećom, Eriksenovo zdravstveno stanje nakon liječničke intervencija bilo je stabilno u čemu je, drži prof.dr. Pintarić, pomogla brza intervencija i oživljenje na terenu. Dodaje da je moguće da je Eriksen u posljednje vrijeme imao neke druge zdravstvene probleme koji su utjecali na srčani mišić. No, svi sportaši nisu te sreće da i uz brzu liječničku intervenciju prežive odnosno nerijetko je ishod tragičan.

Detalji ove drame na početku europskog nogometnog prvenstva još nisu poznati, ali uz veliki tjelesni napor problem može biti i srčana greška koja nije prepoznata. Naime, nerijetko je uzrok nagle srčane smrti upravo urođena srčana greška poput hipertrofijske kardiomiopatije (zadebljali srčani mišić), aritmogena displazija desne klijetke, poremećaj srčanog ritma potencijalno opasan za život ili rana ateroskleroza koronarnih arterija te upala srčanog mišić.

Za sportaša koji ima neki od tih problema on može biti potencijalno poguban za život.

"Sportaši trebaju prolaziti vrlo rigorozne preglede kojima će se već kod uzimanja anamneze vidjeti ima li u obitelji srčanih problema ili iznenadnih srčanih smrti. Uz to nužni su pregledi od EKG-a do ultrazvuka a što je vrlo važno sve te nalaze trebaju pregledati stručnjaci koji ih znaju 'čitati' odnosno kardiolozi specijalizirani za sport. Samo tako može se u većoj mjeri prevenirati moguća tragedija", objašnjava prof.dr. Pintarić.

Međunarodni sindikat profesionalnih nogometaša (FIFPro) upozorio je da se dobrobit igrača ne uzima u obzir prilikom sastavljanja kalendara natjecanja, nekoliko sati nakon što se danski reprezentativac Christian Eriksen srušio tijekom susreta protiv Finske.

Još nije jasno zbog čega se Eriksena srušio, no u jednom trenutku se vidjelo kako ga liječnici oživljavaju.

"Igrači širom svijeta su nam rekli kako kalendar natjecanja u posljednje četiri godine nije adekvatan, niti uzima u obzir njihove potrebe. Uvjeti u igri i oko vas mentalno i fizički iscrpljuju", glavni tajnik FIFPro-a Jonas Baerr-Hoffman u otvorenom pismu.

Hoffman je naglasio kako je vrijeme za promjene i pozvao igrače da zajednički daju svoj glas svojim sindikatima.

"U narednim mjesecima pregovarat ćemo u vaše ime s FIFA-om i drugim dionicima kako biste imali pravedniji i razumniji raspored, pravednije uvjete i veće mjere zaštite na terenu i izvan njega," dodao je .

"Za nas je glas igrača najvažniji u razgovoru", kazao je Baerr-Hoffman, rekavši da su igrači izostavljeni iz procesa odlučivanja.

Brojni vrhunski klupski treneri kritizirali su stisnuti raspored ove sezone.

Tako je u studenom menadžer Manchester Uniteda Ole Gunnar Solskjaer upozorio na ozljede koje se u Premier ligi gomilaju od "fizičkog ili mentalnog umora".

Tek će se vidjeti što se točno dogodilo nogometašu danske nogometne reprezentacije, Christianu Eriksenu ali takve tragične scene na sportskim terenima sve su češće. Naime, sport postaje sve opasniji jer se od sportaša i to ne samo profesionalnih, traže napori koji prelazi granice izdržljivosti ljudskog tijela. Zato na žalost nisu rijetke ni iznenade srčane smrti mladih sportaša", kaže iskusni kardiolog i specijalist hitne medicine, prof.dr. Hrvoje Pintarić, voditelj radne skupine za rad i sport Hrvatskog kardiološkog društva.

Srećom, Eriksenovo zdravstveno stanje nakon liječničke intervencija bilo je stabilno u čemu je, drži prof.dr. Pintarić, pomogla brza intervencija i oživljenje na terenu. Dodaje da je moguće da je Eriksen u posljednje vrijeme imao neke druge zdravstvene probleme koji su utjecali na srčani mišić. No, svi sportaši nisu te sreće da i uz brzu liječničku intervenciju prežive odnosno nerijetko je ishod tragičan.

Detalji ove drame na početku europskog nogometnog prvenstva još nisu poznati, ali uz veliki tjelesni napor problem može biti i srčana greška koja nije prepoznata. Naime, nerijetko je uzrok nagle srčane smrti upravo urođena srčana greška poput hipertrofijske kardiomiopatije (zadebljali srčani mišić), aritmogena displazija desne klijetke, poremećaj srčanog ritma potencijalno opasan za život ili rana ateroskleroza koronarnih arterija te upala srčanog mišić.

Za sportaša koji ima neki od tih problema on može biti potencijalno poguban za život.

"Sportaši trebaju prolaziti vrlo rigorozne preglede kojima će se već kod uzimanja anamneze vidjeti ima li u obitelji srčanih problema ili iznenadnih srčanih smrti. Uz to nužni su pregledi od EKG-a do ultrazvuka a što je vrlo važno sve te nalaze trebaju pregledati stručnjaci koji ih znaju 'čitati' odnosno kardiolozi specijalizirani za sport. Samo tako može se u većoj mjeri prevenirati moguća tragedija", objašnjava prof.dr. Pintarić.

Međunarodni sindikat profesionalnih nogometaša (FIFPro) upozorio je da se dobrobit igrača ne uzima u obzir prilikom sastavljanja kalendara natjecanja, nekoliko sati nakon što se danski reprezentativac Christian Eriksen srušio tijekom susreta protiv Finske.

Još nije jasno zbog čega se Eriksena srušio, no u jednom trenutku se vidjelo kako ga liječnici oživljavaju.

"Igrači širom svijeta su nam rekli kako kalendar natjecanja u posljednje četiri godine nije adekvatan, niti uzima u obzir njihove potrebe. Uvjeti u igri i oko vas mentalno i fizički iscrpljuju", glavni tajnik FIFPro-a Jonas Baerr-Hoffman u otvorenom pismu.

Hoffman je naglasio kako je vrijeme za promjene i pozvao igrače da zajednički daju svoj glas svojim sindikatima.

U takvoj situaciji često slijedi smrt: Hrvatski liječnik otkrio mogući uzrok Eriksenova pada

Tek će se vidjeti što se točno dogodilo nogometašu danske nogometne reprezentacije, Christianu Eriksenu ali takve tragične scene na sportskim terenima sve su češće. Naime, sport postaje sve opasniji jer se od sportaša i to ne samo profesionalnih, traže napori koji prelazi granice izdržljivosti ljudskog tijela. Zato na žalost nisu rijetke ni iznenade srčane smrti mladih sportaša", kaže iskusni kardiolog i specijalist hitne medicine, prof.dr. Hrvoje Pintarić, voditelj radne skupine za rad i sport Hrvatskog kardiološkog društva.

Srećom, Eriksenovo zdravstveno stanje nakon liječničke intervencija bilo je stabilno u čemu je, drži prof.dr. Pintarić, pomogla brza intervencija i oživljenje na terenu. Dodaje da je moguće da je Eriksen u posljednje vrijeme imao neke druge zdravstvene probleme koji su utjecali na srčani mišić. No, svi sportaši nisu te sreće da i uz brzu liječničku intervenciju prežive odnosno nerijetko je ishod tragičan.

Detalji ove drame na početku europskog nogometnog prvenstva još nisu poznati, ali uz veliki tjelesni napor problem može biti i srčana greška koja nije prepoznata. Naime, nerijetko je uzrok nagle srčane smrti upravo urođena srčana greška poput hipertrofijske kardiomiopatije (zadebljali srčani mišić), aritmogena displazija desne klijetke, poremećaj srčanog ritma potencijalno opasan za život ili rana ateroskleroza koronarnih arterija te upala srčanog mišić.

Za sportaša koji ima neki od tih problema on može biti potencijalno poguban za život.

"Sportaši trebaju prolaziti vrlo rigorozne preglede kojima će se već kod uzimanja anamneze vidjeti ima li u obitelji srčanih problema ili iznenadnih srčanih smrti. Uz to nužni su pregledi od EKG-a do ultrazvuka a što je vrlo važno sve te nalaze trebaju pregledati stručnjaci koji ih znaju 'čitati' odnosno kardiolozi specijalizirani za sport. Samo tako može se u većoj mjeri prevenirati moguća tragedija", objašnjava prof.dr. Pintarić.

Međunarodni sindikat profesionalnih nogometaša (FIFPro) upozorio je da se dobrobit igrača ne uzima u obzir prilikom sastavljanja kalendara natjecanja, nekoliko sati nakon što se danski reprezentativac Christian Eriksen srušio tijekom susreta protiv Finske.

Još nije jasno zbog čega se Eriksena srušio, no u jednom trenutku se vidjelo kako ga liječnici oživljavaju.

"Igrači širom svijeta su nam rekli kako kalendar natjecanja u posljednje četiri godine nije adekvatan, niti uzima u obzir njihove potrebe. Uvjeti u igri i oko vas mentalno i fizički iscrpljuju", glavni tajnik FIFPro-a Jonas Baerr-Hoffman u otvorenom pismu.

Hoffman je naglasio kako je vrijeme za promjene i pozvao igrače da zajednički daju svoj glas svojim sindikatima.
