Preostale utakmice Lige prvaka i Europske lige odgođene su do daljnjega, jedan je od zaključaka videokonferencije koju je UEFA održala s čelnicima svih 55 nacionalnih saveza. Bio je to njihov prvi sastanak nakon 17. ožujka kada je odlučeno da se Europsko prvenstvo odgađa za 2021., a sigurno neće biti posljednji.

Dakle, Lige prvaka i Europske lige neće biti do daljnjega. U Ligi prvaka još se imaju odigrati četiri uzvratne utakmice osmine finala te četvrtfinala, polufinala i finale. Isto vrijedi i za Europsku ligu koja je također zapela u osmini finala.

Novih termina još nema, no ideja je da se ta dva natjecanja dovrše tijekom ljeta, kroz srpanj i kolovoz. Tako bi nacionalni savezi dobili na vremenu da završe svoja prvenstva, iako će to, stalno ponavljamo, uvelike ovisiti o daljnjem razvoju situacije s pandemijom koronavirusa. Znači, i HNS ima manevarskog prostora dovršiti Prvu HNL.

Bez gledatelja na tribinama?

Iz tog je razloga moguće da će se sve preostale utakmice Lige prvaka i Europske lige odigrati bez gledatelja na tribinama. Čak i finala. Jasna je namjera da se aktualna sezona privede kraju prije nego što počne nova, pa su u tom svjetlu i svi međunarodni dvoboji koji su bili na rasporedu u lipnju – uključujući doigravanja za plasman na Euro 2020. i kvalifikacije za ženski Euro 2021. - odgođeni.

Zbog naglaska na dovršetak aktualnih sezona, jasno je i to da će sljedeća sezona 2020./2021. početi kasnije nego inače i da će očito biti odrađena u paklenom ritmu budući da nas u lipnju 2021. čeka Europsko prvenstvo.

Nadalje, radne skupine UEFA-e su predložile, a Izvršni odbor prihvatio, da se otkažu Euro do 17 godina za nogometaše i Euro do 19 godina za nogometašice koji su na rasporedu bili u svibnju i srpnju, dok su Euro do 17 godina za žene (svibanj) i Euro do 19 godina za muške (srpanj) odgođeni do daljnjega. Također su na čekanju i rokovi vezani za sva UEFA-ina klupska natjecanja u sezoni 2020./2021.

Iako ovog ljeta neće biti Eura, ono će po svemu sudeći biti bogato nogometom. Ako se pandemija uskoro primiri, čemu se svi nadaju, mogli bismo nadoknaditi ovaj do sada izgubljeni period nogometnih uzbuđenja. U suprotnom, ako se nogomet na dobrom dijelu Starog kontinenta ne nastavi kroz lipanj, sezona bi mogla biti izgubljena.

Preostale utakmice Lige prvaka i Europske lige odgođene su do daljnjega, jedan je od zaključaka videokonferencije koju je UEFA održala s čelnicima svih 55 nacionalnih saveza. Bio je to njihov prvi sastanak nakon 17. ožujka kada je odlučeno da se Europsko prvenstvo odgađa za 2021., a sigurno neće biti posljednji.

Dakle, Lige prvaka i Europske lige neće biti do daljnjega. U Ligi prvaka još se imaju odigrati četiri uzvratne utakmice osmine finala te četvrtfinala, polufinala i finale. Isto vrijedi i za Europsku ligu koja je također zapela u osmini finala.

Novih termina još nema, no ideja je da se ta dva natjecanja dovrše tijekom ljeta, kroz srpanj i kolovoz. Tako bi nacionalni savezi dobili na vremenu da završe svoja prvenstva, iako će to, stalno ponavljamo, uvelike ovisiti o daljnjem razvoju situacije s pandemijom koronavirusa. Znači, i HNS ima manevarskog prostora dovršiti Prvu HNL.

Bez gledatelja na tribinama?

Iz tog je razloga moguće da će se sve preostale utakmice Lige prvaka i Europske lige odigrati bez gledatelja na tribinama. Čak i finala. Jasna je namjera da se aktualna sezona privede kraju prije nego što počne nova, pa su u tom svjetlu i svi međunarodni dvoboji koji su bili na rasporedu u lipnju – uključujući doigravanja za plasman na Euro 2020. i kvalifikacije za ženski Euro 2021. - odgođeni.

Zbog naglaska na dovršetak aktualnih sezona, jasno je i to da će sljedeća sezona 2020./2021. početi kasnije nego inače i da će očito biti odrađena u paklenom ritmu budući da nas u lipnju 2021. čeka Europsko prvenstvo.

Nadalje, radne skupine UEFA-e su predložile, a Izvršni odbor prihvatio, da se otkažu Euro do 17 godina za nogometaše i Euro do 19 godina za nogometašice koji su na rasporedu bili u svibnju i srpnju, dok su Euro do 17 godina za žene (svibanj) i Euro do 19 godina za muške (srpanj) odgođeni do daljnjega. Također su na čekanju i rokovi vezani za sva UEFA-ina klupska natjecanja u sezoni 2020./2021.

Iako ovog ljeta neće biti Eura, ono će po svemu sudeći biti bogato nogometom. Ako se pandemija uskoro primiri, čemu se svi nadaju, mogli bismo nadoknaditi ovaj do sada izgubljeni period nogometnih uzbuđenja. U suprotnom, ako se nogomet na dobrom dijelu Starog kontinenta ne nastavi kroz lipanj, sezona bi mogla biti izgubljena.

Lige prvaka i Eurolige nema barem do srpnja: moguće je da će se sve preostale utakmice odigrati bez gledatelja na tribinama, čak i finala

Preostale utakmice Lige prvaka i Europske lige odgođene su do daljnjega, jedan je od zaključaka videokonferencije koju je UEFA održala s čelnicima svih 55 nacionalnih saveza. Bio je to njihov prvi sastanak nakon 17. ožujka kada je odlučeno da se Europsko prvenstvo odgađa za 2021., a sigurno neće biti posljednji.

Dakle, Lige prvaka i Europske lige neće biti do daljnjega. U Ligi prvaka još se imaju odigrati četiri uzvratne utakmice osmine finala te četvrtfinala, polufinala i finale. Isto vrijedi i za Europsku ligu koja je također zapela u osmini finala.

Novih termina još nema, no ideja je da se ta dva natjecanja dovrše tijekom ljeta, kroz srpanj i kolovoz. Tako bi nacionalni savezi dobili na vremenu da završe svoja prvenstva, iako će to, stalno ponavljamo, uvelike ovisiti o daljnjem razvoju situacije s pandemijom koronavirusa. Znači, i HNS ima manevarskog prostora dovršiti Prvu HNL.

Bez gledatelja na tribinama?

Iz tog je razloga moguće da će se sve preostale utakmice Lige prvaka i Europske lige odigrati bez gledatelja na tribinama. Čak i finala. Jasna je namjera da se aktualna sezona privede kraju prije nego što počne nova, pa su u tom svjetlu i svi međunarodni dvoboji koji su bili na rasporedu u lipnju – uključujući doigravanja za plasman na Euro 2020. i kvalifikacije za ženski Euro 2021. - odgođeni.

Zbog naglaska na dovršetak aktualnih sezona, jasno je i to da će sljedeća sezona 2020./2021. početi kasnije nego inače i da će očito biti odrađena u paklenom ritmu budući da nas u lipnju 2021. čeka Europsko prvenstvo.

Nadalje, radne skupine UEFA-e su predložile, a Izvršni odbor prihvatio, da se otkažu Euro do 17 godina za nogometaše i Euro do 19 godina za nogometašice koji su na rasporedu bili u svibnju i srpnju, dok su Euro do 17 godina za žene (svibanj) i Euro do 19 godina za muške (srpanj) odgođeni do daljnjega. Također su na čekanju i rokovi vezani za sva UEFA-ina klupska natjecanja u sezoni 2020./2021.

Iako ovog ljeta neće biti Eura, ono će po svemu sudeći biti bogato nogometom. Ako se pandemija uskoro primiri, čemu se svi nadaju, mogli bismo nadoknaditi ovaj do sada izgubljeni period nogometnih uzbuđenja. U suprotnom, ako se nogomet na dobrom dijelu Starog kontinenta ne nastavi kroz lipanj, sezona bi mogla biti izgubljena.
