Veliki peh zadesio je košarkaše Šibenika pred sam početak nove sezone. Baš kada je trener Damir Milačić počeo zadovoljno trljati ruke jer je imao zaključen roster, dogodila se teška ozljeda američkog razigravača Nabe Echolsa. Zbog te ozljede košarkaškoji je trebao voditi igru Šibenke ostat će van parketa do konca sezone. A dobro se zna koliko je važna uloga playmakera, to više što je Echols programiran da bude jedan od nositelja igre Narančastih:
- Echols je tijekom treninga, u pokušaju skoka osjetio bol u koljenu. Napravljena je magnetska rezonanca koljena i dijagnosticirana je ruptura patelarnog ligamenta.

Zatraženo je mišljenje nekoliko stručnjaka, također i Nabinog liječnika iz SAD-a i zajednički zaključak je da je operativni zahvat jedino rješenje- kazali su iz šibenskog prvoligaša.

Echols je u utorak podvrgnut operaciji u Specijalnoj bolnici za ortopediju dr Nemec u Opatiji. Proces rehabilitacije u ovakvim slučajevima traje i do šest mjeseci.

Također, iz kluba s Baldekina su potvrdili kako su Echols i Šibenka sporazumno dogovorili uvjete raskida ugovora.

- Echols je u tim pregovorima bio fer i korektan. Želimo mu sve najbolje, brz oporavak i da ga sljedeće sezone vidimo na djelu u dresu Šibenke. Njegova ozljeda je baš peh, to više što se radi o igraču koji u protekle dvije sezone nije propustio niti jednu utakmicu zbog povreda- kazao je Domagoj Bašić.

Na Baldekinu, barem za sada, nisu posegnuli za dovođenjem zamjene za Echolsa. Stoga će na početku sezone zahtjevna uloga organizatora igre pasti na pleća mladih Brocića i Klarina, koji su se pokazali kao vrlo dobri u pripremnom periodu. Međutim to ne znači da u dogledno vrijeme Šibenka neće dovesti nekog igrača:

- Pravila nam omogućavaju da angažiramo dvojicu igrača ‘na žeton‘ sve do veljače. Vidjet ćemo kako će se situacija razvijati, pa ćemo sukladno tome i reagirati- zaključio je Bašić.

Inače, zbog europskih obveza Cedevite odgođena je utakmica prvog kola HT Premijer lige koju je Šibenka trebala igrati sa Zagrepčanima tijekom vikenda. Tako će Narančasti prvenstvenu premijeru imati 8. listopada na Baldekinu gdje će ugostiti novog prvoligaša Dinamo.

Veliki peh zadesio je košarkaše Šibenika pred sam početak nove sezone. Baš kada je trener Damir Milačić počeo zadovoljno trljati ruke jer je imao zaključen roster, dogodila se teška ozljeda američkog razigravača Nabe Echolsa. Zbog te ozljede košarkaškoji je trebao voditi igru Šibenke ostat će van parketa do konca sezone. A dobro se zna koliko je važna uloga playmakera, to više što je Echols programiran da bude jedan od nositelja igre Narančastih:
- Echols je tijekom treninga, u pokušaju skoka osjetio bol u koljenu. Napravljena je magnetska rezonanca koljena i dijagnosticirana je ruptura patelarnog ligamenta.

Zatraženo je mišljenje nekoliko stručnjaka, također i Nabinog liječnika iz SAD-a i zajednički zaključak je da je operativni zahvat jedino rješenje- kazali su iz šibenskog prvoligaša.

Echols je u utorak podvrgnut operaciji u Specijalnoj bolnici za ortopediju dr Nemec u Opatiji. Proces rehabilitacije u ovakvim slučajevima traje i do šest mjeseci.

Također, iz kluba s Baldekina su potvrdili kako su Echols i Šibenka sporazumno dogovorili uvjete raskida ugovora.

- Echols je u tim pregovorima bio fer i korektan. Želimo mu sve najbolje, brz oporavak i da ga sljedeće sezone vidimo na djelu u dresu Šibenke. Njegova ozljeda je baš peh, to više što se radi o igraču koji u protekle dvije sezone nije propustio niti jednu utakmicu zbog povreda- kazao je Domagoj Bašić.

Na Baldekinu, barem za sada, nisu posegnuli za dovođenjem zamjene za Echolsa. Stoga će na početku sezone zahtjevna uloga organizatora igre pasti na pleća mladih Brocića i Klarina, koji su se pokazali kao vrlo dobri u pripremnom periodu. Međutim to ne znači da u dogledno vrijeme Šibenka neće dovesti nekog igrača:

- Pravila nam omogućavaju da angažiramo dvojicu igrača ‘na žeton‘ sve do veljače. Vidjet ćemo kako će se situacija razvijati, pa ćemo sukladno tome i reagirati- zaključio je Bašić.

Veliki peh za košarkaše Šibenke pred početak nove sezone; Narančasti ostali bez američkog playmakera

Veliki peh zadesio je košarkaše Šibenika pred sam početak nove sezone. Baš kada je trener Damir Milačić počeo zadovoljno trljati ruke jer je imao zaključen roster, dogodila se teška ozljeda američkog razigravača Nabe Echolsa. Zbog te ozljede košarkaškoji je trebao voditi igru Šibenke ostat će van parketa do konca sezone. A dobro se zna koliko je važna uloga playmakera, to više što je Echols programiran da bude jedan od nositelja igre Narančastih:
- Echols je tijekom treninga, u pokušaju skoka osjetio bol u koljenu. Napravljena je magnetska rezonanca koljena i dijagnosticirana je ruptura patelarnog ligamenta.

Zatraženo je mišljenje nekoliko stručnjaka, također i Nabinog liječnika iz SAD-a i zajednički zaključak je da je operativni zahvat jedino rješenje- kazali su iz šibenskog prvoligaša.

Echols je u utorak podvrgnut operaciji u Specijalnoj bolnici za ortopediju dr Nemec u Opatiji. Proces rehabilitacije u ovakvim slučajevima traje i do šest mjeseci.

Također, iz kluba s Baldekina su potvrdili kako su Echols i Šibenka sporazumno dogovorili uvjete raskida ugovora.

- Echols je u tim pregovorima bio fer i korektan. Želimo mu sve najbolje, brz oporavak i da ga sljedeće sezone vidimo na djelu u dresu Šibenke. Njegova ozljeda je baš peh, to više što se radi o igraču koji u protekle dvije sezone nije propustio niti jednu utakmicu zbog povreda- kazao je Domagoj Bašić.

Na Baldekinu, barem za sada, nisu posegnuli za dovođenjem zamjene za Echolsa. Stoga će na početku sezone zahtjevna uloga organizatora igre pasti na pleća mladih Brocića i Klarina, koji su se pokazali kao vrlo dobri u pripremnom periodu. Međutim to ne znači da u dogledno vrijeme Šibenka neće dovesti nekog igrača:

- Pravila nam omogućavaju da angažiramo dvojicu igrača ‘na žeton‘ sve do veljače. Vidjet ćemo kako će se situacija razvijati, pa ćemo sukladno tome i reagirati- zaključio je Bašić.
