Kevin Costner optužio je Christine Baumgartner da ga je opljačkala skupim kupovinama prije njihova razlaza, piše Jutarnji list. Zvijezda "Yellowstonea" tvrdi da je njegova bivša supruga kupovala osobne stvari i podizala gotovinu kreditnim karticama osoblja koje vodi njihovu obiteljsku kuću. Uvjeren je kako je Baumgartner smislila ovaj plan prije nego što je podnijela zahtjev za razvod u svibnju.

Costner (68) tvrdi kako je dizajnerica torbica "pokazala uznemirujuću sklonost u posljednjih nekoliko mjeseci, dakle, prije ali i nakon rastave, da uzme Kevinovu imovinu bez njegova znanja ili pristanka". U sudskim dokumentima podnesenim u četvrtak navodi se da je Baumgartner (49) platila odvjetniku za kaznena pitanja 25 tisuća dolara iz zasebnih imovinskih fondova svog supruga, naravno bez njegovog znanja i kako nema objašnjenja za taj trošak.

Dokumenti nadalje tvrde da je majka troje djece platila svojoj odvjetnici za razvod Susan Wiesner "kreditnom karticom zaposlenika koja se koristila za kućne troškove obitelji Costner i koju plaća glumac". Osim toga, Costnerovi odvjetnici navode da je Baumgartner kupila luksuzno vozilo mjesecima prije nego što su se razdvojili, što je bilo neuobičajeno za par jer su uvijek iznajmljivali svoje automobile. Predbračni ugovor para potpisan 2004., kaže da Baumgartner smije zadržati svoj auto u slučaju razlaza. Odvjetnički tim oskarovca tvrdi da je upravo kupnja automobila dokaz da je Baumgartner planirala svoj odlazak puno prije nego što je to rekla suprugu u travnju 2023.

Costnerovi odvjetnici također navode u novim dokumentima da je Baumgartner odbila potpisati sporazum u kojem stoji da neće pretraživati njihov dom prije no što se iseli. Novi zahtjev zvijezde "Tjelohranitelja" dolazi nekoliko dana nakon što je sudac presudio da glumac mora plaćati Baumgartner 129.755 dolara mjesečno alimentacije za uzdržavanje djece. Sudac je također naložio Costneru da plati 200 tisuća dolara za odvjetničke troškove i 100 tisuća dolara za troškove forenzike. Otuđeni par, koji zajedno ima troje djece, morat će plaćati svaki po 50 posto troškova zdravstvene zaštite svoje djece, sportskih i izvannastavnih aktivnosti.

Otkako je Baumgartner podnijela zahtjev za razvod nakon 18 godina braka, ona i Costner vode ružnu bitku oko predbračnog ugovora. Glumac tjednima pokušava natjerati Baumgartner da napusti njihov zajednički dom koji je kupio davno prije no što je upoznao uskoro i službeno bivšu suprugu. U predbračnom sporazumu stoji naime da će ona napustiti njihovo imanje u Santa Barbari u roku od 30 dana ako ikada dođe do rastave. Dok je ona tvrdila da Costner "nije imao pravnu osnovu" da je izbaci, sudac je prošlog tjedna presudio da ona mora napustiti dom do zadnjeg dana srpnja.

Kevin Costner optužio je Christine Baumgartner da ga je opljačkala skupim kupovinama prije njihova razlaza, piše Jutarnji list. Zvijezda "Yellowstonea" tvrdi da je njegova bivša supruga kupovala osobne stvari i podizala gotovinu kreditnim karticama osoblja koje vodi njihovu obiteljsku kuću. Uvjeren je kako je Baumgartner smislila ovaj plan prije nego što je podnijela zahtjev za razvod u svibnju.

Costner (68) tvrdi kako je dizajnerica torbica "pokazala uznemirujuću sklonost u posljednjih nekoliko mjeseci, dakle, prije ali i nakon rastave, da uzme Kevinovu imovinu bez njegova znanja ili pristanka". U sudskim dokumentima podnesenim u četvrtak navodi se da je Baumgartner (49) platila odvjetniku za kaznena pitanja 25 tisuća dolara iz zasebnih imovinskih fondova svog supruga, naravno bez njegovog znanja i kako nema objašnjenja za taj trošak.

Dokumenti nadalje tvrde da je majka troje djece platila svojoj odvjetnici za razvod Susan Wiesner "kreditnom karticom zaposlenika koja se koristila za kućne troškove obitelji Costner i koju plaća glumac". Osim toga, Costnerovi odvjetnici navode da je Baumgartner kupila luksuzno vozilo mjesecima prije nego što su se razdvojili, što je bilo neuobičajeno za par jer su uvijek iznajmljivali svoje automobile. Predbračni ugovor para potpisan 2004., kaže da Baumgartner smije zadržati svoj auto u slučaju razlaza. Odvjetnički tim oskarovca tvrdi da je upravo kupnja automobila dokaz da je Baumgartner planirala svoj odlazak puno prije nego što je to rekla suprugu u travnju 2023.

Costnerovi odvjetnici također navode u novim dokumentima da je Baumgartner odbila potpisati sporazum u kojem stoji da neće pretraživati njihov dom prije no što se iseli. Novi zahtjev zvijezde "Tjelohranitelja" dolazi nekoliko dana nakon što je sudac presudio da glumac mora plaćati Baumgartner 129.755 dolara mjesečno alimentacije za uzdržavanje djece. Sudac je također naložio Costneru da plati 200 tisuća dolara za odvjetničke troškove i 100 tisuća dolara za troškove forenzike. Otuđeni par, koji zajedno ima troje djece, morat će plaćati svaki po 50 posto troškova zdravstvene zaštite svoje djece, sportskih i izvannastavnih aktivnosti.

Otkako je Baumgartner podnijela zahtjev za razvod nakon 18 godina braka, ona i Costner vode ružnu bitku oko predbračnog ugovora. Glumac tjednima pokušava natjerati Baumgartner da napusti njihov zajednički dom koji je kupio davno prije no što je upoznao uskoro i službeno bivšu suprugu. U predbračnom sporazumu stoji naime da će ona napustiti njihovo imanje u Santa Barbari u roku od 30 dana ako ikada dođe do rastave. Dok je ona tvrdila da Costner "nije imao pravnu osnovu" da je izbaci, sudac je prošlog tjedna presudio da ona mora napustiti dom do zadnjeg dana srpnja.
