Tijekom ovog mjeseca očekuje se izdavanje lokacijske dozvole za luku nautičkog turizma ACI marine Porto Baroš u Rijeci. Biti će to, piše Glas Istre, najveća investicija u hrvatski nautički turizam ikada, a na uređenom morskom prostoru pružat će usluge veza i smještaja gostiju na plovilima, a na kopnenom obalnom pojasu nudit će ugostiteljski, trgovački i brojni drugi sadržaji. Iza projekta stoje ACI i Gitone-Kvarner uz podršku Vlade RH.

- Ukupna površina luke za koju imamo koncesiju iznosi 105.897 metara kvadratnih. Površina kopnenog dijela luke iznosi 29.979 metara kvadratnih, dok površina akvatorija luke iznosi 75.918 metara kvadratnih. Planirani kapacitet LNT Rijeka iznosi 260 vezova, od čega 182 charter veza i 89 vezova za vlasnike brodova. Parking LNT-a formirat će se na vanjskim površinama i u novoj zgradi garaže. Sveukupno će LNT raspolagati s 532 parkirališna mjesta, od čega će 252 biti u garaži. Centralna zgrada marine koja će biti oblikovana u izvornom arhitektonskom slogu bit će ukupne bruto razvijene površine 13.505 metara kvadratnih, a u njoj će biti smješteni trgovački, uredski i ugostiteljski prostori, smještajne jedinice za nautičare, wellness/spa, skladišta, spremišta, bazen, i tako dalje.

U sastavu LNT Porto Baroš bit će smještena i benzinska postaja za pomorski promet, travel lift i još niz drugih sadržaja. Takva struktura ponude rezultirat će i planiranom strukturom prihoda u kojoj će prihodi od veza sudjelovati s približno 17 posto, dok će najveći dio prihoda Društva generirati prihodi od poslovanja ugostiteljstva, oko 36 posto, iznajmljivanja prostora i sadržaja nositi će 12 posto, usluga parkinga 10, usluga servisa 9, prihoda smještajnih jedinica za nautičare 7 posto i tako dalje - naveo je dr. sc. Ivan Herak, član Uprave ACI-ja d.d. za financije, korporativno pravo i ljudske resurse.

Namjera je stvoriti elitnu marinu s kategorizacijom 5 sidara kojom se mogu pohvaliti samo tri hrvatske marine, od čega su dvije ACI-jeve, u Rovinju i na Cresu. Rijetkih i prestižnih 5 sidara klijetima jamče ispunjavanje najviše razine kvalitete u pogledu niza posebnih uvjeta i visokih standarda opremljenosti te izgleda prostora u kojima se djelatnost obavlja, načina na koje se usluge pružaju, sadržaja koji marina nudi te u konačnici, i u pogledu primjene načela zaštite okoliša u svakodnevnom poslovanju.

Projekt ACI Rijeka jedinstven je projekt kakvog do sad u Hrvatskoj nismo imali prilike vidjeti, budući da nudi najvišu razinu kvalitete usluge, ne samo za nautičare, već i za građane, i to u samom centru grada. Također, cilj je unaprijediti turističku sliku Rijeke te pozicionirati Kvarner na nautičkoj karti Hrvatske i Mediterana.

Tijekom ovog mjeseca očekuje se izdavanje lokacijske dozvole za luku nautičkog turizma ACI marine Porto Baroš u Rijeci. Biti će to, piše Glas Istre, najveća investicija u hrvatski nautički turizam ikada, a na uređenom morskom prostoru pružat će usluge veza i smještaja gostiju na plovilima, a na kopnenom obalnom pojasu nudit će ugostiteljski, trgovački i brojni drugi sadržaji. Iza projekta stoje ACI i Gitone-Kvarner uz podršku Vlade RH.

- Ukupna površina luke za koju imamo koncesiju iznosi 105.897 metara kvadratnih. Površina kopnenog dijela luke iznosi 29.979 metara kvadratnih, dok površina akvatorija luke iznosi 75.918 metara kvadratnih. Planirani kapacitet LNT Rijeka iznosi 260 vezova, od čega 182 charter veza i 89 vezova za vlasnike brodova. Parking LNT-a formirat će se na vanjskim površinama i u novoj zgradi garaže. Sveukupno će LNT raspolagati s 532 parkirališna mjesta, od čega će 252 biti u garaži. Centralna zgrada marine koja će biti oblikovana u izvornom arhitektonskom slogu bit će ukupne bruto razvijene površine 13.505 metara kvadratnih, a u njoj će biti smješteni trgovački, uredski i ugostiteljski prostori, smještajne jedinice za nautičare, wellness/spa, skladišta, spremišta, bazen, i tako dalje.

U sastavu LNT Porto Baroš bit će smještena i benzinska postaja za pomorski promet, travel lift i još niz drugih sadržaja. Takva struktura ponude rezultirat će i planiranom strukturom prihoda u kojoj će prihodi od veza sudjelovati s približno 17 posto, dok će najveći dio prihoda Društva generirati prihodi od poslovanja ugostiteljstva, oko 36 posto, iznajmljivanja prostora i sadržaja nositi će 12 posto, usluga parkinga 10, usluga servisa 9, prihoda smještajnih jedinica za nautičare 7 posto i tako dalje - naveo je dr. sc. Ivan Herak, član Uprave ACI-ja d.d. za financije, korporativno pravo i ljudske resurse.

Namjera je stvoriti elitnu marinu s kategorizacijom 5 sidara kojom se mogu pohvaliti samo tri hrvatske marine, od čega su dvije ACI-jeve, u Rovinju i na Cresu. Rijetkih i prestižnih 5 sidara klijetima jamče ispunjavanje najviše razine kvalitete u pogledu niza posebnih uvjeta i visokih standarda opremljenosti te izgleda prostora u kojima se djelatnost obavlja, načina na koje se usluge pružaju, sadržaja koji marina nudi te u konačnici, i u pogledu primjene načela zaštite okoliša u svakodnevnom poslovanju.

Projekt ACI Rijeka jedinstven je projekt kakvog do sad u Hrvatskoj nismo imali prilike vidjeti, budući da nudi najvišu razinu kvalitete usluge, ne samo za nautičare, već i za građane, i to u samom centru grada. Također, cilj je unaprijediti turističku sliku Rijeke te pozicionirati Kvarner na nautičkoj karti Hrvatske i Mediterana.

Simulacije nove ACI marine Porto Baroš

Tijekom ovog mjeseca očekuje se izdavanje lokacijske dozvole za luku nautičkog turizma ACI marine Porto Baroš u Rijeci. Biti će to, piše Glas Istre, najveća investicija u hrvatski nautički turizam ikada, a na uređenom morskom prostoru pružat će usluge veza i smještaja gostiju na plovilima, a na kopnenom obalnom pojasu nudit će ugostiteljski, trgovački i brojni drugi sadržaji. Iza projekta stoje ACI i Gitone-Kvarner uz podršku Vlade RH.

- Ukupna površina luke za koju imamo koncesiju iznosi 105.897 metara kvadratnih. Površina kopnenog dijela luke iznosi 29.979 metara kvadratnih, dok površina akvatorija luke iznosi 75.918 metara kvadratnih. Planirani kapacitet LNT Rijeka iznosi 260 vezova, od čega 182 charter veza i 89 vezova za vlasnike brodova. Parking LNT-a formirat će se na vanjskim površinama i u novoj zgradi garaže. Sveukupno će LNT raspolagati s 532 parkirališna mjesta, od čega će 252 biti u garaži. Centralna zgrada marine koja će biti oblikovana u izvornom arhitektonskom slogu bit će ukupne bruto razvijene površine 13.505 metara kvadratnih, a u njoj će biti smješteni trgovački, uredski i ugostiteljski prostori, smještajne jedinice za nautičare, wellness/spa, skladišta, spremišta, bazen, i tako dalje.
