Za vrijeme rutinske vježbe blizu Kochija japanska podmornica Soryu izgrađena 2009. je tijekom izrona slučajno udarila gornjim dijelom u bulk carrier MV Ocean Artemis, koji plovi pod zastavom Hong Konga.

Srećom nije bilo žrtava nego su samo lakše ozlijeđena tri člana podmornice, ali je podmornici oštećeno nadgrađe kod zapovjednog mosta i jedno krilo za zaron, a onesposobljen je i jarbol s uređajima za komunikaciju.

I, dok na bulk carrieru skoro nisu ni osjetili udar u podmornicu, Japanci su se našli u bizarnoj situaciji. Ostali su naime bez mogućnosti komunikacije s bazom, pa su plovili na površini sve dok nisu ušli u zonu mobitelskog signala. Tek tada su tri člana posade uspjeli dojaviti informaciju o incidentu Prvoj podmorničkoj grupaciji u bazi Kure nedaleko od Hiroshime.

U japanskim medijima su pojedini postavili logično pitanje – zar iz podmornice ne bi prije izrona periskopom trebali provjeriti ima li kakav brod u blizini?

Japanski ministar obrane Nobuo Kishi je na to kazao kako je posada na periskopu vidjela nadolazeći bulk carrier, ali nije uspjela zaustaviti manevar izranjanja i koliziju s trgovačkim brodom.

S druge strane, ima i onih koji se podsmjehuju tvrdeći da dizelsko-električna podmornica Soryu iz 2009. uopće nije tako moćna kao što se tvrdi, kada ju je jedan relativno blagi udar potpuno onesposobio.

Za vrijeme rutinske vježbe blizu Kochija japanska podmornica Soryu izgrađena 2009. je tijekom izrona slučajno udarila gornjim dijelom u bulk carrier MV Ocean Artemis, koji plovi pod zastavom Hong Konga.

Srećom nije bilo žrtava nego su samo lakše ozlijeđena tri člana podmornice, ali je podmornici oštećeno nadgrađe kod zapovjednog mosta i jedno krilo za zaron, a onesposobljen je i jarbol s uređajima za komunikaciju.

I, dok na bulk carrieru skoro nisu ni osjetili udar u podmornicu, Japanci su se našli u bizarnoj situaciji. Ostali su naime bez mogućnosti komunikacije s bazom, pa su plovili na površini sve dok nisu ušli u zonu mobitelskog signala. Tek tada su tri člana posade uspjeli dojaviti informaciju o incidentu Prvoj podmorničkoj grupaciji u bazi Kure nedaleko od Hiroshime.

U japanskim medijima su pojedini postavili logično pitanje – zar iz podmornice ne bi prije izrona periskopom trebali provjeriti ima li kakav brod u blizini?

Japanski ministar obrane Nobuo Kishi je na to kazao kako je posada na periskopu vidjela nadolazeći bulk carrier, ali nije uspjela zaustaviti manevar izranjanja i koliziju s trgovačkim brodom.

S druge strane, ima i onih koji se podsmjehuju tvrdeći da dizelsko-električna podmornica Soryu iz 2009. uopće nije tako moćna kao što se tvrdi, kada ju je jedan relativno blagi udar potpuno onesposobio.

Za vrijeme rutinske vježbe blizu Kochija japanska podmornica Soryu izgrađena 2009. je tijekom izrona slučajno udarila gornjim dijelom u bulk carrier MV Ocean Artemis, koji plovi pod zastavom Hong Konga.

Srećom nije bilo žrtava nego su samo lakše ozlijeđena tri člana podmornice, ali je podmornici oštećeno nadgrađe kod zapovjednog mosta i jedno krilo za zaron, a onesposobljen je i jarbol s uređajima za komunikaciju.

I, dok na bulk carrieru skoro nisu ni osjetili udar u podmornicu, Japanci su se našli u bizarnoj situaciji. Ostali su naime bez mogućnosti komunikacije s bazom, pa su plovili na površini sve dok nisu ušli u zonu mobitelskog signala. Tek tada su tri člana posade uspjeli dojaviti informaciju o incidentu Prvoj podmorničkoj grupaciji u bazi Kure nedaleko od Hiroshime.

U japanskim medijima su pojedini postavili logično pitanje – zar iz podmornice ne bi prije izrona periskopom trebali provjeriti ima li kakav brod u blizini?

Japanski ministar obrane Nobuo Kishi je na to kazao kako je posada na periskopu vidjela nadolazeći bulk carrier, ali nije uspjela zaustaviti manevar izranjanja i koliziju s trgovačkim brodom.

S druge strane, ima i onih koji se podsmjehuju tvrdeći da dizelsko-električna podmornica Soryu iz 2009. uopće nije tako moćna kao što se tvrdi, kada ju je jedan relativno blagi udar potpuno onesposobio.
