Najveća svjetska brodarska prijevoznička kompanija, danski Maersk, nedavno je otvorila skladište u riječkoj industrijskoj zoni Kukuljanovo. Taj svjetski gigant ima 700 brodova u floti i više od 10 milijuna četvornih metara skladišta po cijelome svijetu. HRT je razgovarao o njihovim kontejnerskim planovima za Rijeku i rizicima u Crvenom moru…

S više od 80.000 zaposlenih i 70 terminala u svim važnijim državama svijeta, danska tvrtka Maersk godišnje ostvari promet od 80 milijardi dolara. Otvaranjem suvremenog skladišnog prostora od 12.000 četvornih metara na Kukuljanovu, u potpunosti mijenjaju i sliku Rijeke kao svoje nove akvizicije.

“Dugoročno smatram da bi u pet do deset godina luka trebala ići na Krk, a ne biti ovdje u centru grada i mislim da je to dobar smjer kojim treba ići. Druga stvar je da treba razvijati željeznicu, dosta se toga već napravilo, ali puno više treba. Ako se to ostvari, ja smatram da Rijeka i Kopar mogu biti de facto novi Rotterdam i Bremerhaven, multimilijunske kontejnerske luke”, kaže Ivić Vodopija, direktor za srednju i istočnu Europu tvrtke Maersk Croatia.

No, rad brodarskih kompanija dodatno je otežala eskalacija sukoba u Crvenom moru koja je započela u prosincu. Poremetila je u potpunosti pomorske rute. Na stranicama Maerska svakodnevno stoje upozorenja na rizičnu i vrlo osjetljivu situaciju pa njihovi brodovi sada plove po dužoj ruti, oko Rta Dobre nade, navodi HRT.

“Iz perspektive troškova mi govorimo o nekakvih 3.000 – 3.500 nautičkih milja dužem putu, odnosno sam trošak prijevoza roba znatno poskupljuje, vrijeme plovidbe se produžuje 10-20 dana ovisno o lukama u Europi i samim time i čekanje na neke proizvode, očekuje se da će postati skuplji”, kaže Igor Šikanjić, direktor prodaje tvrtke Maersk za Adriatic regiju.

Ako kažemo da godišnje Crvenim morem tj. Sueskim kanalom, jednom od najvažnijih ruta za prijevoz nafte i goriva, kao i robe široke potrošnje, prođe do 20 tisuća brodova, jasna je važnost što brže uspostave mira na toj pomorskoj ruti.

Za sada, ističu upućeni, Europa nije ugrožena. 

“U ovom trenutku potražnja je veća od ponude kapaciteta i radi se o tome da su i same vozarine narasle 400-500 puta s obzirom na to da je i dalje velika potražnja za proizvodima u Europi”, kaže Šikanjić.

Koliko će ostati tako nitko sa sigurnošću ne može reći. No ovaj sukob, kao i ostale promjene koje su neizbježne u suvremenom svijetu, ne mogu tako lako ugroziti Maersk, naglašava njegov čelni čovjek. Iako su najprepoznatljiviji kao brodarska prijevoznička kompanija, zarada od 15 milijardi dolara na poslovima na kopnu i 5 milijardi dolara prihoda od terminala izazivaju poštovanje svih sudionika u pomorskom lancu, ističe HRT.

“Ja sam već 20 godina u firmi. U 20 godina mi smo puno takvih procesa radili, ne nužno umjetne inteligencije, ali drugih tipova automatizacije i smanjivanja manualnog posla. Svaki taj smanjeni manualni posao otvara nekakav posao koji daje dodatnu vrijednost i otvara mogućnosti za puno kvalitetnija zanimanja. U Hrvatskoj, kao i u ostalim zemljama regije, planiramo zapošljavati puno ljudi”, kaže Vodopija.

A to je dobra vijest i za mlade ljude koji se školuju u Pomorskoj srednjoj školi te na Pomorskom fakultetu.

“Surađujemo i s fakultetima, smatramo da se mlade ljude treba usmjeravati i obrazovati na tome što tržište treba. I ne vidimo da će u suštini biti problema s kadrom, iako je uvijek manje ljudi, uvijek je manje raspoloživog kadra”, kazao je Vodopija za HRT.

Najveća svjetska brodarska prijevoznička kompanija, danski Maersk, nedavno je otvorila skladište u riječkoj industrijskoj zoni Kukuljanovo. Taj svjetski gigant ima 700 brodova u floti i više od 10 milijuna četvornih metara skladišta po cijelome svijetu. HRT je razgovarao o njihovim kontejnerskim planovima za Rijeku i rizicima u Crvenom moru…

S više od 80.000 zaposlenih i 70 terminala u svim važnijim državama svijeta, danska tvrtka Maersk godišnje ostvari promet od 80 milijardi dolara. Otvaranjem suvremenog skladišnog prostora od 12.000 četvornih metara na Kukuljanovu, u potpunosti mijenjaju i sliku Rijeke kao svoje nove akvizicije.

“Dugoročno smatram da bi u pet do deset godina luka trebala ići na Krk, a ne biti ovdje u centru grada i mislim da je to dobar smjer kojim treba ići. Druga stvar je da treba razvijati željeznicu, dosta se toga već napravilo, ali puno više treba. Ako se to ostvari, ja smatram da Rijeka i Kopar mogu biti de facto novi Rotterdam i Bremerhaven, multimilijunske kontejnerske luke”, kaže Ivić Vodopija, direktor za srednju i istočnu Europu tvrtke Maersk Croatia.

No, rad brodarskih kompanija dodatno je otežala eskalacija sukoba u Crvenom moru koja je započela u prosincu. Poremetila je u potpunosti pomorske rute. Na stranicama Maerska svakodnevno stoje upozorenja na rizičnu i vrlo osjetljivu situaciju pa njihovi brodovi sada plove po dužoj ruti, oko Rta Dobre nade, navodi HRT.

“Iz perspektive troškova mi govorimo o nekakvih 3.000 – 3.500 nautičkih milja dužem putu, odnosno sam trošak prijevoza roba znatno poskupljuje, vrijeme plovidbe se produžuje 10-20 dana ovisno o lukama u Europi i samim time i čekanje na neke proizvode, očekuje se da će postati skuplji”, kaže Igor Šikanjić, direktor prodaje tvrtke Maersk za Adriatic regiju.

Ako kažemo da godišnje Crvenim morem tj. Sueskim kanalom, jednom od najvažnijih ruta za prijevoz nafte i goriva, kao i robe široke potrošnje, prođe do 20 tisuća brodova, jasna je važnost što brže uspostave mira na toj pomorskoj ruti.

Za sada, ističu upućeni, Europa nije ugrožena. 

“U ovom trenutku potražnja je veća od ponude kapaciteta i radi se o tome da su i same vozarine narasle 400-500 puta s obzirom na to da je i dalje velika potražnja za proizvodima u Europi”, kaže Šikanjić.

Koliko će ostati tako nitko sa sigurnošću ne može reći. No ovaj sukob, kao i ostale promjene koje su neizbježne u suvremenom svijetu, ne mogu tako lako ugroziti Maersk, naglašava njegov čelni čovjek. Iako su najprepoznatljiviji kao brodarska prijevoznička kompanija, zarada od 15 milijardi dolara na poslovima na kopnu i 5 milijardi dolara prihoda od terminala izazivaju poštovanje svih sudionika u pomorskom lancu, ističe HRT.

“Ja sam već 20 godina u firmi. U 20 godina mi smo puno takvih procesa radili, ne nužno umjetne inteligencije, ali drugih tipova automatizacije i smanjivanja manualnog posla. Svaki taj smanjeni manualni posao otvara nekakav posao koji daje dodatnu vrijednost i otvara mogućnosti za puno kvalitetnija zanimanja. U Hrvatskoj, kao i u ostalim zemljama regije, planiramo zapošljavati puno ljudi”, kaže Vodopija.

A to je dobra vijest i za mlade ljude koji se školuju u Pomorskoj srednjoj školi te na Pomorskom fakultetu.

“Surađujemo i s fakultetima, smatramo da se mlade ljude treba usmjeravati i obrazovati na tome što tržište treba. I ne vidimo da će u suštini biti problema s kadrom, iako je uvijek manje ljudi, uvijek je manje raspoloživog kadra”, kazao je Vodopija za HRT.

Najveća svjetska brodarska prijevoznička kompanija, danski Maersk, nedavno je otvorila skladište u riječkoj industrijskoj zoni Kukuljanovo. Taj svjetski gigant ima 700 brodova u floti i više od 10 milijuna četvornih metara skladišta po cijelome svijetu. HRT je razgovarao o njihovim kontejnerskim planovima za Rijeku i rizicima u Crvenom moru…

S više od 80.000 zaposlenih i 70 terminala u svim važnijim državama svijeta, danska tvrtka Maersk godišnje ostvari promet od 80 milijardi dolara. Otvaranjem suvremenog skladišnog prostora od 12.000 četvornih metara na Kukuljanovu, u potpunosti mijenjaju i sliku Rijeke kao svoje nove akvizicije.

“Dugoročno smatram da bi u pet do deset godina luka trebala ići na Krk, a ne biti ovdje u centru grada i mislim da je to dobar smjer kojim treba ići. Druga stvar je da treba razvijati željeznicu, dosta se toga već napravilo, ali puno više treba.
