Jadrolinijinoj floti priključen je trajekt Tkon, bivši trajekt Rapske plovidbe naziva Sveti Kristofor. Putnički RO – RO brod Tkon dugačak je 42 metra, a širok 15,3 metara, kapaciteta 250 putnika i 35 vozila.
Riječ je o brodu izgrađenom u brodogradilištu Viktor Lenac 2003. godine te njegovim priključivanjem flota Jadrolinije broji 55 brodova.
Brod Tkon preuzet će liniju koju trenutno održava trajekt Prizna, brod star više od 50 godina.
Ovom se investicijom nastoji povećati kvaliteta usluge za putnike na liniji Biograd – Tkon kroz omogućavanje pouzdane veze u svim vremenskim uvjetima, ali i ugodnijeg putovanja u modernijem brodu, kažu u Jadroliniji.
Promjena broda utjecat će i na posadu, budući da Tkon pruža kvalitetniji smještaj koji boravak i život na brodu čini lagodnijim.
Drugi Jadrolinijin novonabavljeni trajekt namijenjen zadarskom plovnom području, trenutno odlazi u brodogradilište na remont i prilagodbu vizualnom identitetu Jadrolinije. Njegovo uključivanje u liniju planirano je u visokoj sezoni ove godine, periodu kada se očekuje pojačan rast prometa.
Odabirom imena ovog trajekta nastavlja se tradicija imenovanja prema hrvatskim otocima, a imenom Tkon, gradu na otoku Pašmanu, dodatno se naglašava povezanost novog trajekta s linijom na kojoj će ploviti.
Prilikom nabave trajekta Tkon, predsjednik Uprave Jadrolinije David Spota izjavio je:
„Veoma smo zadovoljni ovom investicijom budući da ona nastavlja odlučan pravac obnove flote, što je ujedno i strateški cilj razvoja Jadrolinije. Riječ je o petom brodu priključenom floti u posljednje četiri godini te će njegov kapacitet i maritimne sposobnosti znatno utjecati na povećanje kvalitete usluge. Vjerujemo da će putnici na liniji Biograd – Tkon ovu promjenu dočekati s veseljem s obzirom na starost trajekta Prizna koji ih je do sada vjerno služio, no čija zamjena stiže kao pozitivan znak napretka i bolje povezanosti. Jadrolinija nastavlja biti pouzdana veza hrvatskih otoka i kopna, a naša je odgovornost neprestano promišljati kako tu vezu učiniti još boljom.“

Jadrolinijinoj floti priključen je trajekt Tkon, bivši trajekt Rapske plovidbe naziva Sveti Kristofor. Putnički RO – RO brod Tkon dugačak je 42 metra, a širok 15,3 metara, kapaciteta 250 putnika i 35 vozila.
Riječ je o brodu izgrađenom u brodogradilištu Viktor Lenac 2003. godine te njegovim priključivanjem flota Jadrolinije broji 55 brodova.
Brod Tkon preuzet će liniju koju trenutno održava trajekt Prizna, brod star više od 50 godina.
Ovom se investicijom nastoji povećati kvaliteta usluge za putnike na liniji Biograd – Tkon kroz omogućavanje pouzdane veze u svim vremenskim uvjetima, ali i ugodnijeg putovanja u modernijem brodu, kažu u Jadroliniji.
Promjena broda utjecat će i na posadu, budući da Tkon pruža kvalitetniji smještaj koji boravak i život na brodu čini lagodnijim.
Drugi Jadrolinijin novonabavljeni trajekt namijenjen zadarskom plovnom području, trenutno odlazi u brodogradilište na remont i prilagodbu vizualnom identitetu Jadrolinije. Njegovo uključivanje u liniju planirano je u visokoj sezoni ove godine, periodu kada se očekuje pojačan rast prometa.
Odabirom imena ovog trajekta nastavlja se tradicija imenovanja prema hrvatskim otocima, a imenom Tkon, gradu na otoku Pašmanu, dodatno se naglašava povezanost novog trajekta s linijom na kojoj će ploviti.
Prilikom nabave trajekta Tkon, predsjednik Uprave Jadrolinije David Spota izjavio je:
„Veoma smo zadovoljni ovom investicijom budući da ona nastavlja odlučan pravac obnove flote, što je ujedno i strateški cilj razvoja Jadrolinije. Riječ je o petom brodu priključenom floti u posljednje četiri godini te će njegov kapacitet i maritimne sposobnosti znatno utjecati na povećanje kvalitete usluge. Vjerujemo da će putnici na liniji Biograd – Tkon ovu promjenu dočekati s veseljem s obzirom na starost trajekta Prizna koji ih je do sada vjerno služio, no čija zamjena stiže kao pozitivan znak napretka i bolje povezanosti. Jadrolinija nastavlja biti pouzdana veza hrvatskih otoka i kopna, a naša je odgovornost neprestano promišljati kako tu vezu učiniti još boljom.“
