Francusko brodogradilište Beneteau predstavilo je svoj prvi ekološki Mini 650, brod nastao u sklopu projekta The Arch koji promiče zelenu tranziciju, između ostalog i u nautičkoj industriji. U istoj priči sudjeluju i arhitekti koji biraju ekološki prihvatljive materijale za modularne kuće. Brod je izrađen od termoplastične smole Elium talijanske tvrtke Arkema, materijala koji se može reciklirati, a s kojim Beneteau radi već nekoliko godina.

Erwan Faoucher, direktor poslovanja i inovacija grupe sa sjedištem u Vendéeu, objašnjava kako je do toga došlo:

– Obratili su nam se Damien Grimont i njegov tim za suradnju na ekološki dizajniranom projektu klase Mini 6.50 The Arch. Već neko vrijeme tražimo rješenja za zelenije materijale za naše brodove. Trup broda moći će se reciklirati na kraju životnog vijeka zahvaljujući toj vrsti smole, termoplastici, koja omogućuje zagrijavanje proizvoda i odvajanje smole i vlakana za recikliranje – naveo je.

Slično rješenje predložio je i talijanski Northern Light Composites za svoje brodove. Grupacija Beneteau, u čijem je sastavu i Jeanneau te još nekoliko brendova u nautičkom svijetu poput Lagoona, već neko vrijeme radi na alternativnim rješenjima za izgradnju svojih brodova. Tako će se i Sun Fast 30 graditi istom tehnikom, kao i model First 44.

Cilj kompanije je izgraditi 10 Minija, a već su u izgradnji tri broda. Riječ je zapravo o nastavku istraživanja alternativnih kompozita i njihovoj primjeni u praksi. Komercijalna budućnost ovog projekta je još uvijek nepoznata, no za očekivati je da Beneteau i Arkema žele napraviti serijsku proizvodnju, odnosno ekobrend kako bi proizvod mogli plasirati na tržište i dobro ga unovčiti.

Mini se inače dijeli na prototipove i serijsku proizvodnju. Cilj je razvoj brodogradnje kroz eksperimente poput nagibnih kobilica, karbona, jedara... Arkema radi na svom marketingu tvrdeći da je termoplastika ekogradnja. No, vrijeme će pokazati, a svakako je pohvalno uvođenje novih, ekoloških materijala u brodogradnji.

Miniji su jako skupa investicija, a sama klasa je bila kroz povijest idealna za inovacije koje i koštaju. Sjećamo se i talijanskog prototipa u printanoj 3D verziji.

Inače, The Arch se predstavlja kao organizacija koja se javlja na europske natječaje za zelene projekte. Biraju inovativna rješenja u pet različitih sektora: gradsko stanovanje, hrana – zdravlje, energija, industrija – digitalno i mobilnost. Smanjenje ugljičnog otiska u prekooceanskim regatama jedan je od njihovih ciljeva.

Podsjetimo, Mini Transat je regata koja se odvija svake dvije godine i redovito starta iz Francuske, a završava s druge strane Atlantika. Mnogima je to najčešće prva stepenica za ulazak u svijet oceanskog jedrenja, specifična po tome što, za razliku od ostalih klasa, nije dopuštena nikakva komunikacija s vanjskim svijetom, osim putem VHF-a. Samo jedriličar, brod i ocean.

Prvi brod koji je nastupao na Mini Transatu pod hrvatskom zastavom bilo je 2007. godine kad je Šime Stipaničev postigao zapaženi rezultat došavši među prvih 20, a 2017. godine jedrili su Vedran Kabalin i Slobodan Velikić. Kasnije je i Ivica Kostelić zaplovio na Miniju.

Proteklih nekoliko godina klasa Mini 6.50, doživljava sve veći interes jedriličara koji po dvije godine čekaju na listi za nove serijski izgrađene brodove.

Francusko brodogradilište Beneteau predstavilo je svoj prvi ekološki Mini 650, brod nastao u sklopu projekta The Arch koji promiče zelenu tranziciju, između ostalog i u nautičkoj industriji. U istoj priči sudjeluju i arhitekti koji biraju ekološki prihvatljive materijale za modularne kuće. Brod je izrađen od termoplastične smole Elium talijanske tvrtke Arkema, materijala koji se može reciklirati, a s kojim Beneteau radi već nekoliko godina.

Erwan Faoucher, direktor poslovanja i inovacija grupe sa sjedištem u Vendéeu, objašnjava kako je do toga došlo:

– Obratili su nam se Damien Grimont i njegov tim za suradnju na ekološki dizajniranom projektu klase Mini 6.50 The Arch. Već neko vrijeme tražimo rješenja za zelenije materijale za naše brodove. Trup broda moći će se reciklirati na kraju životnog vijeka zahvaljujući toj vrsti smole, termoplastici, koja omogućuje zagrijavanje proizvoda i odvajanje smole i vlakana za recikliranje – naveo je.

Slično rješenje predložio je i talijanski Northern Light Composites za svoje brodove. Grupacija Beneteau, u čijem je sastavu i Jeanneau te još nekoliko brendova u nautičkom svijetu poput Lagoona, već neko vrijeme radi na alternativnim rješenjima za izgradnju svojih brodova. Tako će se i Sun Fast 30 graditi istom tehnikom, kao i model First 44.

Cilj kompanije je izgraditi 10 Minija, a već su u izgradnji tri broda. Riječ je zapravo o nastavku istraživanja alternativnih kompozita i njihovoj primjeni u praksi. Komercijalna budućnost ovog projekta je još uvijek nepoznata, no za očekivati je da Beneteau i Arkema žele napraviti serijsku proizvodnju, odnosno ekobrend kako bi proizvod mogli plasirati na tržište i dobro ga unovčiti.

Mini se inače dijeli na prototipove i serijsku proizvodnju. Cilj je razvoj brodogradnje kroz eksperimente poput nagibnih kobilica, karbona, jedara... Arkema radi na svom marketingu tvrdeći da je termoplastika ekogradnja. No, vrijeme će pokazati, a svakako je pohvalno uvođenje novih, ekoloških materijala u brodogradnji.

Miniji su jako skupa investicija, a sama klasa je bila kroz povijest idealna za inovacije koje i koštaju. Sjećamo se i talijanskog prototipa u printanoj 3D verziji.

Inače, The Arch se predstavlja kao organizacija koja se javlja na europske natječaje za zelene projekte. Biraju inovativna rješenja u pet različitih sektora: gradsko stanovanje, hrana – zdravlje, energija, industrija – digitalno i mobilnost. Smanjenje ugljičnog otiska u prekooceanskim regatama jedan je od njihovih ciljeva.

Podsjetimo, Mini Transat je regata koja se odvija svake dvije godine i redovito starta iz Francuske, a završava s druge strane Atlantika. Mnogima je to najčešće prva stepenica za ulazak u svijet oceanskog jedrenja, specifična po tome što, za razliku od ostalih klasa, nije dopuštena nikakva komunikacija s vanjskim svijetom, osim putem VHF-a. Samo jedriličar, brod i ocean.

Prvi brod koji je nastupao na Mini Transatu pod hrvatskom zastavom bilo je 2007. godine kad je Šime Stipaničev postigao zapaženi rezultat došavši među prvih 20, a 2017. godine jedrili su Vedran Kabalin i Slobodan Velikić. Kasnije je i Ivica Kostelić zaplovio na Miniju.

Proteklih nekoliko godina klasa Mini 6.50, doživljava sve veći interes jedriličara koji po dvije godine čekaju na listi za nove serijski izgrađene brodove.
