Znamo da neke plaže zbog gužvi nisu za kupanje, ali bi ovu s kraljevskim pingvinima na otoku Possessionu svejedno bilo lijepo posjetiti. Possession je dio otočja Crozet, u subantarktičkom arhipelagu malih otoka južnog Indijskog oceana, koji spadaju u jedan od pet okruga francuskih južnih i antarktičkih zemalja.

Otočje je dom polovine svjetske populacije kraljevskih pingvina, njih 700 tisuća, koji se odmaraju na plažama poput ove na ovoj fotografiji snimljenoj 20. prosinca prošle godine. Brojniji je, međutim, makaronski pingvin s populacijom od dva milijuna parova, što znači da su gužve na plažama naprosto – neljudske.

A opet predivne. I zato je otočje ipak turistička destinacija. A što se nas sisavaca tiče, od turista su ipak brojniji tuljan krznaš i južnomorski slon, odnosno južna morska medvjedica i njezini neprijatelji, kitovi ubojice.

Znamo da neke plaže zbog gužvi nisu za kupanje, ali bi ovu s kraljevskim pingvinima na otoku Possessionu svejedno bilo lijepo posjetiti. Possession je dio otočja Crozet, u subantarktičkom arhipelagu malih otoka južnog Indijskog oceana, koji spadaju u jedan od pet okruga francuskih južnih i antarktičkih zemalja.

Otočje je dom polovine svjetske populacije kraljevskih pingvina, njih 700 tisuća, koji se odmaraju na plažama poput ove na ovoj fotografiji snimljenoj 20. prosinca prošle godine. Brojniji je, međutim, makaronski pingvin s populacijom od dva milijuna parova, što znači da su gužve na plažama naprosto – neljudske.

A opet predivne. I zato je otočje ipak turistička destinacija. A što se nas sisavaca tiče, od turista su ipak brojniji tuljan krznaš i južnomorski slon, odnosno južna morska medvjedica i njezini neprijatelji, kitovi ubojice.

Znamo da neke plaže zbog gužvi nisu za kupanje, ali bi ovu s kraljevskim pingvinima na otoku Possessionu svejedno bilo lijepo posjetiti. Possession je dio otočja Crozet, u subantarktičkom arhipelagu malih otoka južnog Indijskog oceana, koji spadaju u jedan od pet okruga francuskih južnih i antarktičkih zemalja.

Otočje je dom polovine svjetske populacije kraljevskih pingvina, njih 700 tisuća, koji se odmaraju na plažama poput ove na ovoj fotografiji snimljenoj 20. prosinca prošle godine. Brojniji je, međutim, makaronski pingvin s populacijom od dva milijuna parova, što znači da su gužve na plažama naprosto – neljudske.

A opet predivne. I zato je otočje ipak turistička destinacija. A što se nas sisavaca tiče, od turista su ipak brojniji tuljan krznaš i južnomorski slon, odnosno južna morska medvjedica i njezini neprijatelji, kitovi ubojice.
