Najčešći prekršaji u pomorskom prometu odnose se na nedovoljno iskusne skipere, istaknuo je u petak u Zadru prilikom provođenja akcije "Sigurna plovidba 2023" državni tajnik u Ministarstvu mora, prometa i infrastrukture Josip Bilaver.

"Još jednom apeliramo na sve sudionike u pomorskom prometu da poštuju pravila plovidbe, prate vremensku prognozu i provjeravaju ispravnost plovila i dozvola", dodao je te istaknuo kako se prekršitelji nenajavljenim akcijama kontroliraju i educiraju.

U ovom trenutku, na vrhuncu turističke sezone, na moru je oko 150.000 plovila. Prošlog ljeta zabilježeno je 5817 pregleda i više od 500 havarija, a dosadašnja statistika prati lanjske brojke.

"Svi koji idu na more moraju znati da je Lučka kapetanija pozorna i prisutna u svakom trenutku", rekao je Bilaver i najavio da će do 2026. godine Jadranom ploviti 36 novih plovila Lučke kapetanije.

Radimo na obnovi flote, kontinuirano isporučujemo nova plovila, dodao je, a radi se i na edukaciji djelatnika, koji bi trebali dobiti i povećanje plaća.

Akcija "Sigurna plovidba 2023" održala se na području svih lučkih kapetanija i pripadajućih ispostava, od Pule do Dubrovnika, a cilj središnje akcije, uz preventivno djelovanje radi sprečavanja prekršaja na moru, ima i edukativnu komponentu.

Komentirajući nedavnu nesreću u Murterskome moru, kada je jahta naletjela na plivaricu, pri čemu je poginuo 61-godišnji kuhar iz Tkona na otoku Pašmanu, ravnatelj Uprave sigurnosti plovidbe kapetan Siniša Orlić ustvrdio je da je sigurna plovidba imperativ sigurne turističke sezone.

"Posljednjih tjedana imali smo nekoliko teških nesreća. No, statistika kaže kako ih je trenutačno 20 posto manje u usporedbi s prijašnjim godinama. Sa svakom nesrećom preispitujemo službe, uvjete i pravila", kazao je Orlić.

Istaknuo je da su iz istraživanja kod stranih nautičara doznali da je sigurnost plovidbe na visokom drugom mjestu po motivu putovanja, nakon razvedenosti naše obale.

"Kad analiziramo posljednje nesreće, vidimo da se radi o grubom nemaru. Mijenjat će se pravila za brodice i pravila dobivanja dozvola, u koje uvodimo i obvezu prakse, jer problem su neiskustvo i nemar više nego nepoznavanje pravila, istaknuo je Orlić.

Uzrok nesreća, rekao je, nije nepoznavanje pravila. "Svatko tko je vezan uz more, na moru, ima barku, zna pravila i pridržava ih se. Ljudi moraju početi paziti na sebe i moraju biti svjesni toga da u rukama imaju potencijalno ubojito sredstvo", poručio je kapetan Orlić.

Ovogodišnja središnja akcija odvijala se u koordinaciji sa Službom za nadzor i upravljanje pomorskim prometom, čiji su djelatnici u realnom vremenu obavještavali sudionike akcije o svim uočenim prekršajima u plovidbi, u područjima pojačanog pomorskog prometa.

Najčešći prekršaji u pomorskom prometu odnose se na nedovoljno iskusne skipere, istaknuo je u petak u Zadru prilikom provođenja akcije "Sigurna plovidba 2023" državni tajnik u Ministarstvu mora, prometa i infrastrukture Josip Bilaver.

"Još jednom apeliramo na sve sudionike u pomorskom prometu da poštuju pravila plovidbe, prate vremensku prognozu i provjeravaju ispravnost plovila i dozvola", dodao je te istaknuo kako se prekršitelji nenajavljenim akcijama kontroliraju i educiraju.

U ovom trenutku, na vrhuncu turističke sezone, na moru je oko 150.000 plovila. Prošlog ljeta zabilježeno je 5817 pregleda i više od 500 havarija, a dosadašnja statistika prati lanjske brojke.

"Svi koji idu na more moraju znati da je Lučka kapetanija pozorna i prisutna u svakom trenutku", rekao je Bilaver i najavio da će do 2026. godine Jadranom ploviti 36 novih plovila Lučke kapetanije.

Radimo na obnovi flote, kontinuirano isporučujemo nova plovila, dodao je, a radi se i na edukaciji djelatnika, koji bi trebali dobiti i povećanje plaća.

Akcija "Sigurna plovidba 2023" održala se na području svih lučkih kapetanija i pripadajućih ispostava, od Pule do Dubrovnika, a cilj središnje akcije, uz preventivno djelovanje radi sprečavanja prekršaja na moru, ima i edukativnu komponentu.

Komentirajući nedavnu nesreću u Murterskome moru, kada je jahta naletjela na plivaricu, pri čemu je poginuo 61-godišnji kuhar iz Tkona na otoku Pašmanu, ravnatelj Uprave sigurnosti plovidbe kapetan Siniša Orlić ustvrdio je da je sigurna plovidba imperativ sigurne turističke sezone.

"Posljednjih tjedana imali smo nekoliko teških nesreća. No, statistika kaže kako ih je trenutačno 20 posto manje u usporedbi s prijašnjim godinama. Sa svakom nesrećom preispitujemo službe, uvjete i pravila", kazao je Orlić.

Istaknuo je da su iz istraživanja kod stranih nautičara doznali da je sigurnost plovidbe na visokom drugom mjestu po motivu putovanja, nakon razvedenosti naše obale.

"Kad analiziramo posljednje nesreće, vidimo da se radi o grubom nemaru. Mijenjat će se pravila za brodice i pravila dobivanja dozvola, u koje uvodimo i obvezu prakse, jer problem su neiskustvo i nemar više nego nepoznavanje pravila, istaknuo je Orlić.

Uzrok nesreća, rekao je, nije nepoznavanje pravila. "Svatko tko je vezan uz more, na moru, ima barku, zna pravila i pridržava ih se. Ljudi moraju početi paziti na sebe i moraju biti svjesni toga da u rukama imaju potencijalno ubojito sredstvo", poručio je kapetan Orlić.

Ovogodišnja središnja akcija odvijala se u koordinaciji sa Službom za nadzor i upravljanje pomorskim prometom, čiji su djelatnici u realnom vremenu obavještavali sudionike akcije o svim uočenim prekršajima u plovidbi, u područjima pojačanog pomorskog prometa.

Najčešći prekršaji u pomorskom prometu odnose se na nedovoljno iskusne skipere, istaknuo je u petak u Zadru prilikom provođenja akcije "Sigurna plovidba 2023" državni tajnik u Ministarstvu mora, prometa i infrastrukture Josip Bilaver.

"Još jednom apeliramo na sve sudionike u pomorskom prometu da poštuju pravila plovidbe, prate vremensku prognozu i provjeravaju ispravnost plovila i dozvola", dodao je te istaknuo kako se prekršitelji nenajavljenim akcijama kontroliraju i educiraju.

U ovom trenutku, na vrhuncu turističke sezone, na moru je oko 150.000 plovila. Prošlog ljeta zabilježeno je 5817 pregleda i više od 500 havarija, a dosadašnja statistika prati lanjske brojke.

"Svi koji idu na more moraju znati da je Lučka kapetanija pozorna i prisutna u svakom trenutku", rekao je Bilaver i najavio da će do 2026. godine Jadranom ploviti 36 novih plovila Lučke kapetanije.

Radimo na obnovi flote, kontinuirano isporučujemo nova plovila, dodao je, a radi se i na edukaciji djelatnika, koji bi trebali dobiti i povećanje plaća.

Akcija "Sigurna plovidba 2023" održala se na području svih lučkih kapetanija i pripadajućih ispostava, od Pule do Dubrovnika, a cilj središnje akcije, uz preventivno djelovanje radi sprečavanja prekršaja na moru, ima i edukativnu komponentu.

Komentirajući nedavnu nesreću u Murterskome moru, kada je jahta naletjela na plivaricu, pri čemu je poginuo 61-godišnji kuhar iz Tkona na otoku Pašmanu, ravnatelj Uprave sigurnosti plovidbe kapetan Siniša Orlić ustvrdio je da je sigurna plovidba imperativ sigurne turističke sezone.
