Prema dogovorenom terminu 1. veljače sastali smo se u Ministarstvu pomorstva s ministrom Butkovićem te njegovim uskim suradnicima G. Orlićem i G. Ercegovcem o temi iznimnog značaja za našu struku - izmjeni pravilnika o brodicama i jahtama koji se tiče dijela o svjedodžbama, objavila je Udruga hrvatskih skipera i članova posada jahti.

Njihovu objavu prenosimo u cijelosti:

Na čelu našeg tima bio je g. Horvatović u pratnji predsjednika Udruge, g. Ozretića i pojačani timom iz učilišta Adria Libar gđom Barić i gđom. Knežić Rak.

Nakon uvodne riječi ministra koji je pohvalio inicijativu, probleme uz brevete prezentirao je G. Horvatović. Istaknuo je da su postali neadekvatni današnjim uvjetima, te da su nužne izmjene najviše oko potrebne prakse za stjecanje breveta.

Ukazano je na činjenicu da zbog nepriznatog breveta hrvatski skiperi i zapovjednici jahti te svi oni čiji breveti nisu izdani po STCW standardu imaju problema prilikom zapošljavanja na stranim komercijalnim jahtama. Istaknuta je želja da svim agentima i charterima uskratimo onaj standardni argument-nije vam brevet izdan po standardima.

Poručili smo i to da želimo konačno da se prizna naša profesija kao skipera u nautičkom turizmu, a to možemo postići samo uz adekvatne svjedodžbe.

S druge strane stola smo zatekli ljude upoznate sa problematikom,spremne za otvoreni razgovor i želju da uz pomoć cijele stručne zajednice napravimo bolji zakon, bolji pravilnik i svjedodžbe zbog kojih će stranci dolaziti polagati kod nas, a ne obrnuto kako je to danas.

Zaključak sastanka je da postajemo dio radne skupine oko izmjena pravilnika te smo dobili zadatak pripremiti prijedlog pravilnika za stjecanje svjedodžbe zapovjednika jahte do 500 bruto tona. Izradu je na sebe preuzeo G. Horvatović koji će uz pomoć svih nas predložiti svjedodžbu za budućnost.

Za nadati se da će se buduće svjedodžbe za zapovjednika jahte A i B naći u pravilniku o zvanjima i svjedodžbama o osposobljenosti pomoraca, kažu u Udruzi.

Prema dogovorenom terminu 1. veljače sastali smo se u Ministarstvu pomorstva s ministrom Butkovićem te njegovim uskim suradnicima G. Orlićem i G. Ercegovcem o temi iznimnog značaja za našu struku - izmjeni pravilnika o brodicama i jahtama koji se tiče dijela o svjedodžbama, objavila je Udruga hrvatskih skipera i članova posada jahti.

Njihovu objavu prenosimo u cijelosti:

Na čelu našeg tima bio je g. Horvatović u pratnji predsjednika Udruge, g. Ozretića i pojačani timom iz učilišta Adria Libar gđom Barić i gđom. Knežić Rak.

Nakon uvodne riječi ministra koji je pohvalio inicijativu, probleme uz brevete prezentirao je G. Horvatović. Istaknuo je da su postali neadekvatni današnjim uvjetima, te da su nužne izmjene najviše oko potrebne prakse za stjecanje breveta.

Ukazano je na činjenicu da zbog nepriznatog breveta hrvatski skiperi i zapovjednici jahti te svi oni čiji breveti nisu izdani po STCW standardu imaju problema prilikom zapošljavanja na stranim komercijalnim jahtama. Istaknuta je želja da svim agentima i charterima uskratimo onaj standardni argument-nije vam brevet izdan po standardima.

Poručili smo i to da želimo konačno da se prizna naša profesija kao skipera u nautičkom turizmu, a to možemo postići samo uz adekvatne svjedodžbe.

S druge strane stola smo zatekli ljude upoznate sa problematikom,spremne za otvoreni razgovor i želju da uz pomoć cijele stručne zajednice napravimo bolji zakon, bolji pravilnik i svjedodžbe zbog kojih će stranci dolaziti polagati kod nas, a ne obrnuto kako je to danas.

Zaključak sastanka je da postajemo dio radne skupine oko izmjena pravilnika te smo dobili zadatak pripremiti prijedlog pravilnika za stjecanje svjedodžbe zapovjednika jahte do 500 bruto tona. Izradu je na sebe preuzeo G. Horvatović koji će uz pomoć svih nas predložiti svjedodžbu za budućnost.

Za nadati se da će se buduće svjedodžbe za zapovjednika jahte A i B naći u pravilniku o zvanjima i svjedodžbama o osposobljenosti pomoraca, kažu u Udruzi.

Prema dogovorenom terminu 1. veljače sastali smo se u Ministarstvu pomorstva s ministrom Butkovićem te njegovim uskim suradnicima G. Orlićem i G. Ercegovcem o temi iznimnog značaja za našu struku - izmjeni pravilnika o brodicama i jahtama koji se tiče dijela o svjedodžbama, objavila je Udruga hrvatskih skipera i članova posada jahti.

Njihovu objavu prenosimo u cijelosti:

Na čelu našeg tima bio je g. Horvatović u pratnji predsjednika Udruge, g. Ozretića i pojačani timom iz učilišta Adria Libar gđom Barić i gđom. Knežić Rak.

Nakon uvodne riječi ministra koji je pohvalio inicijativu, probleme uz brevete prezentirao je G. Horvatović. Istaknuo je da su postali neadekvatni današnjim uvjetima, te da su nužne izmjene najviše oko potrebne prakse za stjecanje breveta.

Ukazano je na činjenicu da zbog nepriznatog breveta hrvatski skiperi i zapovjednici jahti te svi oni čiji breveti nisu izdani po STCW standardu imaju problema prilikom zapošljavanja na stranim komercijalnim jahtama. Istaknuta je želja da svim agentima i charterima uskratimo onaj standardni argument-nije vam brevet izdan po standardima.

Poručili smo i to da želimo konačno da se prizna naša profesija kao skipera u nautičkom turizmu, a to možemo postići samo uz adekvatne svjedodžbe.

S druge strane stola smo zatekli ljude upoznate sa problematikom,spremne za otvoreni razgovor i želju da uz pomoć cijele stručne zajednice napravimo bolji zakon, bolji pravilnik i svjedodžbe zbog kojih će stranci dolaziti polagati kod nas, a ne obrnuto kako je to danas.

Zaključak sastanka je da postajemo dio radne skupine oko izmjena pravilnika te smo dobili zadatak pripremiti prijedlog pravilnika za stjecanje svjedodžbe zapovjednika jahte do 500 bruto tona. Izradu je na sebe preuzeo G. Horvatović koji će uz pomoć svih nas predložiti svjedodžbu za budućnost.

Za nadati se da će se buduće svjedodžbe za zapovjednika jahte A i B naći u pravilniku o zvanjima i svjedodžbama o osposobljenosti pomoraca, kažu u Udruzi.
