Poštovani, jako volim ribolov pa bih želio u svoj motorni brod od 8 metara s Yanmarom od 100 KS ugraditi dobru ledenicu, a kako već imam hladnjak na struju sa solarnom pločom, znam njegove limite. Čuo sam da su pravo rješenje za veliku efikasnost kompresorski hladnjaci koji se remenicom spoje na motor broda i, navodno, u samo tridesetak minuta rada zamrznu ribu te, ako se ledenica ne otvara, a povremeno se malo upali motor, održavaju nisku temperaturu. Kako takve sustave ugrađuju majstori koji nisu jeftini, prije odluke želio bih čuti vaše mišljenje?

Kompresorski sustavi frižidera na plovilima mogu se podijeliti na one koji imaju vlastiti pogon i one pogonjene remenicom spojenom na brodski motor. Ove koje pokreće remenica često se, po najjačem talijanskom proizvođaču, nazivaju frigoboat. Nekada su to bili kompresori s jednim ili dva klipa, a danas su uglavnom višeklipni kompresori kakvi se uglavnom koriste u klimatizerima za automobile. Kompresori s više klipova nemaju udara, vibracija, trajniji su i lakše se održavaju. Prednost im je što s relativno velikom snagom, 2 - 5 kW, vrlo brzo isporučuju veliku količinu hladnoće. Za potrebe standardnoga brodskog frižidera uglavnom je dovoljno da rade dva puta dnevno po dvadesetak minuta do pola sata, pa su neki upravljani termostatom, a neki tajmerom.

Složeni sustav

Mana im je što je taj sustav dosta složen, podložan je kvarovima i mora koristiti fleksibilne cijevi. Fleksibilne cijevi ne mogu imati potpunu nepropusnost i propuštaju neku količinu plina. Dakle, sistem je potrebno redovno nadopunjavati. Zamjenom klasičnog freona modernim rashladnim medijima, plinovima koji ne oštećuju ozon, a koji se danas ugrađuju u rashladne sisteme, pojavio se novi problem.

Naime, molekule ovih plinova su znatno manje od molekula freona i propusnost fleksibilnih cijevi se povećala.

U međuvremenu je i tehnologija proizvodnje cijevi znatno napredovala, propusnost im je dosta manja, pa je problem s gubicima plina ostao otprilike u istim okvirima. Naravno, kad je plovilo duže usidreno ili vezano uz obalu potrebno je barem dva puta dnevno po pola sata paliti motor samo radi održavanja temperature u frižideru, a tako postignut učinak relativno je nerazmjeran potrošenoj energiji.

Hermetički kompresori

Kompresori s vlastitim pogonom imaju svoj elektromotor koji je nezavisan o radu pogonskoga motora. Elektromotor može biti sastavni dio kompresora ili s kompresorom biti povezan remenicom. Ovi pogonjeni remenicom su slabije rješenje koje se još uvijek koristi, premda je sistem pomalo već zastario. Njihovi su motori većih gabarita i proizvode buku. Nadalje, remen se troši, mora se voditi računa o njegovu zatezanju, a na mjestu gdje osovina izlazi iz kompresora potencijalna mogućnost propuštanja plina je najveća. Tu se nalazi jedan složeni semering, kojeg serviseri obično zovu pakung i on je najosjetljivija točka tog sustava. Hermetički kompresori su i po kapacitetu i po kvaliteti rada potpuno superiorni nad ovim sustavom.

Poštovani, jako volim ribolov pa bih želio u svoj motorni brod od 8 metara s Yanmarom od 100 KS ugraditi dobru ledenicu, a kako već imam hladnjak na struju sa solarnom pločom, znam njegove limite. Čuo sam da su pravo rješenje za veliku efikasnost kompresorski hladnjaci koji se remenicom spoje na motor broda i, navodno, u samo tridesetak minuta rada zamrznu ribu te, ako se ledenica ne otvara, a povremeno se malo upali motor, održavaju nisku temperaturu. Kako takve sustave ugrađuju majstori koji nisu jeftini, prije odluke želio bih čuti vaše mišljenje?

Kompresorski sustavi frižidera na plovilima mogu se podijeliti na one koji imaju vlastiti pogon i one pogonjene remenicom spojenom na brodski motor. Ove koje pokreće remenica često se, po najjačem talijanskom proizvođaču, nazivaju frigoboat. Nekada su to bili kompresori s jednim ili dva klipa, a danas su uglavnom višeklipni kompresori kakvi se uglavnom koriste u klimatizerima za automobile. Kompresori s više klipova nemaju udara, vibracija, trajniji su i lakše se održavaju. Prednost im je što s relativno velikom snagom, 2 - 5 kW, vrlo brzo isporučuju veliku količinu hladnoće. Za potrebe standardnoga brodskog frižidera uglavnom je dovoljno da rade dva puta dnevno po dvadesetak minuta do pola sata, pa su neki upravljani termostatom, a neki tajmerom.

Složeni sustav

Mana im je što je taj sustav dosta složen, podložan je kvarovima i mora koristiti fleksibilne cijevi. Fleksibilne cijevi ne mogu imati potpunu nepropusnost i propuštaju neku količinu plina. Dakle, sistem je potrebno redovno nadopunjavati. Zamjenom klasičnog freona modernim rashladnim medijima, plinovima koji ne oštećuju ozon, a koji se danas ugrađuju u rashladne sisteme, pojavio se novi problem.

Naime, molekule ovih plinova su znatno manje od molekula freona i propusnost fleksibilnih cijevi se povećala.

U međuvremenu je i tehnologija proizvodnje cijevi znatno napredovala, propusnost im je dosta manja, pa je problem s gubicima plina ostao otprilike u istim okvirima. Naravno, kad je plovilo duže usidreno ili vezano uz obalu potrebno je barem dva puta dnevno po pola sata paliti motor samo radi održavanja temperature u frižideru, a tako postignut učinak relativno je nerazmjeran potrošenoj energiji.

Hermetički kompresori

Kompresori s vlastitim pogonom imaju svoj elektromotor koji je nezavisan o radu pogonskoga motora. Elektromotor može biti sastavni dio kompresora ili s kompresorom biti povezan remenicom. Ovi pogonjeni remenicom su slabije rješenje koje se još uvijek koristi, premda je sistem pomalo već zastario. Njihovi su motori većih gabarita i proizvode buku. Nadalje, remen se troši, mora se voditi računa o njegovu zatezanju, a na mjestu gdje osovina izlazi iz kompresora potencijalna mogućnost propuštanja plina je najveća. Tu se nalazi jedan složeni semering, kojeg serviseri obično zovu pakung i on je najosjetljivija točka tog sustava. Hermetički kompresori su i po kapacitetu i po kvaliteti rada potpuno superiorni nad ovim sustavom.
