Početkom prosinca ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture Oleg Butković službeno je otvorio nove prostorije Lučke kapetanije Zadar. Umjesto na dosadašnje tri lokacije, koje i nisu bile baš reprezentativne, zadarska Lučka kapetanija sada se nalazi na jednoj – u zgradi putničkog terminala nove luke u Gaženici.
U kakvim prostorima se nalaze i što njihovo preseljenje znači za domaće korisnike, nautičare i turiste, te koju su prednosti, ali i mane preseljenja, upitali smo Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture.
- Ministarstvo je sklopu rješavanja problema neadekvatnih poslovnih prostora u kojima se dosada nalazila LK Zadar, iskoristilo priliku da nove prostore osigura u sklopu prostora Lučke uprave Zadar. Naime, Lučka kapetanija Zadar dobiva nove prostore u kojima će svi djelatnici imati adekvatan radni prostor, što ujedno znači da će i svi djelatnici biti na istom mjestu, a to dosad nije bio slučaj jer su u Zadru bili raspoređeni na čak tri lokacije, kazala nam je Ivana Škarić, glasnogovornica Ministarstva, dodajući kako je za opremanje novih prostora ministarstvo iz svog proračuna osiguralo oko 200 tisuća kuna.
Na jednom mjestu
- Valja spomenuti da će kapetanija biti oslobođena od plaćanja najamnine, budući da se radi o prostoru Lučke uprave Zadar, istaknula je Škarić, napominjući kako će povezivanje triju lokacija u jednu zasigurno puno značiti zadarskoj kapetaniji jer se radi o jednoj od najopterećenijih kapetanija među njih osam na hrvatskoj obali.

Prostorije zadarske kapetanije nalaze se pored Carine i Pomorske policije, a djelatnici su dobili više prostor i bolje uvjete rada. Lučka kapetanija Zadar sada na raspolaganju ima 630 kvadrata u kojima je smješteno 11 velikih komfornih kancelarija. Upravo komfornost novih prostorija označava i mogućnost zaposlenja novih ljudi jer, kako kaže glavni zadarski lučki kapetan Alan Rukavina, ljudi nikad dosta.
Glasnogovornica Škarić nam je odgovorila kako će LK Zadar zapošljavati nove ljude u skladu s Planom prijema djelatnika Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture za 2021. godinu, no o kojoj se točno brojci radi, nije spomenula.
Ipak, najvažnije pitanje po pitanju preseljenja LK Zadar iz centra grada u Gaženicu jest što ono znači za domaće korisnike, pomorce i turiste u sezoni koji su se, slobodno se može reći, navikli na lokaciju u centru grada?
- Preseljenje, kako za korisnike, tako i za turiste, znači da će sve usluge moći obavljati na istom mjestu, i to u trajektnoj luci koja je ujedno pogodnije mjesto za takvu vrstu usluga od samog centra turističkog grada, ističe glasnogovornica Škarić dodajući kako je osim objedinjena triju lokacija u jednu činjenica da će se LK Zadar sada nalaziti u Trajektnoj luci Gaženica važna i s aspekta povećanja prevencije potencijalnih pomorskih incidenata u luci Gaženica.
Prometan akvatorij
- Akvatorij Zadarske županije graniči s međunarodnim vodama kojima svakodnevno, u neposrednoj blizini obližnjih otoka, plove brojni tankeri i brodovi s potencijalno opasnim teretom. Terminale za tekuće terete, poglavito naftu, imaju teretne luke na sjeveru Jadrana, a tu su i Omišalj na Krku i sam Zadar koji u teretnoj luci Gaženici ima manji naftni terminal. Takva frekvencija brodova zahtijeva povećanu budnost i razvijen sustav prevencije od mogućih pomorskih nesreća - u takvim slučajevima lučke kapetanije imaju važnu ulogu, poglavito kad su u pitanju incidenti na moru koji kao nuspojavu imaju prijetnju ekološkim zagađenjem - istaknula je Škarić, dodajući kako će novouređeni jedinstveni prostor zaposlenicama omogućiti lakše operativno funkcioniranje i komunikaciju kako internu, tako i onu s korisnicima.

Prednost u objedinjavanju prostorija Lučke kapetanije Zadar na službenom otvorenju istaknuo je i lučki kapetan Alen Rukavina.
- Posada brodova je bila dislocirana, a sada u vrlo kratkom roku od tri minute djelatnici se mogu ukrcati na plovila i započeti s misijom spašavanja i pružanja pomoći, kazao je početkom prosinca kapetan Rukavina, dodajući i kako prostori kapetanije na Poluotoku u Zadru i dalje ostaju u posjedu ministarstva.
- U njoj su sve komunikacije aktivne, a to što tamo nema djelatnika ne znači da je sigurnost na manjem nivou. Mi imamo dovoljno ljudi da pokrijemo i taj segment posla, a u koordinaciji s ministarstvom, ako bude potrebe, možemo i tamo smjestiti ljude - zaključio je Rukavina.

Početkom prosinca ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture Oleg Butković službeno je otvorio nove prostorije Lučke kapetanije Zadar. Umjesto na dosadašnje tri lokacije, koje i nisu bile baš reprezentativne, zadarska Lučka kapetanija sada se nalazi na jednoj – u zgradi putničkog terminala nove luke u Gaženici.
U kakvim prostorima se nalaze i što njihovo preseljenje znači za domaće korisnike, nautičare i turiste, te koju su prednosti, ali i mane preseljenja, upitali smo Ministarstvo mora, prometa i infrastrukture.
- Ministarstvo je sklopu rješavanja problema neadekvatnih poslovnih prostora u kojima se dosada nalazila LK Zadar, iskoristilo priliku da nove prostore osigura u sklopu prostora Lučke uprave Zadar. Naime, Lučka kapetanija Zadar dobiva nove prostore u kojima će svi djelatnici imati adekvatan radni prostor, što ujedno znači da će i svi djelatnici biti na istom mjestu, a to dosad nije bio slučaj jer su u Zadru bili raspoređeni na čak tri lokacije, kazala nam je Ivana Škarić, glasnogovornica Ministarstva, dodajući kako je za opremanje novih prostora ministarstvo iz svog proračuna osiguralo oko 200 tisuća kuna.
Na jednom mjestu
- Valja spomenuti da će kapetanija biti oslobođena od plaćanja najamnine, budući da se radi o prostoru Lučke uprave Zadar, istaknula je Škarić, napominjući kako će povezivanje triju lokacija u jednu zasigurno puno značiti zadarskoj kapetaniji jer se radi o jednoj od najopterećenijih kapetanija među njih osam na hrvatskoj obali.

Prostorije zadarske kapetanije nalaze se pored Carine i Pomorske policije, a djelatnici su dobili više prostor i bolje uvjete rada. Lučka kapetanija Zadar sada na raspolaganju ima 630 kvadrata u kojima je smješteno 11 velikih komfornih kancelarija. Upravo komfornost novih prostorija označava i mogućnost zaposlenja novih ljudi jer, kako kaže glavni zadarski lučki kapetan Alan Rukavina, ljudi nikad dosta.
Glasnogovornica Škarić nam je odgovorila kako će LK Zadar zapošljavati nove ljude u skladu s Planom prijema djelatnika Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture za 2021. godinu, no o kojoj se točno brojci radi, nije spomenula.
Ipak, najvažnije pitanje po pitanju preseljenja LK Zadar iz centra grada u Gaženicu jest što ono znači za domaće korisnike, pomorce i turiste u sezoni koji su se, slobodno se može reći, navikli na lokaciju u centru grada?
- Preseljenje, kako za korisnike, tako i za turiste, znači da će sve usluge moći obavljati na istom mjestu, i to u trajektnoj luci koja je ujedno pogodnije mjesto za takvu vrstu usluga od samog centra turističkog grada, ističe glasnogovornica Škarić dodajući kako je osim objedinjena triju lokacija u jednu činjenica da će se LK Zadar sada nalaziti u Trajektnoj luci Gaženica važna i s aspekta povećanja prevencije potencijalnih pomorskih incidenata u luci Gaženica.
Prometan akvatorij
- Akvatorij Zadarske županije graniči s međunarodnim vodama kojima svakodnevno, u neposrednoj blizini obližnjih otoka, plove brojni tankeri i brodovi s potencijalno opasnim teretom. Terminale za tekuće terete, poglavito naftu, imaju teretne luke na sjeveru Jadrana, a tu su i Omišalj na Krku i sam Zadar koji u teretnoj luci Gaženici ima manji naftni terminal. Takva frekvencija brodova zahtijeva povećanu budnost i razvijen sustav prevencije od mogućih pomorskih nesreća - u takvim slučajevima lučke kapetanije imaju važnu ulogu, poglavito kad su u pitanju incidenti na moru koji kao nuspojavu imaju prijetnju ekološkim zagađenjem - istaknula je Škarić, dodajući kako će novouređeni jedinstveni prostor zaposlenicama omogućiti lakše operativno funkcioniranje i komunikaciju kako internu, tako i onu s korisnicima.

Prednost u objedinjavanju prostorija Lučke kapetanije Zadar na službenom otvorenju istaknuo je i lučki kapetan Alen Rukavina.
- Posada brodova je bila dislocirana, a sada u vrlo kratkom roku od tri minute djelatnici se mogu ukrcati na plovila i započeti s misijom spašavanja i pružanja pomoći, kazao je početkom prosinca kapetan Rukavina, dodajući i kako prostori kapetanije na Poluotoku u Zadru i dalje ostaju u posjedu ministarstva.
- U njoj su sve komunikacije aktivne, a to što tamo nema djelatnika ne znači da je sigurnost na manjem nivou. Mi imamo dovoljno ljudi da pokrijemo i taj segment posla, a u koordinaciji s ministarstvom, ako bude potrebe, možemo i tamo smjestiti ljude - zaključio je Rukavina.
