Tržište brodica za dnevni najam u Hrvatskoj iznimno je veliko, pa se i pola stoljeća stare pasare s pentom još uvijek uspješno iznajmljuju za stotinjak eura dnevno. Nažalost, turisti zainteresirani za najam uglavnom nemaju plovidbenu dozvolu, pa iznajmljivači iz svoga interesa već godinama neuspješno prizivaju liberalizaciju najstrožeg režima u Europskoj uniji. Po njihovu mišljenju, nema velike razlike između spore pasare i drugih igračaka koje se iznajmljuju – pedalina, kajaka, raznih ronilica, surf i kite dasaka.

No iz pozicije opće sigurnosti plovidbe svako poticanje dodatnog pomorskog prometa na neuralgičnim crnim točkama, poput Splita ili Hvara, prema riječima nadzornika, samo je dolijevanje ulja na vatru.
Otišli smo upravo na jedno takvo mjesto kako bismo isprobali novu polietilensku brodicu Whaly 435, koju je zastupnik Motonavis opremio pentom od šest konja s daljinskim komandama, potpuno po mjeri nautičara početnika.

Naš hvarski domaćin Duško Fazlić Ćopić, zastupnik Suzukija i serviser za brojne čarterske tvrtke u tom području, proveo nas je od Križne luke područjem gdje sve vrvi od rent-a-kaića. Redom su u pitanju vremešne pasare i manji gumenjaci, a Whaly objedinjuje najbolje od te dvije vrste brodova.
Osam putnika
Kao što je već poznato, izdržljivost polietilena glavni je razlog što ga širom svijeta koriste ljudi bez puno razmišljanja o bojenju i održavanju. Brodica koncipirana kao jedan veliki bokoštitnik ostavlja snažan dojam sigurnosti. Svaki od šest ili najviše osam putnika ima svoje mjesto za sjedenje na ugodno hrapavoj površini. Osnovne su boje crna, crvena i siva, iako se u tvornici može zamiješati sve po želji. Pigmentira se cijela smjesa za lijevanje, tako da će i u surovim mediteranskim uvjetima boja dugo biti postojana. Osobno bih sugerirao svijetlo sivu zbog manjeg zagrijavanja, iako je crvena najvidljivija, što ima svoje prednosti. Doduše, privukla je i policijsku patrolu čim smo isplovili, tako da svakako nije prvi izbor za ilegalce.

Dvostruka stijenka tajna je neuništivosti i stabilnosti jer malo koji brod ove dužine može izdržati bočno opterećenje bez znatnijeg naginjanja. Whaly je prostorno najiskoristiviji u goloj open varijanti, no dobro je znati da se po potrebi svaki komad unutrašnjeg namještaja može izvaditi, tako da dodatno opremljeni ljetni rent-a-kaić izvan sezone može poslužiti kao radno-ribolovna brodica, ako je vlasnik tako registrira.

Ideja je bila odabrati opremu koja će maksimalno pojednostavniti korištenje jer daljinske komande na penti od šest konja malo kada možete vidjeti. Okretanje volana i pomicanje ručice naprijed-natrag značajno skraćuje vrijeme potrebno za obuku. Bimini je obvezan za zaštitu od sunčanice, kao i sanduci s poklopcem za skladištenje vrijednih stvari i hladnoga pića. Stepenice za izlazak iz mora također su vrlo korisne. Nažalost, elektropokretač nije dostupan za ovako maleni motor, no kavez za zaštitu propele uskoro bi mogao biti završen jer će se na taj način olakšati probijanje kroz šumu konopa.
Dodatna oprema
Na popisu moguće dodatne opreme su inoks ograda, navigacija, podloge i jastuci za sunčalište, no to cijenom spada u višu kategoriju. Osnovna je cijena broda s PDV-om 3844 eura, a testni primjerak sa svom opremom košta 8869 eura.
Za pitanje performansi dovoljno je navesti da će brod prazan na punom gasu ići pet čvorova, a opterećen četiri. Ako želite uštedjeti gorivo, smanjite ručicu na pola gasa i idete milju sporije. To je zapravo sve što treba znati o motoru. Instrumenata za mjerenje potrošnje nema pa je važno držati na oku razinu goriva u spremniku. Priloženih 12 litara trebalo bi biti dovoljno za tjedan dana jer s nježnijom rukom možete računati s pola litre na sat.

Nažalost, turisti zainteresirani za najam uglavnom nemaju plovidbenu dozvolu, pa iznajmljivači iz svoga interesa već godinama neuspješno prizivaju liberalizaciju najstrožeg režima u Europskoj uniji. No iz pozicije opće sigurnosti plovidbe svako poticanje dodatnog pomorskog prometa na neuralgičnim crnim točkama, poput Splita ili Hvara, prema riječima nadzornika, samo je dolijevanje ulja na vatru.
Otišli smo upravo na jedno takvo mjesto kako bismo isprobali novu polietilensku brodicu Whaly 435, koju je zastupnik Motonavis opremio pentom od šest konja s daljinskim komandama, potpuno po mjeri nautičara početnika.

Naš hvarski domaćin Duško Fazlić Ćopić, zastupnik Suzukija i serviser za brojne čarterske tvrtke u tom području, proveo nas je od Križne luke područjem gdje sve vrvi od rent-a-kaića. Redom su u pitanju vremešne pasare i manji gumenjaci, a Whaly objedinjuje najbolje od te dvije vrste brodova.
Osam putnika
Kao što je već poznato, izdržljivost polietilena glavni je razlog što ga širom svijeta koriste ljudi bez puno razmišljanja o bojenju i održavanju. Brodica koncipirana kao jedan veliki bokoštitnik ostavlja snažan dojam sigurnosti. Svaki od šest ili najviše osam putnika ima svoje mjesto za sjedenje na ugodno hrapavoj površini. Osnovne su boje crna, crvena i siva, iako se u tvornici može zamiješati sve po želji. Pigmentira se cijela smjesa za lijevanje, tako da će i u surovim mediteranskim uvjetima boja dugo biti postojana. Osobno bih sugerirao svijetlo sivu zbog manjeg zagrijavanja, iako je crvena najvidljivija, što ima svoje prednosti. Doduše, privukla je i policijsku patrolu čim smo isplovili, tako da svakako nije prvi izbor za ilegalce.

Dvostruka stijenka tajna je neuništivosti i stabilnosti jer malo koji brod ove dužine može izdržati bočno opterećenje bez znatnijeg naginjanja. Whaly je prostorno najiskoristiviji u goloj open varijanti, no dobro je znati da se po potrebi svaki komad unutrašnjeg namještaja može izvaditi, tako da dodatno opremljeni ljetni rent-a-kaić izvan sezone može poslužiti kao radno-ribolovna brodica, ako je vlasnik tako registrira.

Ideja je bila odabrati opremu koja će maksimalno pojednostavniti korištenje jer daljinske komande na penti od šest konja malo kada možete vidjeti. Okretanje volana i pomicanje ručice naprijed-natrag značajno skraćuje vrijeme potrebno za obuku. Bimini je obvezan za zaštitu od sunčanice, kao i sanduci s poklopcem za skladištenje vrijednih stvari i hladnoga pića. Stepenice za izlazak iz mora također su vrlo korisne. Nažalost, elektropokretač nije dostupan za ovako maleni motor, no kavez za zaštitu propele uskoro bi mogao biti završen jer će se na taj način olakšati probijanje kroz šumu konopa.
Dodatna oprema
Na popisu moguće dodatne opreme su inoks ograda, navigacija, podloge i jastuci za sunčalište, no to cijenom spada u višu kategoriju. Osnovna je cijena broda s PDV-om 3844 eura, a testni primjerak sa svom opremom košta 8869 eura.
Za pitanje performansi dovoljno je navesti da će brod prazan na punom gasu ići pet čvorova, a opterećen četiri. Ako želite uštedjeti gorivo, smanjite ručicu na pola gasa i idete milju sporije. To je zapravo sve što treba znati o motoru. Instrumenata za mjerenje potrošnje nema pa je važno držati na oku razinu goriva u spremniku. Priloženih 12 litara trebalo bi biti dovoljno za tjedan dana jer s nježnijom rukom možete računati s pola litre na sat.
