Poštovani, prilikom ugradnje dizelskog motora i tankova goriva u brod prije šest godina, meštar mi je dva tanka povezao plastičnim crijevom s čeličnom spiralom. No, nedavno je to crijevo na jednome mjestu napuknulo i jako mi onečistilo brod naftom. Prijatelj mi je kazao da to crijevo, koje je postalo potpuno krto, uopće nije dobro za naftu. Ugradio bih novo pa vas molim za savjet koje crijevo kupiti i u kojim ga rokovima mijenjati da mi se ne ponovi loše iskustvo.

Ovim ste pitanjem dotaknuli jedan danas već globalni problem, koji se dijelom odnosi i na malu brodogradnju, ali je znatno više izražen u nekim drugim granama, a osobito u automobilskoj industriji.

Općenito, nafta u dodiru s gumom ili plastikom ne bi trebala imati nikakvu kemijsku reakciju, a i tlak para nafte, odnosno njezino širenje na povišenim temperaturama, nije veliko. Nadalje, u crijevu koje spaja vaša dva spremnika tlak je također zanemariv, uvjetovan samo dubinom goriva u spremniku. Sve bi to svako gumeno ili plastično crijevo trebalo izdržati.

Kvaliteta sirovina

Međutim, činjenica je kako dijelovi od gume i plastike danas imaju znatno manji vijek trajanja nego nekada. To je i razlog zbog kojega kupci novih automobilskih guma više obraćaju pažnju na datum proizvodnje nego na marku proizvođača. Slično je i sa svim ostalim gumenim dijelovima, a posebno crijevima za goriva u automobilu.

Dakle, korijen problema je u sirovinskom sastavu od kojeg je guma proizvedena, a da na tržištu ima svega, govori i činjenica kako neki proizvođači, samo kako bi dobili na volumenu stijenke, u smjesu dodaju običnu prašinu.

Gumena crijeva proizvode se prema namjeni i okolnim radnim uvjetima. Za ovu svrhu proizvođači preporučuju crijeva od NBR (acrylonitrile-butadien rubber) gume, koja je otporna na naftu i naftne derivate.

Valja napomenuti da NBR nije otporan na UV, ali u potpalublju crijevo ionako nije izloženo suncu. U tim je uvjetima važnije da je i vanjski sloj crijeva otporan na ulja, jer tako neće dobiti mikropore u kojima se zadržava vlaga, koja ubrzava starenje i propadanje.

Pazite na bridove

Što se tiče ojačanja, čelična spirala sprječava pregibanje i skupljanje cijevi, ali kada crijevo pukne, rupa može biti relativno velika, kao u vašem slučaju. Da je to bilo crijevo ojačano sintetičkim vlaknima, rupa bi bila mala i gorivo bi jedno vrijeme samo kapalo, a ne iscurilo u santine.

Neke cijevi, radi odvoda statičkog elektriciteta, u sebi imaju dvostruko postavljenu žicu. Crijeva otporna na naftne derivate trebala bi trajati godinama, ali nitko ne daje garanciju dulju od tri godine.

Pri ugradnji pripazite da crijevo nije prenapregnuto i da mu promjer odgovara promjeru na spoju. Osim toga, pripazite da se crijevo ne naslanja na neki brid na kojem bi se uslijed vibracija moglo oštetiti.

Poštovani, prilikom ugradnje dizelskog motora i tankova goriva u brod prije šest godina, meštar mi je dva tanka povezao plastičnim crijevom s čeličnom spiralom. No, nedavno je to crijevo na jednome mjestu napuknulo i jako mi onečistilo brod naftom. Prijatelj mi je kazao da to crijevo, koje je postalo potpuno krto, uopće nije dobro za naftu. Ugradio bih novo pa vas molim za savjet koje crijevo kupiti i u kojim ga rokovima mijenjati da mi se ne ponovi loše iskustvo.

Ovim ste pitanjem dotaknuli jedan danas već globalni problem, koji se dijelom odnosi i na malu brodogradnju, ali je znatno više izražen u nekim drugim granama, a osobito u automobilskoj industriji.

Općenito, nafta u dodiru s gumom ili plastikom ne bi trebala imati nikakvu kemijsku reakciju, a i tlak para nafte, odnosno njezino širenje na povišenim temperaturama, nije veliko. Nadalje, u crijevu koje spaja vaša dva spremnika tlak je također zanemariv, uvjetovan samo dubinom goriva u spremniku. Sve bi to svako gumeno ili plastično crijevo trebalo izdržati.

Kvaliteta sirovina

Međutim, činjenica je kako dijelovi od gume i plastike danas imaju znatno manji vijek trajanja nego nekada. To je i razlog zbog kojega kupci novih automobilskih guma više obraćaju pažnju na datum proizvodnje nego na marku proizvođača. Slično je i sa svim ostalim gumenim dijelovima, a posebno crijevima za goriva u automobilu.

Dakle, korijen problema je u sirovinskom sastavu od kojeg je guma proizvedena, a da na tržištu ima svega, govori i činjenica kako neki proizvođači, samo kako bi dobili na volumenu stijenke, u smjesu dodaju običnu prašinu.

Gumena crijeva proizvode se prema namjeni i okolnim radnim uvjetima. Za ovu svrhu proizvođači preporučuju crijeva od NBR (acrylonitrile-butadien rubber) gume, koja je otporna na naftu i naftne derivate.

Valja napomenuti da NBR nije otporan na UV, ali u potpalublju crijevo ionako nije izloženo suncu. U tim je uvjetima važnije da je i vanjski sloj crijeva otporan na ulja, jer tako neće dobiti mikropore u kojima se zadržava vlaga, koja ubrzava starenje i propadanje.

Pazite na bridove

Što se tiče ojačanja, čelična spirala sprječava pregibanje i skupljanje cijevi, ali kada crijevo pukne, rupa može biti relativno velika, kao u vašem slučaju. Da je to bilo crijevo ojačano sintetičkim vlaknima, rupa bi bila mala i gorivo bi jedno vrijeme samo kapalo, a ne iscurilo u santine.

Neke cijevi, radi odvoda statičkog elektriciteta, u sebi imaju dvostruko postavljenu žicu. Crijeva otporna na naftne derivate trebala bi trajati godinama, ali nitko ne daje garanciju dulju od tri godine.

Pri ugradnji pripazite da crijevo nije prenapregnuto i da mu promjer odgovara promjeru na spoju. Osim toga, pripazite da se crijevo ne naslanja na neki brid na kojem bi se uslijed vibracija moglo oštetiti.
