Odlazak u krevet bez rublja moglo bi vam povećati šansu za bebom, dokazala je najnovija studija iz Baltimorea.  

Naime, muškarci koji žele postati očevi trebali bi spavati goli i tijekom dana nositi prostranije bokserice, rezultat je provedenog istraživanja, piše Huffington Post.

U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 500 muškaraca i tijekom 12 mjeseci pratili su se njihovi izbori rublja koje su nosili te kvaliteta sperme. 

Pronađeno je kako muškarci koji su nosili bokserice tijekom dana i bili goli po noći imaju 25 posto manje DNA fragmentacije u spermi, od onih koji su nosili uske bokserice i po danu i po noći. 

Fragmentacija znači oštećenje sperme, a manje od 15 posto označava vrlo dobru kvalitetu. 

Dakle, kvaliteta nošenog rublja povezana je sa kvalitetom sjemena, potvrđuju autori studije te dodaju kako je prvotni zaključak nakon promatranja rezultata da najkvalitetniju spermu imaju oni koje ne nose nikakvo rublje tijekom noći. 

Također, oni koji svoje testise izlažu visokim temperaturama tijekom tuširanja jednako im opada kvaliteta sjemena, kao i onima s uskim rubljem tijekom dana i noći jer takvo rublje jako zagrijava intimno područje te koža ne može disati, poručuju autori istraživanja.

Odlazak u krevet bez rublja moglo bi vam povećati šansu za bebom, dokazala je najnovija studija iz Baltimorea.  

Naime, muškarci koji žele postati očevi trebali bi spavati goli i tijekom dana nositi prostranije bokserice, rezultat je provedenog istraživanja, piše Huffington Post.

U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 500 muškaraca i tijekom 12 mjeseci pratili su se njihovi izbori rublja koje su nosili te kvaliteta sperme. 

Pronađeno je kako muškarci koji su nosili bokserice tijekom dana i bili goli po noći imaju 25 posto manje DNA fragmentacije u spermi, od onih koji su nosili uske bokserice i po danu i po noći. 

Fragmentacija znači oštećenje sperme, a manje od 15 posto označava vrlo dobru kvalitetu. 

Dakle, kvaliteta nošenog rublja povezana je sa kvalitetom sjemena, potvrđuju autori studije te dodaju kako je prvotni zaključak nakon promatranja rezultata da najkvalitetniju spermu imaju oni koje ne nose nikakvo rublje tijekom noći. 

Također, oni koji svoje testise izlažu visokim temperaturama tijekom tuširanja jednako im opada kvaliteta sjemena, kao i onima s uskim rubljem tijekom dana i noći jer takvo rublje jako zagrijava intimno područje te koža ne može disati, poručuju autori istraživanja.
