“Povrće vas dulje drži sitima zbog vlakana i vode koje sadrži”, kaže nutricionistica Courtney D’Angelo.

Započnite dan vodom

Čak i ako niste među onima koji doručkuju, nekoliko čaša vode natašte može spriječiti prejedanje u nastavku dana.

“Hidracija je jednostavan i efektan način za pomoći si pri mršavljenju. Ponekad, kada mislite da ste gladni, zapravo ste samo žedni, posebno ujutro. Započnite svoj dan s dvije čaše vode. Ovo će pomoći da ostanete hidrirani i da ne zamijenite žeđ s gladi”, kaže nutricionistica Kristen Fleming.

“Od svih makronutrijenata, tijelu najdulje treba da probavi masti i one su najzasitnije. Ako ih potpuno eliminirate iz prehrane, stalno ćete biti gladni. Uključite u prehranu izvore zdravih masti poput avokada, maslinovog ulja, sjemenski i sira i to u svakom obroku kako biste smanjili glad koju biste mogli osjećati u danu”, kaže nutricionistica Kayla Girgen.

Više spavajte

Mršavljenje se ne vrti samo oko toga koliko jedete i koliko vježbate. Količina sna također je bitan faktor.

Umjesto da se koncentrirate na namirnice koje morate izbaciti da biste smršavjeli, koncentrirajte se na to da jedete više onih dobrih i zdravih, poput povrća koje ima jako malo kalorija.

“Povrće vas dulje drži sitima zbog vlakana i vode koje sadrži”, kaže nutricionistica Courtney D’Angelo.

Čak i ako niste među onima koji doručkuju, nekoliko čaša vode natašte može spriječiti prejedanje u nastavku dana.

“Hidracija je jednostavan i efektan način za pomoći si pri mršavljenju. Ponekad, kada mislite da ste gladni, zapravo ste samo žedni, posebno ujutro. Započnite svoj dan s dvije čaše vode. Ovo će pomoći da ostanete hidrirani i da ne zamijenite žeđ s gladi”, kaže nutricionistica Kristen Fleming.

Žvačite sporije

Jedenje hrane zbog koje ste dulje siti ključ je mršavljenja. Uz to, bitno je da vam prioritet budu zdrave masti.

“Od svih makronutrijenata, tijelu najdulje treba da probavi masti i one su najzasitnije. Ako ih potpuno eliminirate iz prehrane, stalno ćete biti gladni. “Ako se odmorite dovoljno vaše tijelo je pod stresom što negativno djeluje na hormone uključene u proces mršavljenja. Prigušite svjetla i ne buljite u ekran 30 do 60 minuta prije spavanja. Probajte čitati, istegnuti se ili popiti šalicu vrućeg čaja kako biste se opustili”, kaže Girgen.

Vodite dnevnik jedenja

Lako je izgubiti se ako napamet pokušavate pratiti što sve jedete, stoga je lakše zapisivati i voditi dnevnik jedenja.

“Studija iz 2019. godine pokazala je da vođenje dnevnika obroka, pogotovo ako je on s fotkama, doprinosti gubitku većeg broja kilograma. To ljudima pomaže da shvate kako biti u kalorijskom deficitu i potiče ih na promišljanje o tome što jedu”, kaže nutricionistica Sarah Williams za Eat this.

Povećajte unos povrća

Umjesto da se koncentrirate na namirnice koje morate izbaciti da biste smršavjeli, koncentrirajte se na to da jedete više onih dobrih i zdravih, poput povrća koje ima jako malo kalorija.

“Povrće vas dulje drži sitima zbog vlakana i vode koje sadrži”, kaže nutricionistica Courtney D’Angelo.

“Ako se mučite s unosom povrća, pokušate ga napraviti malo zabavnijim. Umjesto špageta napravite rezance od povrća ili jednostavno dodajte zeleno povrće smoothiejima”, dodaje.
