Dr. Amir Khan upozorava da je rak mokraćnog mjehura vrsta tumora o kojoj se najmanje govori unatoč tome što je incidencija raka mokraćnog mjehura u porastu u gotovo svim zemljama svijeta, a naročito u Sjevernoj Americi i Europi. Rak mokraćnog mjehura predstavlja 5 posto ukupne incidencije od malignih bolesti kod muškaraca te 2 posto kod žena u Hrvatskoj, otprilike kao i u ostatku svijeta, a to nisu male brojke, piše Živim.

Objasnio je kako je, kao i kod drugih vrsta tumora, i u slučaju raka mokraćnog mjehura ključno prepoznati bolest što ranije, no problem je u tome što se simptomi često mogu zamijeniti za nešto drugo te zanemariti. Stoga je dr. Amir na svom Instagram profilu upozorio pratitelje na 11 upozoravajućih znakova ove potencijalno smrtonosne bolesti.

- Znakovi i simptomi koji ukazuju na rak mokraćnog mjehura mogu se zamijeniti za simptome infekcije mokraćnog trakta ili za žučne kamence. A te su bolesti mnogo češće i njihovi se simptomi preklapaju s onima raka mokraćnog mjehura. Zato je vrlo važno upozoriti ljude kada bi svakako trebali otići liječniku zbog simptoma koje primijete - upozorava dr. Amir koji kaže da je krv u mokraći najčešći simptom raka mokraćnog mjehura te da ona može biti crvena, narančasta, roskasta ili smeđa te se pojavljivati i nestajati.

Obično nije praćena bolovima, ali to nije uvijek pravilo. Drugi rani simptomi za koje bi svi trebali znati su bol prilikom mokrenja, češće mokrenje ili iznenadni nagon na mokrenje koji ne možete kontrolirati. Kako bolest napreduje, mogu se javiti i drugi simptomi. Liječnik kaže da treba obratiti pažnju na bol u području trbuha, oticanje nogu te bol sa strane leđa u kasnijim stadijima bolesti. S vremenom se rak širu u druge dijelove tijela, uzrokujući nove znakove, poput boli u kostima, umora, gubitka apetita i tjelesne težine.

- Ključno je otkriti rak mokraćnog mjehura što ranije pa, stoga, primijetite li krv u mokraći, neovisno o tome koliko je mala količina i je li se pojavila samo jednom i nikad više, ne odgađajte odlazak liječniku - upozorava dr. Amir.

Dr. Amir Khan upozorava da je rak mokraćnog mjehura vrsta tumora o kojoj se najmanje govori unatoč tome što je incidencija raka mokraćnog mjehura u porastu u gotovo svim zemljama svijeta, a naročito u Sjevernoj Americi i Europi. Rak mokraćnog mjehura predstavlja 5 posto ukupne incidencije od malignih bolesti kod muškaraca te 2 posto kod žena u Hrvatskoj, otprilike kao i u ostatku svijeta, a to nisu male brojke, piše Živim.

Objasnio je kako je, kao i kod drugih vrsta tumora, i u slučaju raka mokraćnog mjehura ključno prepoznati bolest što ranije, no problem je u tome što se simptomi često mogu zamijeniti za nešto drugo te zanemariti. Stoga je dr. Amir na svom Instagram profilu upozorio pratitelje na 11 upozoravajućih znakova ove potencijalno smrtonosne bolesti.

- Znakovi i simptomi koji ukazuju na rak mokraćnog mjehura mogu se zamijeniti za simptome infekcije mokraćnog trakta ili za žučne kamence. A te su bolesti mnogo češće i njihovi se simptomi preklapaju s onima raka mokraćnog mjehura. Zato je vrlo važno upozoriti ljude kada bi svakako trebali otići liječniku zbog simptoma koje primijete - upozorava dr. Dr. Amir Khan upozorava da je rak mokraćnog mjehura vrsta tumora o kojoj se najmanje govori unatoč tome što je incidencija raka mokraćnog mjehura u porastu u gotovo svim zemljama svijeta, a naročito u Sjevernoj Americi i Europi. Rak mokraćnog mjehura predstavlja 5 posto ukupne incidencije od malignih bolesti kod muškaraca te 2 posto kod žena u Hrvatskoj, otprilike kao i u ostatku svijeta, a to nisu male brojke, piše Živim.

Objasnio je kako je, kao i kod drugih vrsta tumora, i u slučaju raka mokraćnog mjehura ključno prepoznati bolest što ranije, no problem je u tome što se simptomi često mogu zamijeniti za nešto drugo te zanemariti. Stoga je dr. Amir na svom Instagram profilu upozorio pratitelje na 11 upozoravajućih znakova ove potencijalno smrtonosne bolesti.
