Možda je bilo pod tušem. Ili dok ste bili odjeveni. Možda je to bilo u liječničkoj ordinaciji. Gdje god se nalazili kad ste našli kvržicu u dojci, imali ste isti strah: je li to rak dojke?

Dobra je vijest da vjerojatno nije. Većina promjena dojki, uključujući kvržice, nisu kancerogene. Važno je što prije posjetiti liječnika. Postoje mnogi razlozi koji mogu objasniti promjene vaših dojki. Neke od najčešćih su fibroza, ciste i dobroćudni ("benigni") tumori, piše Sv. Katarina.

Fibroza i ciste

Fibroza opisuje čvrstoću ili zadebljanje vezivnog tkiva dojke. To je prirodno, uobičajeno i obično uzrokovano hormonskim promjenama koje se odnose na vaš menstrualni ciklus.

Ukoliko imate neredovit menstrualni ciklus ili bilo kakve nedoumice vezane uz isti, javite nam se s povjerenjem i dogovorite termin za ginekološki pregled.

Ciste su vrećice ispunjene tekućinom koje se formiraju unutar grudi. Općenito su bezopasne, ali mogu biti bolne. Cista sadrži tekućinu, a ukoliko izgleda da ima čvrste (solidne) dijelove, možda će biti potrebna dodatna obrada.

Međutim, teško je utvrditi je li kvržica zapravo samo bezopasna cista. Samo fizički pregled nije dovoljan. Neke od ovih kvržica mogu se ispitati ultrazvukom ili mamografima (rtg X-zrake); veličina, oblik, rubovi i struktura kvržica mogu pomoći liječniku da utvrdi jesu li dobroćudne ili zloćudne. Neke kvržice zahtjevaju citološku punkciju ili biopsiju, u kojoj se uzorak tekućine i/ili tkiva uzima iz kvržice tankom, šupljom iglom i pregledava pod mikroskopom.

Kvržice i područja zadebljanja uzrokovana fibrozom i cistima gotovo su uvijek bezopasne. Iako su ove fibrocistične promjene tkiva dojke nazvane mastopatijom ili fibrocističnom bolesti dojke, one su vrlo česte i obično ne ukazuju na zdravstvene probleme. Vaši se simptomi mogu pogoršati tek prije početka menstrualnog razdoblja. Liječnici mogu propisati lijekove koji mogu pomoći smanjiti ili ublažiti simptome ako su promjene bolne ili neugodne, ali daljnje liječenje rijetko je potrebno. Ako imate bolne ciste može ih isprazniti izvlačenjem tekućine iglom, no one se mogu napuniti s vremenom.

Benigni tumori dojke

Benigni tumori su ne-kancerozna područja gdje su stanice dojke porasle abnormalno i brzo, često formirajući kvržicu. Za razliku od cista koje su napunjene tekućinom, tumori su čvrsti. Ove grudice ili mase nisu opasne i ne šire se od grudi do drugih organa. Ukoliko je benigni tumor velik može promijeniti dimenziju i oblik dojke. Ako raste u tkivu mliječnih kanala, može uzrokovati abnormalno pražnjenje bradavice-iscjedak. Dobroćudni tumor može biti bolan, neugodan ili relativno neprimjetan. Ovisno o vrsti, veličini, broju i učincima tih vrsta tumora, liječnici mogu ili ne moraju preporučiti operaciju za uklanjanje. Neki benigni tipovi tumora dojke imaju rizik od razvoja karcinoma dojke. Ako vam je dijagnosticiran jedan od benignih tumora, razgovarajte sa svojim liječnikom o preventivnim mjerama koje možete poduzeti kako biste smanjili rizik od razvoja raka dojke.

Dijagnostički genetički test uz obiteljsku anamnezu može dati informacije u pojašnjenju individualnog rizika, potkrijepiti kliničku dijagnozu i odrediti individualni pristup liječenju. 

Proaktivni genetički test za zloćudne bolesti koji se provodi u našoj bolnici analizira preko 145 gena. Test analizira najznačajnije genske mutacije koje su povezane s povećanim rizikom od razvoja nasljednih oblika zloćudnih bolesti niza organa.

Ako otkrijete abnormalne promjene dojki ?

Vaš liječnik preporučuje radiološki pregled kako bi utvrdio prirodu vaših promjena dojki. Ovi postupci mogu uključivati ultrazvučni, mamografski pregled ili MR pregled. Radiolog nakon pregleda može preporučiti citološku punkciju ili biopsiju, piše Sv. Katarina.

Možda je bilo pod tušem. Ili dok ste bili odjeveni. Možda je to bilo u liječničkoj ordinaciji. Gdje god se nalazili kad ste našli kvržicu u dojci, imali ste isti strah: je li to rak dojke?

Dobra je vijest da vjerojatno nije. Većina promjena dojki, uključujući kvržice, nisu kancerogene. Važno je što prije posjetiti liječnika. Postoje mnogi razlozi koji mogu objasniti promjene vaših dojki. Neke od najčešćih su fibroza, ciste i dobroćudni ("benigni") tumori, piše Sv. Katarina.

Fibroza i ciste

Fibroza opisuje čvrstoću ili zadebljanje vezivnog tkiva dojke. To je prirodno, uobičajeno i obično uzrokovano hormonskim promjenama koje se odnose na vaš menstrualni ciklus.

Ukoliko imate neredovit menstrualni ciklus ili bilo kakve nedoumice vezane uz isti, javite nam se s povjerenjem i dogovorite termin za ginekološki pregled.

Ciste su vrećice ispunjene tekućinom koje se formiraju unutar grudi. Općenito su bezopasne, ali mogu biti bolne. Cista sadrži tekućinu, a ukoliko izgleda da ima čvrste (solidne) dijelove, možda će biti potrebna dodatna obrada.

Međutim, teško je utvrditi je li kvržica zapravo samo bezopasna cista. Samo fizički pregled nije dovoljan. Neke od ovih kvržica mogu se ispitati ultrazvukom ili mamografima (rtg X-zrake); veličina, oblik, rubovi i struktura kvržica mogu pomoći liječniku da utvrdi jesu li dobroćudne ili zloćudne. Neke kvržice zahtjevaju citološku punkciju ili biopsiju, u kojoj se uzorak tekućine i/ili tkiva uzima iz kvržice tankom, šupljom iglom i pregledava pod mikroskopom.

Kvržice i područja zadebljanja uzrokovana fibrozom i cistima gotovo su uvijek bezopasne. Iako su ove fibrocistične promjene tkiva dojke nazvane mastopatijom ili fibrocističnom bolesti dojke, one su vrlo česte i obično ne ukazuju na zdravstvene probleme. Vaši se simptomi mogu pogoršati tek prije početka menstrualnog razdoblja. Liječnici mogu propisati lijekove koji mogu pomoći smanjiti ili ublažiti simptome ako su promjene bolne ili neugodne, ali daljnje liječenje rijetko je potrebno. Ako imate bolne ciste može ih isprazniti izvlačenjem tekućine iglom, no one se mogu napuniti s vremenom.

Benigni tumori dojke

Benigni tumori su ne-kancerozna područja gdje su stanice dojke porasle abnormalno i brzo, često formirajući kvržicu. Za razliku od cista koje su napunjene tekućinom, tumori su čvrsti. Ove grudice ili mase nisu opasne i ne šire se od grudi do drugih organa. Ukoliko je benigni tumor velik može promijeniti dimenziju i oblik dojke. Ako raste u tkivu mliječnih kanala, može uzrokovati abnormalno pražnjenje bradavice-iscjedak. Dobroćudni tumor može biti bolan, neugodan ili relativno neprimjetan. Ovisno o vrsti, veličini, broju i učincima tih vrsta tumora, liječnici mogu ili ne moraju preporučiti operaciju za uklanjanje. Neki benigni tipovi tumora dojke imaju rizik od razvoja karcinoma dojke. Ako vam je dijagnosticiran jedan od benignih tumora, razgovarajte sa svojim liječnikom o preventivnim mjerama koje možete poduzeti kako biste smanjili rizik od razvoja raka dojke.

Dijagnostički genetički test uz obiteljsku anamnezu može dati informacije u pojašnjenju individualnog rizika, potkrijepiti kliničku dijagnozu i odrediti individualni pristup liječenju. 

Proaktivni genetički test za zloćudne bolesti koji se provodi u našoj bolnici analizira preko 145 gena. Test analizira najznačajnije genske mutacije koje su povezane s povećanim rizikom od razvoja nasljednih oblika zloćudnih bolesti niza organa.

Ako otkrijete abnormalne promjene dojki ?

Vaš liječnik preporučuje radiološki pregled kako bi utvrdio prirodu vaših promjena dojki. Ovi postupci mogu uključivati ultrazvučni, mamografski pregled ili MR pregled. Radiolog nakon pregleda može preporučiti citološku punkciju ili biopsiju, piše Sv. Katarina.

Možda je bilo pod tušem. Ili dok ste bili odjeveni. Možda je to bilo u liječničkoj ordinaciji. Gdje god se nalazili kad ste našli kvržicu u dojci, imali ste isti strah: je li to rak dojke?

Dobra je vijest da vjerojatno nije. Većina promjena dojki, uključujući kvržice, nisu kancerogene. Važno je što prije posjetiti liječnika. Postoje mnogi razlozi koji mogu objasniti promjene vaših dojki. Neke od najčešćih su fibroza, ciste i dobroćudni ("benigni") tumori, piše Sv. Katarina.

Fibroza i ciste

Fibroza opisuje čvrstoću ili zadebljanje vezivnog tkiva dojke. To je prirodno, uobičajeno i obično uzrokovano hormonskim promjenama koje se odnose na vaš menstrualni ciklus.
