Američki Centri za kontrolu i prevenciju bolesti (CDC) ne vide vezu između upale srčanog mišića, miokarditisa, i cjepiva protiv covida-19, izjavila je u utorak direktorica CDC-a Rochelle Walensky.

"Nismo vidjeli znak, a zapravo smo ga hotimice tražili u više od 200 milijuna doza koje smo dali", rekla je Walensky na brifingu za novinare.

Ona je izjavila da je CDC u kontaktu s američkim ministarstvom obrane vezano uz istragu 14 slučajeva upale srčanog mišića ili miokarditisa kod osoba koje su cijepljene u vojnim zdravstvenim ustanovama.

Izraelsko ministarstvo zdravstva priopćilo je u nedjelju da istražuje mali broj slučajeva miokraditisa kod ljudi koji su primili Pfizerovo cjepivo, ali zasad nije izvuklo nikakve zaključke.

Većina slučajeva u Izraelu zabilježena je među ljudima u dobi do 30 godina.

Pfizer je objavio da nije uočio češću pojavu miokarditisa kod cijepljenih osoba u odnosu na opću populaciju.

Izraelski koordinator za odgovor na pandemiju Nachman Ash kazao je da preliminarna studija pokazuje "desetke slučajeva" miokarditisa među više od pet milijuna cijepljenih osoba, uglavnom nakon druge doze.

Ash je kazao kako je nejasno radi li se o neuobičajeno visokom broju i je li povezano s cjepivom.

"Ministarstvo zdravstva trenutno ispituje postoji li veća učestalost bolesti i može li se pripisati cjepivu", rekao je Ash.

Dokazati vezu bilo bi teško jer miokarditis, stanje koje često prolazi bez komplikacija, može biti izazvano nizom drugih virusa, a sličan broj slučajeva bio je prijavljen ranijih godina.

Američki Centri za kontrolu i prevenciju bolesti (CDC) ne vide vezu između upale srčanog mišića, miokarditisa, i cjepiva protiv covida-19, izjavila je u utorak direktorica CDC-a Rochelle Walensky.

"Nismo vidjeli znak, a zapravo smo ga hotimice tražili u više od 200 milijuna doza koje smo dali", rekla je Walensky na brifingu za novinare.

Ona je izjavila da je CDC u kontaktu s američkim ministarstvom obrane vezano uz istragu 14 slučajeva upale srčanog mišića ili miokarditisa kod osoba koje su cijepljene u vojnim zdravstvenim ustanovama.

Izraelsko ministarstvo zdravstva priopćilo je u nedjelju da istražuje mali broj slučajeva miokraditisa kod ljudi koji su primili Pfizerovo cjepivo, ali zasad nije izvuklo nikakve zaključke.

Većina slučajeva u Izraelu zabilježena je među ljudima u dobi do 30 godina.

Pfizer je objavio da nije uočio češću pojavu miokarditisa kod cijepljenih osoba u odnosu na opću populaciju.

Izraelski koordinator za odgovor na pandemiju Nachman Ash kazao je da preliminarna studija pokazuje "desetke slučajeva" miokarditisa među više od pet milijuna cijepljenih osoba, uglavnom nakon druge doze.

Ash je kazao kako je nejasno radi li se o neuobičajeno visokom broju i je li povezano s cjepivom.

"Ministarstvo zdravstva trenutno ispituje postoji li veća učestalost bolesti i može li se pripisati cjepivu", rekao je Ash.

Dokazati vezu bilo bi teško jer miokarditis, stanje koje često prolazi bez komplikacija, može biti izazvano nizom drugih virusa, a sličan broj slučajeva bio je prijavljen ranijih godina.

Američki Centri za kontrolu i prevenciju bolesti (CDC) ne vide vezu između upale srčanog mišića, miokarditisa, i cjepiva protiv covida-19, izjavila je u utorak direktorica CDC-a Rochelle Walensky.

"Nismo vidjeli znak, a zapravo smo ga hotimice tražili u više od 200 milijuna doza koje smo dali", rekla je Walensky na brifingu za novinare.

Ona je izjavila da je CDC u kontaktu s američkim ministarstvom obrane vezano uz istragu 14 slučajeva upale srčanog mišića ili miokarditisa kod osoba koje su cijepljene u vojnim zdravstvenim ustanovama.

Izraelsko ministarstvo zdravstva priopćilo je u nedjelju da istražuje mali broj slučajeva miokraditisa kod ljudi koji su primili Pfizerovo cjepivo, ali zasad nije izvuklo nikakve zaključke.
