Lubin je kvalitetan, lako dostupan i, ako imate sreće, relativno povoljan. Zašto ga ne biste pripremili za ručak? Ako ste počeli grintati da vam je dosadan, da ajme zašto uvik neka riba, šta više s njom i tako u tom stilu, poklopit ćemo vas i to ekspresno - jednim odličnim receptom. Prema njemu je lubina prije pečenja, u pećnici ili na grilu, kako vam drago, potrebno napuniti. Mislite li sad nešto u stilu a neš ti velike mudrosti pričekajte malo dok vidite recept. Ova je kombinacija baš jako dobra i učinit će čuda za okus. Nema šanse da će netko zagunđati nešto o dosadi.
Nadjeveni lubin
Sastojci:
2 cijela lubina
500 g mladog krumpira
200 ml bijelog vina
200 g umaka od rajčice
50 ml maslinovog ulja
35 g maslaca
2 češnja češnjaka
1 lukovica koromača
1 limun
1 žličica svježeg kopra
1 žličica peršina
1 žličica svježeg bosiljka
1 žličica metvice
1 žličica sjemenki koromača
1 žličica kapara
sol, papar
Priprema:
Na ulju i žlici maslaca prodinstajte nasjeckani koromač, dodajte lagano zgnječene sjemenke koromača i usitnjeni češnjak i pirjajte par minuta dok lukovica ne omekša i postane zlatnosmeđa.
U međuvremenu kuhajte krumpir oko 5 minuta pa ga ocijedite.
Začinsko bilje sitno nasjeckajte i pomiješajte s ostatkom maslaca.
Zagrijte pećnicu na 190 stupnjeva.
Očišćenu ribu posušite kuhinjskim papirom pa je joj utrobu premažite maslacem sa začinima i nadjenite koromačem i kriškama limuna. Dodatno zarežite jednu stranu ribe sve do kosti pa utore napunite maslacem sa začinima.
Na dno posude za pečenje posložite krumpire, dodajte im kapare, rajčice i vino pa na vrh posložite ribu. Prekrijte sve folijom i stavite peći oko pola sata.

Lubin je kvalitetan, lako dostupan i, ako imate sreće, relativno povoljan. Zašto ga ne biste pripremili za ručak? Ako ste počeli grintati da vam je dosadan, da ajme zašto uvik neka riba, šta više s njom i tako u tom stilu, poklopit ćemo vas i to ekspresno - jednim odličnim receptom. Prema njemu je lubina prije pečenja, u pećnici ili na grilu, kako vam drago, potrebno napuniti. Mislite li sad nešto u stilu a neš ti velike mudrosti pričekajte malo dok vidite recept. Ova je kombinacija baš jako dobra i učinit će čuda za okus. Nema šanse da će netko zagunđati nešto o dosadi.
Nadjeveni lubin
Sastojci:
2 cijela lubina
500 g mladog krumpira
200 ml bijelog vina
200 g umaka od rajčice
50 ml maslinovog ulja
35 g maslaca
2 češnja češnjaka
1 lukovica koromača
1 limun
1 žličica svježeg kopra
1 žličica peršina
1 žličica svježeg bosiljka
1 žličica metvice
1 žličica sjemenki koromača
1 žličica kapara
sol, papar
Priprema:
Na ulju i žlici maslaca prodinstajte nasjeckani koromač, dodajte lagano zgnječene sjemenke koromača i usitnjeni češnjak i pirjajte par minuta dok lukovica ne omekša i postane zlatnosmeđa.
U međuvremenu kuhajte krumpir oko 5 minuta pa ga ocijedite.
Začinsko bilje sitno nasjeckajte i pomiješajte s ostatkom maslaca.
Zagrijte pećnicu na 190 stupnjeva.
Očišćenu ribu posušite kuhinjskim papirom pa je joj utrobu premažite maslacem sa začinima i nadjenite koromačem i kriškama limuna. Dodatno zarežite jednu stranu ribe sve do kosti pa utore napunite maslacem sa začinima.
Na dno posude za pečenje posložite krumpire, dodajte im kapare, rajčice i vino pa na vrh posložite ribu. Prekrijte sve folijom i stavite peći oko pola sata.
