Slučajevi bolesti opasne za život za pse prvo su se pojavili u Oregonu, ali zatim i Indiani, Illinoisu, Washingtonu, Idahu, Kaliforniji i Nevadi. Više od 100 slučajeva bolesti pasa pojavilo se od kolovoza počevši u Portlandu. Veterinari pod simptome bolesti navode kašljanje, kihanje i letargiju kod pasa. Dodaju kako se zdravi pasi zaraze u kontaku sa zaraženim psim u psećim parkovima i salonima za šišanje pasa. Veterinari su zaključili kako se bolest razvija u tri različita smjera. Kašalj srednjeg inteziteta koji traje više od šest tjedana, pri čemu psi ne jedva ili uopće ne reagiraju na antibiotike, zatim kronična upala pluća pri kojoj psi uopće ne ragiraju na antibiotike i smrtonosna upala pluća prilikom koje zaraženi psi uginu u roku od 32 sata.

Veterinari upozoravaju vlasnike pasa da redovito cijepe svoje kućne ljubimce cjepivom protiv pseće gripe, virusa Bordetelle i virusa pseće parainfluence.

Dr. Lindsey Ganzer upozorila je vlasnike kućnih ljubimaca da ne idu s njima na putovanja, pogotovo avionom kao i da izbjegavaju da psi piju vodu iz zdjelica u javnosti, piše Daily Mail.

Slučajevi bolesti opasne za život za pse prvo su se pojavili u Oregonu, ali zatim i Indiani, Illinoisu, Washingtonu, Idahu, Kaliforniji i Nevadi. Više od 100 slučajeva bolesti pasa pojavilo se od kolovoza počevši u Portlandu. Veterinari pod simptome bolesti navode kašljanje, kihanje i letargiju kod pasa. Dodaju kako se zdravi pasi zaraze u kontaku sa zaraženim psim u psećim parkovima i salonima za šišanje pasa. Veterinari su zaključili kako se bolest razvija u tri različita smjera. Kašalj srednjeg inteziteta koji traje više od šest tjedana, pri čemu psi ne jedva ili uopće ne reagiraju na antibiotike, zatim kronična upala pluća pri kojoj psi uopće ne ragiraju na antibiotike i smrtonosna upala pluća prilikom koje zaraženi psi uginu u roku od 32 sata.

Veterinari upozoravaju vlasnike pasa da redovito cijepe svoje kućne ljubimce cjepivom protiv pseće gripe, virusa Bordetelle i virusa pseće parainfluence.

Dr. Lindsey Ganzer upozorila je vlasnike kućnih ljubimaca da ne idu s njima na putovanja, pogotovo avionom kao i da izbjegavaju da psi piju vodu iz zdjelica u javnosti, piše Daily Mail.

Slučajevi bolesti opasne za život za pse prvo su se pojavili u Oregonu, ali zatim i Indiani, Illinoisu, Washingtonu, Idahu, Kaliforniji i Nevadi. Više od 100 slučajeva bolesti pasa pojavilo se od kolovoza počevši u Portlandu. Veterinari pod simptome bolesti navode kašljanje, kihanje i letargiju kod pasa. Dodaju kako se zdravi pasi zaraze u kontaku sa zaraženim psim u psećim parkovima i salonima za šišanje pasa. Veterinari su zaključili kako se bolest razvija u tri različita smjera. Kašalj srednjeg inteziteta koji traje više od šest tjedana, pri čemu psi ne jedva ili uopće ne reagiraju na antibiotike, zatim kronična upala pluća pri kojoj psi uopće ne ragiraju na antibiotike i smrtonosna upala pluća prilikom koje zaraženi psi uginu u roku od 32 sata.

Veterinari upozoravaju vlasnike pasa da redovito cijepe svoje kućne ljubimce cjepivom protiv pseće gripe, virusa Bordetelle i virusa pseće parainfluence.

Dr. Lindsey Ganzer upozorila je vlasnike kućnih ljubimaca da ne idu s njima na putovanja, pogotovo avionom kao i da izbjegavaju da psi piju vodu iz zdjelica u javnosti, piše Daily Mail.
