I ove sezone imamo priliku čitati o previsokim cijenama na hrvatskoj obali Jadrana. Slučaj s talijanske strane pokazuje da u takvoj praksi nismo jedini.
Jedan je turist ostao neugodno iznenađen nakon što je dobio račun u jednom restoranu na jezeru Como. Njemu su, naime, naplatili dva eura više zato što su mu sendvič koji je naručio prerezali na pola.
Neimenovani muškarac, koji je u regiju jezera Como stigao iz obližnjeg Milana, naručio je vegetarijanski sendvič punjen pomfritom u Pace baru. Nakon što ga je pojeo, šokirao se kada je otkrio neželjeno povećanje cijene na svome računu.
Račun je podmirio bez pritužbe osoblju, ali je kasnije objavio negativnu recenziju na TripAdvisoru, piše Jutarnji list.

Nezadovoljni gost objasnio je da je naručio sendvič kako bi ga mogao podijeliti s prijateljem, ali nikada nisu zatražili da ga osoblje restorana prereže na polovice.
"Nevjerojatno, ali istinito", napisao je muškarac uz fotografiju računa na TripAdvisoru. Na njemu se može vidjeti da je cijena sendviča 7,50 eura, Coca Cola košta 3,50, voda 1,50 i espresso 1,2o eura, a tu je i sporna ‘diviso da meta‘, naknada za rezanje sendviča koja iznosi 2 eura.
Muškarac je restoranu dao jednu zvjezdicu na TripAdvisoru, što je ocjena koja je daleko od prosječne četiri i pol zvjezdice - na temelju više od 100 recenzija.
Vlasnica ponudila objašnjenje
Vlasnica restorana branila se kad su je pitali za spornu naknadu.
"Dodatni zahtjevi imaju cijenu", rekla je vlasnica Cristina Biacchi za talijanske novine La Repubblica.
"Morali smo koristiti dva tanjura umjesto jednog i vrijeme za njihovo pranje se udvostručuje, a zatim i dva podmetača. Nije to bio običan tostirani sendvič, unutra je bio i pomfrit. Trebalo nam je vremena da ga prepolovimo."
Također je napomenula da se kupac nije žalio niti dovodio u pitanje naplatu te je pojasnila da bi uklonila naplatu s računa da se netko pobunio.

Ova praksa nije neuobičajena u skupim gradovima i popularnim turističkim destinacijama u SAD-u, gdje se ponekad naplaćuje dijeljenje obroka. Neki restorani u New Yorku čak i zabranjuju dijeljenje porcije.
Budući da je ova priča o iznenadnoj naknadi za uslugu postala viralna, TripAdvisor je bio prisiljen pauzirati recenzije za navedeni restoran, koji se našao na udaru ljutitih komentara.
"Zbog nedavnog događaja koji je privukao pozornost medija i izazvao priljev recenzija koje ne opisuju iskustvo iz prve ruke, privremeno smo obustavili objavljivanje novih recenzija za ovaj objekt", navodi se na web stranici, piše Jutarnji list.

I ove sezone imamo priliku čitati o previsokim cijenama na hrvatskoj obali Jadrana. Slučaj s talijanske strane pokazuje da u takvoj praksi nismo jedini.
Jedan je turist ostao neugodno iznenađen nakon što je dobio račun u jednom restoranu na jezeru Como. Njemu su, naime, naplatili dva eura više zato što su mu sendvič koji je naručio prerezali na pola.
Neimenovani muškarac, koji je u regiju jezera Como stigao iz obližnjeg Milana, naručio je vegetarijanski sendvič punjen pomfritom u Pace baru. Nakon što ga je pojeo, šokirao se kada je otkrio neželjeno povećanje cijene na svome računu.
Račun je podmirio bez pritužbe osoblju, ali je kasnije objavio negativnu recenziju na TripAdvisoru, piše Jutarnji list.

Nezadovoljni gost objasnio je da je naručio sendvič kako bi ga mogao podijeliti s prijateljem, ali nikada nisu zatražili da ga osoblje restorana prereže na polovice.
"Nevjerojatno, ali istinito", napisao je muškarac uz fotografiju računa na TripAdvisoru. Na njemu se može vidjeti da je cijena sendviča 7,50 eura, Coca Cola košta 3,50, voda 1,50 i espresso 1,2o eura, a tu je i sporna ‘diviso da meta‘, naknada za rezanje sendviča koja iznosi 2 eura.
Muškarac je restoranu dao jednu zvjezdicu na TripAdvisoru, što je ocjena koja je daleko od prosječne četiri i pol zvjezdice - na temelju više od 100 recenzija.
Vlasnica ponudila objašnjenje
Vlasnica restorana branila se kad su je pitali za spornu naknadu.
"Dodatni zahtjevi imaju cijenu", rekla je vlasnica Cristina Biacchi za talijanske novine La Repubblica.
"Morali smo koristiti dva tanjura umjesto jednog i vrijeme za njihovo pranje se udvostručuje, a zatim i dva podmetača. Nije to bio običan tostirani sendvič, unutra je bio i pomfrit. Trebalo nam je vremena da ga prepolovimo."
Također je napomenula da se kupac nije žalio niti dovodio u pitanje naplatu te je pojasnila da bi uklonila naplatu s računa da se netko pobunio.

Ova praksa nije neuobičajena u skupim gradovima i popularnim turističkim destinacijama u SAD-u, gdje se ponekad naplaćuje dijeljenje obroka. Neki restorani u New Yorku čak i zabranjuju dijeljenje porcije.
Budući da je ova priča o iznenadnoj naknadi za uslugu postala viralna, TripAdvisor je bio prisiljen pauzirati recenzije za navedeni restoran, koji se našao na udaru ljutitih komentara.
"Zbog nedavnog događaja koji je privukao pozornost medija i izazvao priljev recenzija koje ne opisuju iskustvo iz prve ruke, privremeno smo obustavili objavljivanje novih recenzija za ovaj objekt", navodi se na web stranici, piše Jutarnji list.
