Pokrenute su dvije nove antitrustovske tužbe protiv Googlea, što znači da ih je skupa s onom iz listopada sada ukupno tri i to samo u 2020. u nekoliko mjeseci. Svaka od tužbi pokriva neki drugi segment djelovanja pretraživačkog giganta, međutim sve navode isto, a to je da se koristio praksama uništavanja konkurencije na štetu korisnika kako bi sebi osigurao tržište.

Tehnološki divovi godinama su smatrani zaslužnima za svoja bogatstva zahvaljujući inteligenciji, inovativnosti i hrabrosti. Uostalom, lakše je zavidjeti nekom bogatom glumcu nego štreberu s Harvarda koji se naglo obogatio zahvaljujući čudnim kompjuterskim programima, aplikacijama i slično. Prije 15 godina taj svijet je običnom čovjeku bio do te mjere stran, da se takvim genijalcima gotovo pa klanjalo s obzirom na to da su radili ono što nitko drugi ne može. Međutim na njihovu nesreću, pokazalo se da može. Nije potreban Bill Gatesov IQ da bi se složilo kod ili upravljalo robotom, pa to rade već i srednjoškolci. Nikako ne treba obezvrjeđivati to vrlo korisno zanimanje, ali je uočljiv pravi boom u IT sektoru i kod nas, a kamo li u svijetu. Kompanije Silicijske doline nisu više bile nedodirljive zbog unikatne mogućnosti da kreiraju inovacije, toga su i same postale svjesne, ostale su nedodirljive jer su stvorile monopole.

Koalicija od 38 država pokrenula je u četvrtak tužbu  za uništavanje konkurencije protiv Googlea usredotočujući se na dizajn tražilice tehnološkog diva. 

-Google se nalazi na sjecištu toliko mnogo područja naše digitalne ekonomije. Iskoristio je svoju dominaciju kako bi ilegalno zgnječio konkurente, nadzirao gotovo svaki aspekt našeg digitalnog života i zaradio milijarde, rekla je newyorška demokratska državna odvjetnica Letitia James u izjavi za medije u četvrtak, a prenosi Gizmodo.

Googleov direktor ekonomskog sektora Adam Cohen odgovorio je na tužbu. 

-Znamo da je nadzor velikih tvrtki važan i spremni smo odgovoriti na pitanja i riješiti eventualne probleme. Ali ovom se tužbom želi redizajnirati pretraživanje na načine koji bi Amerikancima oduzeli korisne informacije i naštetili poslovnim mogućnostima da se izravno povežu s kupcima. Radujemo se što ćemo taj slučaj iznijeti na sudu, a pritom ćemo ostati usredotočeni na pružanje visokokvalitetnog iskustva pretraživanja za naše korisnike.

U tužbi se pak tvrdi da Google koristi svoju tržišnu snagu i sposobnost da iz rezultata pretraživanja izbaci određene web stranice i lokacije. Zahvaljujući svojoj monopolskoj moći također uzima enormne količine privatnih podataka koje može upotrijebiti i protiv onih od kojih ih je uzeo. Google zatim prodaje oglase, ali, navodno, nepotrebno i isključivo u svrhu uništenja konkurencije ograničava njihovu korisnost.

Ministarstvo pravosuđa također je u listopadu podnijelo vlastitu tužbu, zajedno s 11 državnih odvjetnika, usredotočivši se na Googleove ekskluzivne ugovore s proizvođačima pametnih telefona Android i Apple oko toga da njegova tražilica bude automatski zadana na mobitelu. a kasnije je malo tko mijenja.

Tužba koja stiže iz Teksasa najširi je slučaj do sada koji se usredotočava na Googleovu oglasnu mašineriju, a iz tužbe je jasno da je kompanija koristeći svoju tražilicu ucjenjivala oglašivače kao i one na čijim stranicama se oglasi prikazuju. Puni potencijal oglasa može se postići samo koristeći isključivo njihove alate. Kroz proteklo desetljeće utječući na oba krajnja korisnika Google Ads Manager postao je glavni alat za više-manje sve reklame. 

Čak i ako koristimo Ad Blocker i ako se niti oglašavamo, niti imamo stranicu na kojoj to čini netko drugi, svejedno ne bi trebali na ove optužbe samo odmahivati rukom. Google je svojim potezima uništio Internet, a danas svi živimo na internetu. Podaci pokazuju da od svog dolara zarađenog na internetu 30 centi ide upravo Googleu. Milijarde koje to naposljetku donosi, sa sobom vuku i neograničenu moć, a neograničena moć nije sintagma koju želimo čuti ni za jednu privatnu kompaniju. Jedno je sigurno, prema vlasnicima i osnivačima tehnoloških kompanija više ne osjećamo divljenje već opravdani strah.

Pokrenute su dvije nove antitrustovske tužbe protiv Googlea, što znači da ih je skupa s onom iz listopada sada ukupno tri i to samo u 2020. u nekoliko mjeseci. Svaka od tužbi pokriva neki drugi segment djelovanja pretraživačkog giganta, međutim sve navode isto, a to je da se koristio praksama uništavanja konkurencije na štetu korisnika kako bi sebi osigurao tržište.

Tehnološki divovi godinama su smatrani zaslužnima za svoja bogatstva zahvaljujući inteligenciji, inovativnosti i hrabrosti. Uostalom, lakše je zavidjeti nekom bogatom glumcu nego štreberu s Harvarda koji se naglo obogatio zahvaljujući čudnim kompjuterskim programima, aplikacijama i slično. Prije 15 godina taj svijet je običnom čovjeku bio do te mjere stran, da se takvim genijalcima gotovo pa klanjalo s obzirom na to da su radili ono što nitko drugi ne može. Međutim na njihovu nesreću, pokazalo se da može. Nije potreban Bill Gatesov IQ da bi se složilo kod ili upravljalo robotom, pa to rade već i srednjoškolci. Nikako ne treba obezvrjeđivati to vrlo korisno zanimanje, ali je uočljiv pravi boom u IT sektoru i kod nas, a kamo li u svijetu. Kompanije Silicijske doline nisu više bile nedodirljive zbog unikatne mogućnosti da kreiraju inovacije, toga su i same postale svjesne, ostale su nedodirljive jer su stvorile monopole.

Koalicija od 38 država pokrenula je u četvrtak tužbu  za uništavanje konkurencije protiv Googlea usredotočujući se na dizajn tražilice tehnološkog diva. 

-Google se nalazi na sjecištu toliko mnogo područja naše digitalne ekonomije. Iskoristio je svoju dominaciju kako bi ilegalno zgnječio konkurente, nadzirao gotovo svaki aspekt našeg digitalnog života i zaradio milijarde, rekla je newyorška demokratska državna odvjetnica Letitia James u izjavi za medije u četvrtak, a prenosi Gizmodo.

Googleov direktor ekonomskog sektora Adam Cohen odgovorio je na tužbu. 

-Znamo da je nadzor velikih tvrtki važan i spremni smo odgovoriti na pitanja i riješiti eventualne probleme. Ali ovom se tužbom želi redizajnirati pretraživanje na načine koji bi Amerikancima oduzeli korisne informacije i naštetili poslovnim mogućnostima da se izravno povežu s kupcima. Radujemo se što ćemo taj slučaj iznijeti na sudu, a pritom ćemo ostati usredotočeni na pružanje visokokvalitetnog iskustva pretraživanja za naše korisnike.

U tužbi se pak tvrdi da Google koristi svoju tržišnu snagu i sposobnost da iz rezultata pretraživanja izbaci određene web stranice i lokacije. Zahvaljujući svojoj monopolskoj moći također uzima enormne količine privatnih podataka koje može upotrijebiti i protiv onih od kojih ih je uzeo. Google zatim prodaje oglase, ali, navodno, nepotrebno i isključivo u svrhu uništenja konkurencije ograničava njihovu korisnost.

Ministarstvo pravosuđa također je u listopadu podnijelo vlastitu tužbu, zajedno s 11 državnih odvjetnika, usredotočivši se na Googleove ekskluzivne ugovore s proizvođačima pametnih telefona Android i Apple oko toga da njegova tražilica bude automatski zadana na mobitelu. a kasnije je malo tko mijenja.

Tužba koja stiže iz Teksasa najširi je slučaj do sada koji se usredotočava na Googleovu oglasnu mašineriju, a iz tužbe je jasno da je kompanija koristeći svoju tražilicu ucjenjivala oglašivače kao i one na čijim stranicama se oglasi prikazuju. Puni potencijal oglasa može se postići samo koristeći isključivo njihove alate. Kroz proteklo desetljeće utječući na oba krajnja korisnika Google Ads Manager postao je glavni alat za više-manje sve reklame. 

Čak i ako koristimo Ad Blocker i ako se niti oglašavamo, niti imamo stranicu na kojoj to čini netko drugi, svejedno ne bi trebali na ove optužbe samo odmahivati rukom. Google je svojim potezima uništio Internet, a danas svi živimo na internetu. Podaci pokazuju da od svog dolara zarađenog na internetu 30 centi ide upravo Googleu. Milijarde koje to naposljetku donosi, sa sobom vuku i neograničenu moć, a neograničena moć nije sintagma koju želimo čuti ni za jednu privatnu kompaniju. Jedno je sigurno, prema vlasnicima i osnivačima tehnoloških kompanija više ne osjećamo divljenje već opravdani strah.

Pokrenute su dvije nove antitrustovske tužbe protiv Googlea, što znači da ih je skupa s onom iz listopada sada ukupno tri i to samo u 2020. u nekoliko mjeseci. Svaka od tužbi pokriva neki drugi segment djelovanja pretraživačkog giganta, međutim sve navode isto, a to je da se koristio praksama uništavanja konkurencije na štetu korisnika kako bi sebi osigurao tržište.

Tehnološki divovi godinama su smatrani zaslužnima za svoja bogatstva zahvaljujući inteligenciji, inovativnosti i hrabrosti. Uostalom, lakše je zavidjeti nekom bogatom glumcu nego štreberu s Harvarda koji se naglo obogatio zahvaljujući čudnim kompjuterskim programima, aplikacijama i slično.
